I feel like this location is so low-key, meaning that they dont force you into doing anything and they really actually talk to you about whats wrong or what they would like to do to your vehicle. That being said I think they were very friendly location. Prices seem to be very good and they do some credit options if thats the route that you want to take. Ive always been able to get in and get seen when I needed to which is awesome. The facility itself is pretty clean oh, they do have a public restroom which was also pretty clean from what I could see. I would absolutely recommend going to this location just remember to check online to see if theres any deals and coupons

I generally just go there to get my oil changed but my car recently stopped and they were saying that it was a fuel pump$1,400 for repair. Check with my dealership and it was going to be$950 plus tax. Both are considered high what I dont understand is how you get $950 to $1400.00😳🤬

Dave did an amazing job on my Ford Ecosport. Our flex pipe had broken and was making this horrible noise. He explained everything to me in easy to understand terms😁 and was honest about everything that was needed. He helped me out after going to two other places and paying inspection fees to be told the same thing over. We took our vehicle to Dave and not only did he check it for free, he actually walked us back to show what was happening. I was really impressed. The work did not take long at all and our sounds beautiful. Thanks again Dave!!!!

I was assisted by the Assistant Manager, Dave, who greeted me as soon as I entered the shop. He didnt have any issues with being able to take care of my fleet vehicle. He addressed every issue and worked with the fleet company to get the job complete. I will continue to bring, not only my fleet vehicle, but also my personal vehicle, to this shop.

I got new tires from Midas, which were the best price I could find. I was happy about that. They did a good job installing the new tires. It took a reasonable amount of time. There were no issues with that. The ISSUE I had was that I used the website to set up the appointment for the new tires. I even called to confirm the appointment time. When I got there they did not have the tires and were not able to install them. Manager said I had to put down a deposit first on the tires. Which is fine, but when I called to verify the appointment the employee never mentioned that at all. So I had to make another appointment to get the tires for my car.

Good work, timely completion, helpful staff.Cost if parts is grossly inflated. Its price gouging.Charging $1300 for the same catalytic converter that two different parts places that are actually within walking distance of Midas can supply for $800-900? Thats highway robbery.I was the dummy who agreed to the estimates, a mistake I wont make again.

Didnt look over car properly (even after calling and asking what the problem was) proceeded to let it sit there immobile until after memorial day.I confront dave about the matter to which he comes out and aggressively offers me my keys.He then tells a story of... questionable value as none of the things he brought up was me actually telling them what the problem was.We had wound down the conversation and i walked out to talk to my father who had accompanied me and went to show him the problem.My car had started.It wasnt by the help of midas but i let it sit and rest and cool for multiple days and had the codes cleared.He tried to tell me id need to spend 6 - 8 grand on a brand new engine to get it worked on there when the engine wasnt the problemI will never be back here as i am sorely dissapointed in the way i had been approached and treated as a respectful customer

They won my business when they used time and resources to fix a brake issue for free, nothing. No parts were needed was all the shop manager would say and refused payment. Ive gotten my oil changed here since that day. Always a good place with friendly and straight forward people.

Above and beyond customer service. Long story short they replaced a flat tire on our van while we were on vacation. Our flight came in on Saturday, the fourth of July in the evening. Nobody felt good about leaving the van unlocked with the keys in it. So they met us at the shop at 7pm on July 4th to give us our keys and the run down. Wow! Now thats customer service. Thank you.

I feel their price is on the high side for anything. That said they do quality work and Ive never had a problem they couldnt fix the first time. Ill typically choose them despite the price because of this.

I came in to have a Uber based inspection preformed on my car and eventually found the staff to be unprofessional, rude and untrustworthy. This inspection form is basic I’ve had it done before at the Main Street location last year. When I came back to pick my car up they tell me we can’t pass your vehicle because the breaks did not pass. The break pads were low but did meet the manufacturer’s minimums per the Uber inspection form. So if they filed the form properly it would have passed. The immoral staff including the master mechanic tried to hustle me. I tried to speak to the details of the form. I asked why would you fail the break pads when the are in inline with the Uber vehicle inspection form guidelines. He then kicked me out of the store, I asked for my keys and he then tosses them down on the counter. Watch out they will hustle you.

I had a very positive experience at this Midas. Larry was great! They were much cheaper than the dealer and in the end I needed less work done than what the dealer wanted me to get done. Larry kept contact with me all day and my car was ready within a couple hours. I would definitely come back here.

Honest, straight forward and willing to make things right if necessary. When they advertise an oil change price, you wont pay extra if you require more than normal sedans in oil or get charged for oil disposal like Monro does. Ive had extensive work done on my vehicle here and Ive recommended them to everyone. They will also beat competitors prices!

