I always enjoy shopping there and enjoy seeing the staff who are always happy to help or just say hi.

Low prices, friendly staff. They always have great deals! This location is smaller but always seems to have everything I need! Many cub locations in the metro also have gas rewards with Holiday Gas stations!

Great place for grocery shopping. Awesome employees and theyre quite helpful. Prices are super good for what they offer. East parking, easy access and its spacious!

So much nicer than the one in N. Saint Paul..by a mile! They have what you want and there produce(although I dont look to Cub for fresh anything) is a lot better than some other Cubs. Theres never and I mean never a shortage of lanes open. If you have the extra minutes..its worth it. Their meat selection is always packed well and people working there are pretty cheery. Only 4 star because I think there are some extremely easy things they could fix for it to be a lot better shopping experience.

Put cashiers at the registers. I dont go to the store to check myself out unless you are going to give me a discount. One cashier, rediculous.

I shop at this Cub. Prices are in line. Staff is great especially the morning lady in produce. Store is clean people are friendly. Products are fresh always have what I need. I work for competition but shop here.

Very friendly small town feel to this corporate Cub Foods Store. Geoffrey in Grocery is always very helpful in assisting customers in locating items in the store. They are always adding new items to meet with customers preferences. Store staff is very accommodating.

Smaller cub, but the staff are respectful. Everybody worries about their own selves there, and it isn’t usually packed. The pharmacy is pretty reliable too.

Bopped in while lots of corporate people were visiting. Not much parking. I used to get Maille brand cornichons at Cub but they brought in some other brand that I didnt like and now they dont carry any. :(

Havent been able to get bread the past few times due to a large group of employees all crowding the bread isles in the morning.

My favorite cub to shop at. Always has everything you need. Household is always happy when I come from this cub, the deli food is good, the butcher at the meat section is great with what I want and need. The flower n balloon arrangements center makes ur bouquets beautiful

The staff is great. Always friendly and helping. However, sale items along with many other items usually not stocked or out. Usually long lines on weekends at checkouts. Check your produce too, have got more than one moldy onion and strawberries.

I was walking around and though my mask started to smell something strange. I look over and see a bag of completely molded over, rotting oranges. Dont come here unless you want food poisoning..

They DONT have a lot of stuff I needed. Very crowded and non of the staff was of any help when I was looking for something I couldnt find. Doubt I will go there again. The Cub Foods over northeast is A LOT BETTER IN EVERYWAY!!

Cub foods sells good products. If you buy it from Cub expect to get great value. I recommend buying things from cub foods.

The employees was so rude to deaf peoples repeating cuz I was with my girlfriend and we use sign language to speak and did missed some scanning at self service they made me pick up and go to regular check out in rude way like “yelling way” go go! It is a large full service grocery store with everything you could want. Very nicely kept. One of the nicer Cub Foods.

I’m try not to favor one local grocery store over another but I have to say I find everything on my grocery list in stock and available at Cub Foods! The produce is always fresh and I always find a wide variety of organic!!! I enjoy the wide aisles! I do wish they had more cashiers... when you have s lot of groceries it’s hard to self checkout for me. Keep up the clean and fresh look, make for an enjoyable chore !😊

I accidentally went to this cup instead of the other one, but turned out to be a good bike ride, 3 miles.

I want to make this my main Cub but they dont cook the rotisserie chickens long enough. Two times now we have taken home a pink rotisserie chicken that we had to recook and then even then its not really that good. If you guys can cook your rotisserie chickens longer I will go there again.

This is the main cub foods location that I go to. They have an excellent butcher and the store is always very clean. They have outstanding produce, too. The cashiers are pretty fast and the self check out lines go quick with minimal issues. I highly recommend Cub Foods, even though they are a little on the expensive side.

Selection is broad and covers most of what you’d want minus some niche products. On the other hand, Cub stores, this one being no exception, exhibit typical marketing and pricing policies that are slowly becoming the demise of this style of grocer, particularly for younger shoppers. Intentional pricing deception through size/price comparisons run rampant in this store, and may not be easily noticed by most shoppers. For example, swing by the soda aisle and compare price stickers on the 6 pk vs 10 pk. Price/unit vs price/oz.

