I have been to at least 10 vape shops in Palm beach county. I got to the point I just said forget it because no one was friendly or knowledgeable so I started purchasing online. I found this place by accident because it’s near my nail salon and I couldn’t be happier! JOEL’S customer service is off the charts. He was unbelievably friendly and knowledgeable and is all about his customers. Right down to the music. I hope the owner appreciates what he has and treats and pays him accordingly. I have a large staff and I’d hire him in a heartbeat. I spend a lot of money over $100 a month and I will do business here moving forward. Place is awesome! Staff went above and beyond to help me find a new battery for my vape cart that worked for me; the guy went through opened boxes to make sure I knew what I was getting and paying for. Definitely recommend!!!

All mods are too expensive. Even with shipping costs added, its more affordable to purchase online. The two guys who work there (maybe owners?) have very nasty attitudes and behave as if they dont want certain types of people shopping there. I dealt with them on the second visit and will never give my money to them again. Otherwise, the woman working there on my first visit was helpful.

Im sure this is not the first time and it will not be the last that someone complains about the very poor attitude of a very disgruntled employee there. Tall guy with shoulder length hair. He clearly hates his job and it shows. I will never go back there until he is gone. I support local business and this place is seconds from my house, but I will drive to the next exit to save the headache. Very bad for business and their reputation.

I come here any time I need new incense sticks or to check out any new mods they may have. The selection is very nice, the owner and his wife are very informed lovely people and the long haired gentleman is a savant with vapes. Ive never had issues purchasing from them and theyre always happy to educate customers. Ive also seen first hand how professionally they handle loss-prevention and thieves. Teens who try to illegally purchase tobacco are promptly shown the door and ID is always checked, which is a plus. They have fair and succinct store and purchase policies, WHICH ARE ALWAYS CLEARLY STATED BEFORE YOU MAKE A PURCHASE.

Here visiting, bought the Herb-e, it was defective, the female I bought it from told me if there was anything wrong I could return it. Returned it the next day, the worker test it out, didnt work for him either, he tried everything. Called the manager, managers responce its illegal to return that item. Well sir its illegal to sale defective ish, have a great day.

If I could give this place a negative star I could. I came in and as for a battery similar to the one I had the woman behind the counter told me that I needed to get out of the shop immediately, with the cartridge that I had. I will NEVER come back here nor will I recommend anyone coming to this shop. If that is how you talk to people and do business this business needs to be closed out immediately! I guess I should have trusted the other reviews in not coming to this shop.

They need to start employing people who are used to seeing Black folk walk in a store without barking policys rules and regulations before you ask how may I help you. Very unfriendly place

Visited the store by the recommendation of a friend, and all I can say is that the customer service I received was excellent. Very knowledgeable employee. I could not say anything more than, I am very pleased with the service i got from the girl at the counter.

Very good vape shop with a great selection of other products. Variety of mods, tanks, tools, you name it. I received excellent service from a very sweet young woman who answered every question I had, showed me a ton of devices, and I left with exactly what I wanted without knowing what I wanted when I got there. Learned a whole lot in the process. Its rare I comment or actually review somewhere, but its even more rare to have great service from someone who truly puts in effort to make sure you leave happy, not to just sell you. Thank you for your help! I will definitely be shopping there again :-)

Best Vape store and customer service anywhere! I wad in town for a few days and needed ejuice. Staff didnt have what I wanted at their location. Went the extra mile and contacted their other location to bring what I wanted to the location nearest me.Picked up later that day. Now that earns peoples business and loyalty.

This is our go-to shop for everything! I love all of the staff and the owner, and especially Carly is so knowledgeable and helpful to me always... also at the Lantana location which is the only place I can find my Mamasan ejuice. We don’t go anywhere else anymore! 🤗

Don’t go there. Device is horrible and you get better quality things anywhere else bought two batteries from them and they ended up breaking within a week .

I would have given them 0 stars but thats not an option. Employees dont know what they are taking about.. guy tried to sell me an 18mm nail when I asked for a 14mm. EVERYTHING IS OVER PRICED! GO TO HIDDEN SMOKE SHOP for the BEST PIECES AND PRICES$$$$

You can get vape stuff here, sure; however, this is more of a head shop than a vape shop. The staff may or may not be able to help you with your vaping needs/troubleshooting, but theyre really not going to go the extra mile for you, like a dedicated vape shop would.TL;DR: This place is more focused on the & More in their title, than vapes.

Highly highly disappointed in the terrible service I got. A dirty man in glasses proceeded to treat me friend and I like trash, and then proceeded to threaten to kick us out for asking about the Tabacco. He is rude, incompetent and so very obviously hates the Business he represents. Appalled, will never return. Also, tell your representitives to put on deodorant, it smells like body odor every time I enter.

VAPE CAUGHT ON FIRE!!DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!I purchased a vape for $140 from Ricardo and it started sparking and caught on fire. I went back to the store and the guy working at the time tried it himself and it happened again and said he never witnessed anything like that. He changes the coils and said it should be working just fine. If it gets a little hot give it some time and it will cool down. Its been about 2 weeks and this vape burns my lip EVERYTIME I try to smoke it. I called back and the now they are saying I should have done my review??? What kind of customer service is this???? Now Im stuck with a product that doesnt even work!!!!

Im not from the area (just moved here a week ago from Oregon) and as we all know every shop sells different brands of Kratom. The particular packages I was looking at had no indication if they were red, green, white etc. I asked him questions on several brands and he stated he doesnt know much about the kratom. So me not knowing the brands and descriptions I proceeded to the internet on my phone to make an informed decision on my purchase.he told me to go home and do my research and come back! Thjat kid has lost his mind! I walked over a mile to get there! Very poor service and i wont be using this shop again! Id rather walk another 1/2 mile to the next one! RUDE! 8/29/16 @ 1:30PM. IF YOU WANT KRATOM, DONT GO HERE BECAUSE HES NOT knowledgable.!9/7/16Im revising because Ive been back several more times after that incident and theyve been very helpful and knowledgeable thereafter. I think it was just the new employee that has been nice and helpful afterwards. Thanks guys! My new home smoke shop! They have a lot to choose from as well no matter what youre looking for. Awful service. Purchase an item less than 2 days ago, and it did not work as well. It actually leaked, burnt etc. Came back and they had told me that they could not do anything about it. Costumer service was awful..... I am a regular, they lost a costumer.
