So Rude and unprofessional

I am going to do everything to get these people off the road. I switched lanes this morning (plenty of room behind) but the angry tow truck man got upset that I got in his lane, sped up and started tailing me like a crazy person.. with my 3 year old in the car!! Talk about an angry mama bear.. me! He continued to speed around me and make a scene so I slowed down to take his license info and phone number and followed him to this location to report him. He was very scary. I want these people out of business. It looks like everyone else feels the same way and this is not new news! Dont go here 1)for the BAD reviews (many reviews say they got scammed) and 2)for the reckless driving. So scary and still traumatized. I will be going to the station to file a complaint today and calling corporate. The review on Yelp and other sites should say enough... take your car elsewhere. American Auto Body in Norwalk is more honest and does an amazing job.

While I have relied on this garage for our cars service for many years and they have done a good job of standing by their work, the work itself has gotten worse over the years and the prices even more so. Be prepared for 100 percent markup on both parts and labor. A relatively straightforward brake job on my sons Saturn - not known for expensive parts or complexity to start with - came in at about $2,000, and the brakes are now leaking after major parts replacement. Westport is overpriced in general for auto service, but what was once honest and reliable service now seems to be in it just for the money. Disappointed.

Had the unfortunate need for a local tow after my car wouldnt start. They came promptly, were very courteous and professional. I hope I dont need a tow again in the future, but I would definitely recommend them.

These people are a bunch of crooks and the Westport police back them because they are on their list of preferred tow services. I had an accident where an SUV hit a deer and it ran into my car going under the drivers side of my car. This tow service came to the scene and said my car was undriveable and towed it to their mobile station. After putting the claim through insurance, I tried to get my car out of their for repairs. Pete the tow truck driver asked me for $500 cash to release the car when my insurance provider was paying for the tow. He blocked me from getting access to my car and I had to call the police. The police arrived and told me I couldn’t remove my car that I pay for until the tow truck co came and removed the car. They did get them to release the car but the cop insisted that they were a preferred tow truck provider and they do “follow directions” and it’s why they are on the list for Westport. This place is a joke and unprofessional and please avoid this place at all costs and save yourself the trouble!
