I called this location in advanced to see if they had any PlayStation 4 controllers, I was told they had two in stock at the store. I asked if I could put one on hold since I would be at the store in less than two hours, I was told that they cant hold items so I offered to pay for it over the phone and was told that since I was coming so soon not to worry that it would be there no problem. When I arrived at the store within the time frame I had promised they sold not one but both controllers before I got there! One even to the person waiting in line in front of me. The woman that was working the counter was rude and stated We only sell to people that are here. When I explained my frustration she was rude and disrespectful. Very frustrating experience! Wont come here again.

Great service, I was able to buy the last nintendo switch that they had on shelfs and they made it super convenient when others were trying to buy the switch after I already purchased it. I cant remember the womens name, but she handled the angry lady very well

2 Male employees working today were pretty cool. Both very helpful and quick to answer every question I had. Im not a gamer so, I asked for a ton of help. Store was clean. Large stock of items. Easy accessible location. I recommend this store. Ive been to another one I wont mention but, lets just say 2 stars at best. These guys helped keep my faith into giving game stop my business.

I rate this place the way I do for two very simple reasons:1) Theyre gamers. Theyre more than just paycheck employees working at a game store. That makes a huge difference.2) Theyre genuinely interesting people all over the country. Ive been to literally 30 different locations in 5 states and theyre cool people worth talking to 100% of the time.If youre after a game its worth taking a look and having a chat. You may learn something you didnt know and have fun doing it.

PlayStation selection for games is a little slim. Prices are too high for most used games. Not a bad place to get new games and systems. Still prices are a bit too high. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff is always welcome and warm when my daughter and I come in. Greeted by them. Them asked if we need help. And to just ask if we did. With staff like that it is never a problem when something is delayed, out, or not available.

If I could give them zero Stars I would this location is terrible the staff is awful the lady gave me such attitude while trying to figure out a way they can work with me with returning a $200 controller for another $200 controller she refused which I understand because they were different brands but with going to a different store their staff was able to help me with my exchange and send me on my way a happy customer

Easy to access and most of the employees are nice. I bought a PS4 game and one associate told me part of the ending when I bought the game. Why would you do that? (Game was Uncharted 4).

So I buy a Wii game for my kids, its too hard, so I bring it back the same day for a refund. The employee tries 3 times to refund the card I used to buy the game, it doesnt work. He says, it must be the card, lets. try another one. So he does then says, so I guess...it worked?. 10 days later, still no refund posted to my account-shocker. So I go back to the store, the know it all employee there says yea the banks hold the refunds until you tell them to release it, you got to tell the bank to release the refund. Never heard anything like this, neither has my bank. So back to the store I go. Same know it all employee says, uh, its 4:15, I have to leave at 5. If you REALLY want me to spend the last 45 minutes or an hour on hold with our bank, its up to you. But youll have to sit here and wait with me. Then theyre gonna need some of your personal information. As any sane person would, I left, pissed. Still without a refund. Finally the GM has a brain and offers the refund as soon as I come into the store( I called her). When I go back, Know-it-all says I know what you did wrong, you used a different card for the refund than the purchase. Obviously I tried, but the staff hasnt mastered the technological credit card machine yet. Know-it-all didnt apologize for taking over a month to return my cash, being a colossal moron and standoffish, or say thanks for shopping here or anything. I need more games but would never go here. Amazon will be way easier. Dont ask them to do anything besides make a simple purchase. Itll go haywire.

Bought a switch for a 20 day road trip and never ended up using it. When I went to return the unopened item the clerk said “no problem”. He then opened the item to inspect it and rand it all up and offered me half what I paid for it. I told him no, I want a full refund. He then said “its an opened item (he opened it) and it is only eligible to be bought back” and “sorry corporate is cracking down on returns”. Obviously they are running a scam so they don’t have to accept returns that are covered by their agreement on the receipt. They also wouldn’t even help me with my broken DualShock controller that came with my PS4 I bought less than 30 days ago. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. There are plenty of other options that will stand behind their merchandise and policies.

Mitch is one of the worse store managers I have meet I have to every GameStop in Denver and this happens to be the worse .Rude and makes you out to be the bad guy if you to return something with a receipt on the same day I will no longer be shopping here you lost a BIG spending customer but this corporation doesnt care about the customer all the care about is $$$$$$$$$$

Terrible experience. I went in to buy a digital download game. Turns out the incompetent employee sold me the season pass after I gave it to my son as a Christmas gift. The manager told me too bad I signed a release and corporate is cracking down on returns. Got no where with costumer service who I think is a contracted company. I will never spend another $ at this gamestop.

I walk in the store to purchase a game and leave. I look in the used DS games cabinet to find a specific game to find a game that shouldnt be there. Using the experience I have on the tells of fake games, I find that not one but 3 games i saw in the cabinet were in fact fake games. In response to this, i report the fake games to the cashier (who are trained to spot fake games) for her to respond with If they are working games, it doesnt matter. Buy games with caution at this gamestop.

We only buy our games from GameStop because they have new and pre-owned, but offer the best warranty for both.

I like the gamestops they always have pretty comparable prices to the competition. I bought several things from them including my ps VR all worked just fine games and etc components

Im really on edge with this location. For lack of customer service everytime i speak to an associate its always their problems being enforced on the customer. For example if a customer is calling to inquire about information, they didnt answer for half the day and when they did they stated “it was too busy”, which is completely unprofessional! This is a legitimate buisness not your friends garage sale. If i preordered a product and did not receive notification on when this location is going to release ALSO because “you are too busy” then whats the point of he pre order!? The only reason i gave u more stars than you deserve is because the new manager isaih has always provided great customer service and i hope he teaches the other associates how to speak to people like their important and not another problem.

Gamestop is the best place to get video games, controlers, consoles, toys and more.I like it because they have the best deal and if you have a power card you can get a discount.They have games tht are cheaplike $2.99 and they have all sorts of gift cards they carry usbs,chargers, headsets mostly any thing you can think of.Thats why I go to Gamestop.

I shop at gamestop quite often but yesterday I damn near lost it I go and trade in my PlayStation I get 80 dollars after there website says I could get 120 so that made me furious. But what makes me even more angry is that I get a new game from there for 60 and I trade it in a week later and they say I could 25 dollars and then they turn around and sell it back pre owned for 53 dollars. Like what is that.

I shop here over locations located closer to my home because management and staff are friendly. The usual gamestop BS is here (the room always smells faintly of BO, and all of the gamestop corporate nonsense), but the staff makes this location more bearable.

So i bought a 150$ xbox one elite controller about a month ago and i damaged the right trigger, so i called gamestop to see if they did repairs or refund it or knew any who did repairs. so i called in and explained the situation and she said no we do not do repairs and i asked if they knew anyone who did and she said no. then i said well im stuck with a 150$ piece of plastic and she said sorry about that buddy. then i hung up. useally i go to ganestop for everything. completely unhappy with service
