My daughter was traveling from the Gulf Coast to Tupelo when she had a flat in West Point. She was unable to get her lugs loosened and I was 4 hours away. I called Express and spoke with Taylor. I explained the situation and he immediately offered to go to her and help. Within 30 minutes, my daughter called and said that Taylor drove to her, removed the tire, took it to the shop and repaired it, returned and mounted the tire, and she was on her way. That is exceptional customer service. God bless you Taylor.

They are amazing and talk to you like family. Its hard to find a good place that treats you and your car with same amount of care and respect as they would their own. They do great quality work and fully understand that your car is what helps you keep your family taken care of. Ive been going here since they opened and usually have to get my oil changed monthly due to the fact that I travel A LOT, and They have kept me going thus far and Im certain that they will help my ride surpass the average lifespan for my vehicle.

Took a long time coming to check to see what I needed.I payed for full service oil change I had to ask the guy to check the air pressure in my tires.The morning I look under my hood and oil dipstick is pulled out to the point where if I had not checked I probably would have lost it.Next time I’ll go somewhere else

I have a 2013 Dodge Challenger RT that requires a full synthetic oil change. I’ve been going to express since I’ve owned my car and always watched them get my oil off the shelf. My last oil change, my wife took the car in. She purchased 2 new tires and a oil change. She also had coupons for both and was told over the phone that 2 tires would be $300!flat, labor and all. She also had a $45 oil change coupon. Somehow, her bill end up totaling $487. And some change. HOW? BESIDES BEING CHEATED, I ended up with refurbished synthetic blend oil in my car, which caused my lifters to make a knocking sound. I took my car back to them a few days later, and was told after diagnosis, that I needed plugs and wires. One of the mechanics, very well confirmed that oil was put in my car out of their refurbished hose, and not off the shelf where their unopened new full synthetic oil is stored. They offered for their mechanic to take a 3 rd look, but I didn’t trust them any further. Since then my car has been garaged because I didn’t have the money to fix it. They ruined a perfectly good car trying to be cheap and getting over on my wife, the person who valued them so much. I had to replace my left head ($1200) rocker arm ($140) head gasket ($40) and lifters ($200)... I paid Express $90 each oil change but instead, when my wife took the car there, they tool advantage of her. They overcharged her and messed my car up at the same time. SUPER BAD BUSINESS. I recommend them to no one. NO ONE. They’ve get 0 stars from me..... Also, my wife made a review when this first happened and somehow it mysteriously disappeared. I will report to the bureau if this one vanishes.

These guys are fantastic. 800 miles from home and my brakes decided to shoot craps...they had me in, repaired and on my way home in around 2 hours. Even gave my family a ride to a local swimming pool to pass the time while i waited for the repairs to be completed. Great place, great people.

Went in to get a hose replaced. The local parts store didnt have what was needed. Sat in the waiting room for 3 hours with no word and then after finding someone found out they didnt know what was going on with it. Charged us $170 to bypass the hose. My complaint is that they should have let us know what was going on without having to find someone.

This is my first time getting my oil changed at this location and they were very friendly and fast. Will definitely be back for more service

The staff at this Express Oil Change was very professional, polite and fast. I have to use a particular oil for my SUV and they knew exactly what I was talking about and had the oil in stock. Also I knew I needed an air filter replaced but they suggested it without my asking and even showed it to me. This is definitely the best service I have had. And they thanked me with a smile.

These guys are always so courteous and expeditious they are always polite and make sure that your vehicle is running properly Ive never had a bad experience here they sell tires that are a little bit on the expensive side but I guess what they lack in inexpensiveness they make up in courtesy highly recommended

Good honest service. Went to local dealer wanted $120 for tire pressure sensor and $68 to mount. EOCs price was more than 50% less on sensor price. $25 for tire break down, install sensor and remount. Only reason not 5 star was had to wait a little while for service to be performed. Very impressed by this vendor.

Went in for an oil change and was told my belt could break at any time. I was going to let them change it but changed my mind (stepdads could do it). The next day my battery messed up. Stepdad found the connections were loosened with fresh tool marks. Any guest what/who did it? I dont have proof they did it but they were the only ones near it. Also my belt was fine.
