Great service at Audi Westmont, Ive been to every Audi dealer in the Chicagoland and Westmont is certainly a notch above the rest. Still a dealer, so always be aware of your recommenced repairs/services, but Ive only had good/honest experiences here.

As a new Audi owner, I highly suggest anyone considering buying one, to reconsider. You may never know the result of this decision, but I assure you that it will save you money and stress.I purchased my Audi with just under 50,000 miles. Upon taking it in for service at the Audi of Westmont, I was greeted with a service report indicating several critical repairs as necessary. The entire timing assembly was leaking oil, and needed to be repaired. Just short of $5,000 for the repair. Upon investigating, I found that my vehicle was covered from a class action settlement, for the timing chain repair. But I was not told this by any of the service advisors. And upon mentioning it to them, I was told that I had to wait for the timing chain to FAIL, before it would be covered by the extended warranty.So despite their own service report indicating it as being in critical need of repair, they refused to honor the settlement and chose to have a new customer be forced to drive in an unsafe vehicle.I have owned various vehicles over the years, and never felt so insulted and unwanted by a dealership, and manufacturer.

Prompt service, friendly staff, and the work was completed in a timely manner. My car was washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. Excellent communication with my Service Consultant Andrew Digregorio. Top Notch!

I just had a windshield on my 2019 A6 replaced at Audi-Westmont, and the service and quality were outstanding. I have purchased 12 Audis from Audi-Westmont over the last 18 years, and the Sales and Service there have always been exceptional. We live in Oswego, so its not a short ride; but its worth when you deal with the people at Audi-Westmont.I would especially like to thank Andy DiGregorio for his great help with the service and the loaner.

Another bad experience at this service center. Only two people checking cars in, while five others walked around and joked and talked to each other and did nothing. Then when it was my turn they told me they couldn’t take my car in today even though I have an appt. I wish I hadn’t purchased the service contract through Audi. A lesson for my next car purchase, which certainly won’t be an audi.

My vehicle had an extended warranty for the timing belt. This service center reported it was in critical need of repair. But they would not accept the warranty until the timing belt fails. They are forcing me to drive in a dangerous vehicle.
