This place was so delicious! It was a bit overwhelming as a new customer being that there were so many unfamiliar, but tasty looking options. However, our confusion was quickly recognized & ALL of the staff was so kind to introduce us to the menu & provide us samples.The ice cream was so delicious & was the perfect accompaniment to the cute, bright, interior. We cant wait to return!

Great ice cream & popsicles! Lots flavors. They have more traditional flavors and some more unique and fruity ones. Better than Diamonds up on Sawmill in my opinion. And the employees are always very friendly.

This establishment had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There were kids running the place and the owner couldn’t even help us cause she did not speak English what so ever.

All the flavors are well crafted and a scoop there is like 2 scoops anywhere else. Try a couple flavors and pick your favorite. Theyre friendly and not afraid to give you multiple samples.

Everything here has been alright, except the corn, the corn was lowkey bad. As a Mexican, the corn was a dishonor to all other Mexican corn 😭😭 The prices are also pretty high despite small portions given. Dulce Vida is a better mexican ice cream/treat shop

This place is a Jem. The ice cream is genuine and incredible. Its a very vibrant inside it was like a 50s Ice Cream Parlor but Carnival Style. Super Clean and the best customer service, even though the flavors are written in Spanish everyone spoke excellent English, we were even offered samples . I highly recommend this Jem in Whitehall.

An amazing assortment of in-house made ice creams, yogurts, bars, fruit waters, and some of the nicest staff. Portions are large, and the variety of flavors will make you come back again and again.

I didnt think I would like any of the flavors, so I didnt get anything. It was a bummer, but the place looks fun and new. It even smelled new inside and the staff were all smiles.