When I went to the store (like 11:30 pm) there was not a single cashier to check me out. This was at like Had to scan my own items through the self check. I didnt have a ton of groceries but if I did I would have been very upset.

Cub offers almost everything one could want in a grocery store. Fresh produce, vegetables, meats, and baked goods. Cub has family meal kits (with all ingredients included) for easy meal planning. Cub offers quick meals as well. The deli has a great selection, and the fried chicken is amazing! The store is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The Cub brand rivals name brand items.

Unsanitary unsafe. Spotted 4 separate staff very intentionally wearing their mask below their nose and getting way too close to people. This store is undoubtedly an outbreak source.

Great newer store in our area! I was so happy to see Kathy in floral! She moved to this new store from the Cub I would shop at before. This location is in a better location for me. When I would shop with my kids at the other location, Kathy made my kids feel so welcome and important in the shopping experience. That is a key when taking kids shopping...empower them in a positive way, they are future customers! Thank you Kathy! As I shop at your Cub store, I see Kathy hasnt changed! Friendly and welcoming in the floral department. I find this store warm and welcoming from all of the employees thus far. Clean with a wide variety of groceries. You get 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 from me!

I like the cub foods in White Bear Township better, because this cub is not greetful at all, they need to have more cashiers in the weekends morning.

Awesome, huge store. Liquor store at this location as well. The lines seemed a little long but there was nobody at self checkout so I got in and out quickly. Ill definitely be back!

Cub stores are great. I find everything I need there. No problem returning items if item not good. Lines arent bad most of the time. Some of their prices seem higher than they used to be. I find great prices as well so it evens out.

Nicely laid out floor plan with very good selection in the produce department. A great location having taken over the former site of Kmart. It also has its own, well-stocked liquor store as well. With a full-service deli, excellent meat department and pharmacy, it is a great complement to Sams Club next door.

The store is new, it is always clean, and the bakery is delicious. That being said, this store is the most frustrating shopping experience I have ever had. The stocking at this location is incredibly lazy and there is a 50/50 chance that the product I want to buy is not out of stock, but rather covered up by the neighboring product. This isnt the result of discourteous shoppers either; these are neat, clean rows of product in the wrong space with the correct item hidden behind. I hoped that this would resolve after a few weeks, but this has been a weekly pattern over several months. I have finally given up and will be shopping somewhere further away where I can actually find what I am looking for.

For the amount of stuff you can find here, its still easy to drop hundreds more than you should on slightly over-priced groceries. You can still find bargains and a decent selection of goods here. Overall, its a good place to shop!

There Mexican food section is about 1/4 the size of their energy drink section. Ill let you draw your own conclusions.

Clean, nice, newer store. This location doesnt seem to have a very large ethnic foods section, but certainly has all of the staples. The fresh meat is good, but if you really need good help from a butcher, the older guys seem to know their cuts of meat much better than the young ones.

Big store with lots of selection. Produce is overpriced and the quality is, all too often, not great. Good bread can be found. All prices are going up, though. Used to get decent prices on frozen veggies when they were on sale. Not so much anymore.

Every time I go back and get something for a quick shopping trip its always a quick in and out and the people at customer service are great.

Very good meat and deli departments. Usually shop mid-afternoon and have little trouble getting in and out quickly. Liquor department well stocked for most items. While Ive waited in line for groceries, Ive never waited to check out in liquor department.

The workers are polite and quick. The selection of produce is wonderful. Definitely worth every coin we spend.

Im not real happy with cub foods lately..not only are shelves bare, which is not totally their fault, but their prices are getting ridiculously high, like theyre trying to compete with higher end stores, but theyll never be that good. Never enough cashiers, no one to ask questions around..ever.

LOOTERS AT THIS CUB!!! Manager in charge didn’t even care. He said he didn’t have time to be shown a picture of the looters and put his hand up in my face. Scary times to not care about the safety of your customers and even more not to care about your employees. How shameful and how rude!

Arriving half and hour before, Real Cub Hours I was left impressed and occasionally depressed by the offering. While, Real Cub Hours was coming along nicely (floors swept, tortilla smores, etc.) I felt a couple letdowns. For one, and as noted I was a half a hour early, but was still let down they didnt have fresh donuts ready a little before, Real Cub Hours. Another huge letdown if Im being honest was my heart rate monitor. It clocked my wait at only 124 lbs and I was wearing a backpack. Anyone looking to use this function anytime of the day, even outside Real Cub Hours is due to quite a disappointment.

