I absolutely appreciated the 2 guys that came all the way out to Middlefield Ma on Wednesday September 8th! I knew nothing about how it works and what to do and they were very sweet on explaining everything to me and showing me how everything is going to work! They were very friendly and down to earth guys!! Also our internet has been a lot faster with 4 of us living here and before we could only have one person on the internet at a time.

Terrible internet high costs and customer service wont answer our calls, we switched to whip city fiber and comcast wont even answer to get their cables, would give 1 star but atleast we had internet, speaking of we paid for 100 mb download and 20 upload, the internet never wwnt over 20 download and 3 upload. Very disappointed.

I visited Comcast to return a faulty box. The day I went was an unusual day for them as they stated several times that they had a staff who called out and one of the other two staff who was there was in training. Working retail in the past I know what that is like, and its not fun. Honestly, the customers were more disrespectful than the staff. Rude comments flew out of the customers mouths like it was commonplace. So here is why I give this particular Comcast 5 stars. No matter how bad the comments got, they continued with their best customer service, and continued to be respectful and kind. They never lost their cool even after 30 past their closing time and there was still a line of 15 people. The staff should be proud of what they faced that day because they faced it with strength and poise. If i ever need to deal with Comcast costumer service again I will be going back to this location. No question .

Yes, I just rated a Comcast service center a five, and no, neither me nor any family or friends work there. 😃 The staff is really friendly and helpful - never judge my need for a new remote when I come in with the one my dog ate. And, if you are paying a bill, the kiosk is quick and simple!!

Please report all local guides to google to get them removed . They are all very clearly bot accounts that just leave positive reviews. I work in this industry and can clearly tell these are bots. The real rating would be 2 stars without these bot accounts. Please report it is the only way google can remove these fake review bot accounts.

This Comcast is by far the best location, the waiting isnt that long like the one in Boston Rd. There are also a friendly staff. However, it is in a hidden area, you might miss the entrance. Theyre open 9am to 6pm except Thursday, which is open 11am to 6pm and Sundays are closed.

Wanted to reduce my bill. Called Comcast to try to do so. They refused. Brought back cable box to cancel and then they offered to reduce my bill after I threatened to drop them completely. I cant wait for another option to replace them for internet in Westfield. Cant wait for whip city fiber!

Aside from the small waiting area and there being just one CSR available at the time, I experienced great and friendly customer service. The CSR informed me of available promotions and was helpful with any questions I had.

The staff is nice but sometimes like during the weekends it can get pretty crowded and there are sometimes not enough chairs. But if you come during the weekdays it should not be to bad.

Dealing with weather related issues is not fun. My box and wires needed to be replaced due to damage from a storm The gal at the desk was very pleasant and replaced my equipment without a problem.

Comcast is the absolute worst company ever! The only reason why Im with them is because they are my only option in West Springfield. Ive had to have techs come literally 5 times in the past 8 months because my internet would just stop working. When I call to try to fix the problem theyre trying to sell me something. A little hint...if someones service isnt working they probably dont want to upgrade. My internet went down on a Thursday the next available tech couldnt come till Saturday. Ok theyre busy I get it. On Friday a guy from Comcast calls not to tell me soneone can come a day earlier but that I can save money by bundling. What company does that! I wish we had another company here like Westfield does. Until then all I can do is wait

Giggly girls not paying attention to what they need to do. 1st box no power. 2nd box was not registered. Spent 85 minutes to figure out the problem, only to be told to take box back to Comcast. Seriously the WORST company and service ever. RIp off company with the most ignorant people ever. Upper management get your head in the game idiots.

So my wifi and phones went out and just to talk to someone I had to jump through hoops pushing phone buttons and talking to a robut for 10 minutes, then when they finally figure out you want to talk to someone youre on hold another 10 minutes.So I finally get to talk to someone and set up an appointment, I ask the desk person to please tell the technician to call 1/2 hour before coming because Im gonna be two houses down and need to drive to my house whitch takes 2 minutes.So they set up a between 10 and 12 window for me.The day of the service I call back and remind Comcast to call before coming.So the day of the service I get a phone call from Comcast saying the tech was at your house for 25 minutes and had to leave since you wernt there, I said why didnt someone call and let me know he was coming, she said she wasnt sure.So she said he could come back between 2 and 5 so I said ok to that.When the repair tech got here he couldnt find the problem and hed send someone with the ability to find the problem and fix it then he left.Well its been over a week now and my wifi and phones are still not working, also no one has shown up to fix the problem.So Im gonna call them back and restart the process of repairing my system once again!!!IMO, Comcast serviceIm editing my post its now a month and a half later, problem still not fixed, Comcasts repair person blamed it on my home electrical so I had Western Massachusetts power come out to check it yesterday (no problems found with my houses electricall wiring) but still WiFi out most of the day, everyday, and the problem is still not repaired!Zero faith in Comcasts repair crew!!!

Comcast is the most ridiculous company I have ever had to deal with in my life!! Charge any fee they possibly can and lot of their customers dont realize they charge a month ahead for services you havent even used yet what a joke.. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM! I was a customer for 10 years and was stuck basically and until recently and had no choice but to keep them. Best thing I ever did was cutting ties with them. The customer service on the 800 # says they will write notes and credit ur account and never do then tell u to go into the store to fix things on ur bill which then the store tells u that u can only fix by calling the main # because they have more authority. Yet the main number and store dont communicate with each other as I was told to ask for a certain department to speak with and they havent had that department in years. NEW CUSTOMERS BEWARE! They sound like they r giving u a good deal but make u pay over double what they agree to. Charging me for a box I didnt have, a plan I didnt agree to. Charging my girlfriend for a phone bundle but the modem they set up wasnt even compatible with setting a phone up and wouldnt refund her the months and months of her paying for a phone that she couldnt figure out how to make it work. I could go on for days about all the people who have and still are gettinf ripped off by them. Every representive says different things to u about ur account and they never keep their word. Get a hacked Amazon fire stick and internet from a different company or ur city if they provide it and you get endless channels can watch movies in theaters and pay 1/5 of what they would charge u for faster internet and better service. Plus u wont get billed a month ahead. Stay as far away from Comcast as possible!!

I just called the number on my Comcast bill and got a woman in the Phillipines. The earliest appt. she could get me was tomorrow afternoon between 2-4. I told her that was not acceptable. I certainly hope by calling the local office I can get an appt. sooner.

The set up my cable wrong and when my internet is not working Ran the supervisor doesnt care about if you have internet or not and forwards you to someone else who cannot help. very unprofessional. stay away from this company in Springfield. Very disappointed they guaranteed everything but dont actually get the job done in helping costumers.

Poor service..switched back from Direct TV ..Having issues with pixalation since installed..Installed by Comcast tech..they have been out 3 times replaced wires from pole .replaced some wires in house and its worse than ever !! Their response was we will give you whole $10 credit !! wow ohhh and I have to return box instead of them sending a tech out
