I took up an issue with Morlan-Shell Ford and the work that was done to my truck I returned the truck and they completely backed up their work my first review was a bit harsh and I would like to say we are all human and can make a mistake, I do And so do you. They backed up their work and their work is quality . And lastly I’d like thank Dan and Les for going the extra mile to help me out with this issue

Nice guys to deal with and very helpful, everything was ready when I arrived. The lot did not appear to have a large selection of vehicles, but if you know what you are looking for they can get what you want. I wouldnt hesitate to stop and talk to the sales staff they know what they are doing.

There’s a salesman there (in his 30’s) with a very disrespectful attitude towards customers. He didn’t speak to me but I heard him make some very ignorant comments to another customer at the dealership waiting while their vehicle was being worked on also. It was obvious the salesman was judging a book by its cover because I happened to know who the person was he was being so rude to and just because that person had let their hair grow out once they retired, the salesman assumed the person he was talking to didn’t belong in their dealership. What’s funny is that the other customer could have bought any vehicle on the showroom floor with cash many times over. I know this because I do their taxes every year. I won’t be going back to Morgan-Shell for anything and I hope they won’t either.

Very professional right from the start. Im not the kind of guy who takes his cars to shops often. I work on and repair almost all of my rides. Most of the time Id rather fix it myself than deal with a crooked mechanic. With my Lincoln its to high tech for me, so called Morlan-shell up and they got me right in. Had my Navigator fixed in a day, and blew me away with the overall price. I would highly recommend you take your vehicle there for repairs.

I’ve taken my vehicle here twice for repairs, which I purchased from them. Both times I had to take my car back three times, and the last time it still wasn’t fixed. Finally sucked it up and took it to a different shop.

Shop has been excellent, watch the salesman.

We are from Pennsylvania. We needed oil change in our explorer. Called in morning got us in as afternoon. They didnt try say it needed filters etc. They explained everything did. Got us back on the road. They need put dealership in pa honest people. They are hard to fine.

Took a couple of my cars in for the State Vehicle inspection. They were fast, courteous and very friendly. While I was there I ask some questions about maintenance and repair and they gave me straightforward, honest answers. Most of the time I repair my own cars so I know they were being truthful. Told me what the likely price of the repair I need done would be, but didnt try to pressure me to book an appointment. Even gave me some advice on how to do it myself. I would trust them to do repairs for me and not overcharge or add unnecessary work.

I felt a dealership would be thourough and professional for reoairs. I was wrong! Did not properly diagnose my truck or complete all repairs I requested even though I have them a list.

They were rude to my husband and it took over 30 min for him to get help and they were rude about it! I was very disappointed since we had gotten a vehicle from them before with amazing service it has just gone down hill and it is sad to see with such a reputable dealership 😢

Stopped in for the parts department. The guys were extremely helpful and quick!

Working on a bid

We took my wifes mustang over to get the brakes fixed. It had a terrible shake in the front end when you hit the brakes. While it was there we had the o2 sensor replaced and the transmission and rear end serviced. This car has a 6 speed manual transmission, and holds about 4 quarts of oil they charged me 200 dollars for that. My local lube shop charges $45. The rear end that holds even less was $150. My local lube shop $24. Total bill was almost $600 and they never even fixed the brakes and all it needed was roters replaced. They were warped. I have bought two new vehicles from this dealership and I will never do business here again. When I told the guy at the counter that what they were charging was ridiculous he just said oh well thats what we charge. But what gets me is they never fixed the problem we brought in for and it took them two days to do what they did.

Les and his team are great. They saved the day for my brother and I traveling across country. Theyre knowledgeable, thorough, kind, and went above and beyond. A++

I went to them for an estimate on getting the heater core replaced on my truck. After I received the estimate and took it in I was told that the estimate was for man hours only. It would be an addition few hundred for parts. They also would not listen to me that it was the heater core! Because I am female, most likely. The next day they called me and said it wasnt the heater core that it was something more simple and would only cost me around $100. I said great! Fix it. Then they called me and told me it was my heater core and the broke the housing because it was rusty which I knew it wasnt. By the time they were finished it cost me $250 dollars MORE than it should have. I will never do business with them again. First to give a low ball estimate, treat me like I didnt know what I was talking about, then to make it even more money??? I believe it was intentional all the way.

Gotta congratulate Morlan-Shell for losing a sale on a new truck. I thought, in this day and age, we had finally moved beyond stupid cat & mouse, offer, counter-offer, new offer, etc. games when vehicle shopping....or did you think you could cheat me simply because Im a woman and you thought I wouldnt know any better? Did you really think I wouldnt do my homework first? Did you really think I wouldnt realize that you offered me HALF of what my current truck is worth? I dont know....maybe you try to shaft everyone and not just women. Either way, that sucks BIG time, cost you a sale at a time when vehicles sales have fallen WAY off as well as future sales since Ill never be back AND, like this review, Ill be telling everyone I know just how it is that you operate. Let me give you guys a clue....first rule of business....a happy customer tells 5 people.....an unhappy, ticked off customer tells 50 people.
