I needed to replace a BrassCraft 1/2 X 3/8 OD 1/4 Turn Comp Angel Value which I bought at Home Depot and failed to turn off the water supply. It wasnt more than 2 years old and failed because it was made of plastic. I went to Palm Beach Plumbing Parts to see if I could find a better quality replacement but they had the same BrassCraft value. I was told that they dont make any better parts anymore and plastic was better than brass. I went to Lowes on my way home and found a SharkBite 1/2 X 3/8 OD Comp Angle Stop made of copper, not plastic. I was glad that I stopped in at Lowes.

I spoke to a plumber regarding what I needed to purchase at Palm Beach Plumbing. I called in advance and sent a photo of what I needed. The associate confirmed they had what I needed so I went to purchase the item. When I arrived two men were seated behind the counter and there were NO other customers in the store. I told them what I needed and one gentleman left the counter so I followed him. He was grabbing multiple parts so I had a few questions because I thought it came assembled. Before I could even ask the question and show him the photo on my phone he interrupted me and even began to raise his voice with me. When I tried to ask a question he just got louder and was actually yelling at me telling me he saw the picture before and didn’t need to see it. I asked him to stop yelling at me and he actually mocked me. I would NEVER go back to this establishment or recommend it to anyone else. The other associate in the store didn’t say anything and didn’t offer to assist when he saw the other man was being so aggressive and rude either.

Recently bought a shower cartridge from them installed it and realize the cartridge was defective came back to the store with original receipt within the 7-Day warranty exchange. The older man at the counter was very rude and refused to warranty the cartridge stating that he has never had a faulty cartridge in all the years hes worked there. Ive been doing plumbing for over 25 years and has any plumber knows from time to time you do come across a faulty cartridge. Rare but it does happen. His solution was by another one with this type of customer service I would not recommend this place to anyone youre better off going to your homeowner special home Depot Lowes even though I dont like shopping there horrible experience felt very unwelcome as I walked into the door this time doing with the older gentleman. The younger gentleman is always been very helpful knows his stuff very welcome. Like I said before they do not stand behind their warranty or return policy almost made it seem like I was trying to get over on them p

The people that work at the West Palm Beach store (the one I frequent), are VERY informative, and are always able to answer any questions I have. They will even make suggestions on what to order if they feel I am not ordering the correct parts that go together on backflow systems. They always treat me with respect and I feel comfortable going there or calling them for anything.

Hello if you are reading this and looking for plumbing parts do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere from the rude staff that seams to be annoyed for the simplest question ( the owner of this place needs to be taking care of this he obviously doesn’t care or else we would be having a better staff HINT HINT) to the places looking like it’s about to fall apart. Take my advice and go to another place where they value you as a customer and not just dollar signs!!!!

These people are supposed to be knowledgeable as far as Plumbing parts2 times I have been there looking for a part and they told me it does not exist I went to home depot and picked it up quick they do not know what they are talking aboutThat is the part I was told I was not going to find and a had to replace the whole thing went to home depot and got the part for $8 so disappointed in this Business will never return

Our home was built in the 70s and some of the plumbing fixtures are hard to find. So far we have been able to find everything here. The employees are awesome! Show them a picture of what you need and they know exactly what it is. Amazing.

I needed a faucet cartridge. I had no information on it. I brought it in and it literally took the guy 1 min to find. Plus it was cheaper then I thought it would be. Happy customer!!!

Went in looking for a part they charged me $50 later I saw it for $25 on Amazon there was an older gentleman also there that Appeared to be the owner we overheard him say it ain’t my house

The customer service is really horrible as they are so rude as if they really hate their jobs and customers as well, especially the young staff.

Take your business elsewhere. They are so rude here and were no help whatsoever in helping me find my plumbing part. I dont know why other companies referred me here. Wouldnt even go here as a last resort.

Had the parts I needed but their customer service was horrible! Asked to open a valve stem to compare to the old in order to buy a second and they wouldnt allow me to. Just very short and they were not even busy