A nice store but dont have a lot the other cubs have. They need a better assortment of baby products. Also a pop machine and a crane machine .

This is my Cub of choice in the area. I think their meat department is better than the others. The people who work in that area (Gino especially) will go out of their way to help you whether it is a question about how to cook it or what to use with it. I love the manager specials that they have their in the meat department, I can find some great bargins. The store is bigger than the other ones so that give the customers a feel of openness. The other stores my chief complaint is that I feel like I am on top of the shelves and the people around me, not here! I will continue shopping at this store if I continue to get the deals, service and opportunity to.

I think that it a great place to shop but some of the people who are working there need to really Lean to listen to the people who are shopping there and not keep on doing as they please

White bear cub is clean. It also has a good fresh lettuce collection. Team members are friendly and helpful. The bakery is good. The layout by phamacy is weird but ok. They only have 4 self check outs and they tend to be busy. The in store pizza good but I seem to time it when they have only sausage.

Everytime I come to this cub for cinnamon rolls they dont have any! Why be open of you dont have a basic breakfast food? Its 7:30 in the morning so I dont think this is too much to ask.

Not what I expected from a typical Cub! Clean store, great location, good selection, customer diversity. Parking is weirdly orderly (bonus!) making this a good place for a quick stop after nearby Starbucks.

I love the lay out of the new store, i love how the veggies and fruits are more fresher compared to other cub foods. I have to add Ive also seen how nicely the management treats there employees which makes them give good service and thats something i wish all the cub foods has. I will drive the extra miles to come to just this cubs vs the other one near my house

I love my Cub! Well stocked, clean, impeccable displays in the seafood counter and bakery. Liquor store has knowledgeable staff and tastings. So glad this opened so close!

I have never seen a store with more expired food available for sale. Always check expiration dates!! I have found hamburger that was expired for 2 weeks, yogurt expired for 1 week, bags of salad expired for several days, and most recently moldy raspberries. This store needs to rotate their stock. I think I will return to the Maplewood Cub. This could be a really good store but its going to take employees who care!

Pretty typical Cub. I hope it gets a renovation and the new products offered at newer Cub foods. Ie quick and easy already put together grab and go nutritious meals like Blue Apron.

New and clean. The layout is slightly different than other Cubs I frequent, so its just a tad disorienting. There is a ton of natural light that filters through the front of the store, which gives everything a nice sheen. Getting here (and leaving) can be a tad problematic, as the single point of entry/exit gets clogged with line ups on Buerkle plus folks wanting to turn into the Starbucks.

I love the store but every time I’m there, there is always one cashier and a long line of people. The cashier looks so mad and I would too if I was in her position cause there is always a group of workers that talking and laughing as if they don’t see how many customers she has. And when they do come help her, it’s when she is finished with all the customers. Do you guys have 4 managers and one worker or what? For a fact I know that at least 2 of the workers that were talking, were cashiers cause I’ve seen them before. Is this how you treat your fellow workers. You guys get paid for doing nothing while this little girl is working her a** off.

Very spacious location with a great stock of items you dont find easily at other cubs. The store looked very clean and things like produce and meat looked to be of good quality.

Nicest supermarket/ grocer in the Whitebear area. Has everything you could need in a one-stop package.

Stood at the Deli to get some seafood salad. Stood there saying hello for 2 minutes and I could see them working by the chicken but nobody bothered to look. Then some young guy behind the counter came over by the Deli and grabbed a garbage can, about 4 feet in front of me, and turned around and left with it. Didnt ask if I needed help or even a hello. I said this is ridiculous and left. Maybe they should be trained to look up once in a while and not sit and talk

Very clean store. Plus, the have THE Best, fresh, juicy moist grilled chicken breasts for a great price in the deli.

I think the organization of this store is a little odd. Its mostly that you run into a weird kitchen appliance/gadget area. It is very prominent and not what I think you would go to a grocery store for so not sure if they are trying to push more purchases of that sort. I wish they would have their meat in refrigerators with doors, just from an energy conservation perspective.
