I highly recommend Provident Jewelry. I especially want to thank both Linda and Rebecca for helping me find a particular watch I wanted that was hard to come by. In less than a week they found exactly what I was looking for at a very fair and reasonable price. On top of that, they were great to work with and we had a lot of fun in the process. They couldn’t have been nicer, professional, patient, etc. I love my new watch and can’t thank them enough. They made the whole process seamless.

I interacted with different people on different days and every one of them was super helpful. I knew nothing about rings (clarity, color, etc) and they were willing to help me and educate me while shopping, without making me feel like I was wasting their time. I was able to show photos of what I wanted, they created computer generated renderings to confirm, and created the ring exactly as imagined, all for a great deal/price. My Fiancée has received countless compliments on the ring. Any fear I had of ring shopping disappeared once I started going here.

Went to this store after having contact with Jacob, who suggested we meet with Holly at the Clematis store about the possibility of selling some estate pieces. Holly was very professional and easy to work with. She viewed all of the pieces we had and gave us an estimate and some different options. It was an emotional transaction due to the sentiment involved of the pieces, and when we left we were quite satisfied with the transactions. I absolutely ADORE my engagement ring! It is beautiful and even better than what I had in mind! This was the first store that tried on rings at and I found one that I loved. The salesperson said thats your ring and youll be back for it. I wanted to shop around before committing to the first ring so I and went to 13 other stores. I went into Provident Jewelry to look at a Corum watch. I checked the provident website and it listed 20 Corum watches at the West Palm Beach store. When I arrived they had only 3 and I was told the one I wanted to see was in Jupiter then later told it was sold out. The staff was very nice but the website is misleading. I found the watch online at 2 other vendors at a discount.

Trustworthy, Knowledgeable and Convenient. One trip to Provident and I was wowed by the dazzle and selection in the store, but the West Palm Beach location on Clematis has become our go-to place. Private parking a few doors away is convenient & the staff is always welcoming whether it be a purchase, a watch or jewelry repair or even cashing in gold. Not glitzy like the other locations, but one we recommend above all!

Went in to the location to have my Rolex fitted, The store manager Alex Suarez was extremely professional, and he fitted my watch perfectly and even tightened some pins that were loose free of charge. Upon walking into the West Palm Beach store I was greeted by multiple employees who asked what I was looking for. After giving them my budget and style ideas the employees consulted with one another to show me the best options that fit my needs.As I wasnt ready to purchase that day, I left, but when I came back they had remembered what I wanted and showed me some new options that had become available.I was able to pick out the diamond and setting that met all my criteria and work with Jacob and Fred to get exactly what my fiance wanted. It was an absolute pleasure working with Jacob Kodner and Provident. I had a very specific engagement ring I was looking for with a unique custom setting. Jacob and Provident were able to find me the perfect stone and help design the setting EXACTLY how I imagined it in my head, and in an extremely fast and professional manner. Provident made the usually stressful task of finding the perfect ring to propose with (or so I have heard it is stressful) an ease, and I couldn’t think of anyone else I would work with in the future. The main diamond in my engagement ring came a bit loose and I was in need of a good jeweler to fix it. I was in WPB for work and came across Provident Jeweler on Google. I walked in and Linda Gagnon helped me immediately. She assessed my ring and which prong needed to be fixed and sent it to the back to be worked on. I waited *maybe* 15 minutes before she brought it back out and it was sparkling like new! Not only did they help tighten the prongs, they also cleaned it for me.