This was my first time visiting a Midas service center. I usually hate going through the process of having my car serviced due to the function of cars being so foreign to me. Let me just say Dave is amazing! He totally eased my mind. He took the time to not only explain, but show me what was wrong with my car. I came in right after work still in scrubs. Maybe he assumed I was in some type of healthcare because he related the problem with my car to how a knee joint works in the body. I totally understood everything he explained. A short while later he fixed my car and I was on my way! Thanks Dave! I appreciate you!

The wheel alignment on my van was completed very quickly by Dave Adams, who was welcoming and informative. I was impressed by the monitor in the waiting area that displays the real-time computerized adjustments and specifications so customers can watch as the alignment is being done. The improvement was obvious as soon as I drove it.

Took my car there twice for 2 totally different reasons within a few weeks of each other. Seth is incredible, very helpful, honest and trustworthy as is the crew. They explained everything to me. Took me out to the garage while the Jeep was up in the air showing me the actual problems. The second time our horn would not stop working they quickly got it unhooked for us so it would stop honking. Great customer service which is hard to find these days.

Staff was very friendly and their pricing was way under the competition. I have to follow my recommended service schedule per my manual to keep my extended warranty and they were half the price of everyone else i called. This location is delivers by far the best experiences Ive had in auto maintenance since I started driving. The managers are honest. They inform you of when certain jobs are not needed based on their assessment. I highly recommend this location to all.

A week ago, I took my car in to have a oil change. I also let them know the trouble I was having (overheating while idle). I asked them for an estimate. They came back and told me I needed a new water pump and thermostat. I got a second opinion. Come to find out, my coolant reservoir wasnt screwed and bolted down. So it was laying on a belt sideways and melted the side of it. Thats where all my coolant was going to. I had them check the water pump and thermostat. Nothing was wrong with them. I came to this location because of all the great reviews. I am very angry and highly disappointed. Never again!

I had an emergency at 3:30. My muffler pipe fell down and fell apart and I was 2 hours from home. They got me in, said it would take an hour to install a new exhaust system. I was out in 58 minutes. Very happy with the experience.

I went to the Westerville Road location for my first car repair and I could not be anymore happier. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the positivity from the assistant manager, Dave Adams and Seth Shuler. They were beyond nice and they helped me understand the dangers of going to outside car sources, like Auto Zone. I am going to be a proud loyal customer to Midas, specifically to that location, because of the treatment. I felt comfortable and was able to learn from my mistake. I appreciate the fact they offered guidance in repairs, helped make the cost affordable and relieved me from more stress. 5/5 Gold star on customer service.

This is where Ive taken my Kia since I got it 3 years ago. Always really accommodating if they arent able to get you in right away. Cody is usually the one at the front desk when Ive gone in, super nice guy. Never had an issue with anything/anyone there.

Cody was very nice and helpful! My car needs a lot of work and the techs were very helpful in pointing things out and showing me what is wrong. I didnt feel like they were pushing me to get the work done there or make an appointment. I would trust them to do the work and not feel like Im being scammed.

Ive been taking my car to the Midas in Westerville for the past 5 years. They have always been honest about what my cars needs, and dont suggest pricey add ons. Several times theyve even taken me in the shop to explain to me whats going on. They are very professional and courteous and have kept my aging car in great shape. I dont know a ton about cars, so its nice to take it to a place where they dont take advantage of my lack of knowledge. :)

I go here for all my car repairs and have for about ten years. I dont get the feeling they are trying to screw me over on the prices with the repairs I need. No complaints on the quality of the work done so far.

Walked in and told the man at the desk I had seized bolts I couldnt get off and he said hed look at it. Looked at it and had someone get the bolts off for me. They were very nice and I appreciated them taking time out of their days to help me.

Ive had my oil changed three times and each time has been a pleasant experience. The only thing I can say is that Ive waited a little longer in comparison to other places; however, it wasnt a significant amount of time. I was pleased with the friendly staff and the job well done each time. Ill continue to get my car serviced here! :)

I’ve been going here for over two years for all maintenance on my vehicle. It took over an hour for an oil change when I was the only customer there. I also was not made aware that my engine light was on during the oil change.They marked it on the check list but did not discuss emergency lights were on, I called once I left and got to work and the manager had attitude with me. I loved this place, but they’ve lost my business.

GenuineWent in for a tire pressure check left out of there within the hour with a tire patch repair for a nail in the tire. They couldve just checked the tire pressures and let me leave, but no they did the right thing. Kudos to the team. Job well done!

Midas on Westerville Rd is always the first place I call when my car is in need of service. When they were booked one day, I tried the Karl Rd location and the service was slow and unprofessional...never again. One of the many reasons that I prefer this location is the manager, Cody. He is all about getting the job done. I really appreciate that he does not over-diagnose my car when I take it in. If for some reason, something is going on with my vehicle that is not why I originally took it in, Cody will explain realistically the pricing, how long the job will take, and does not force me to get the job done right then. Hes considerate of the customer, instead of trying to make a sale.I recommend this Midas in Westerville for your car service.
