The employees here are always professional, articulate and respectful. I have a broken arm and they gave me assistance in the store and answered all my questions, which I always have a lot of. Worst shop there is. Prices are extremely high for very low quality glass. Was sold a $400 bong was moving it around in my hand and the entire perk just price off in my hand. Will not return and horrible customer service. Go to glass chambers they have better deals and they’ll help you if you go all the time. I own over 10 pieces and have been buying pieces since I was 14. To this day I have never broke one piece your store is selling wack glass for your own good come up.

Its funny that day I waa running all the vape stores looking for a glass for my vape. When I was going in I saw the number of the place at the door 😂😅 420 🤣, and then I think 🤔 this its the correct place to find my glass. The guy was very open to me, he checked out all the glass tank for me. In very last moment we find the correct glass and for my lucky I get two glass tank for me. Worst shop I ever stepped foot in. Sell cheap glass for the prices of illadelphs. They sell no labeled basic bongs for $300-$700 no design or anything just clear glass and a down stem. Stay out of this place

If you have the money, just order stuff online - you’ll find way cheaper stuff that will probably be higher quality. Retail vape stores are only good for emergency purchases. Otherwise they’re big ripoffs.Both vape stores on Clematis suck. Very high prices and sale hungry customer service and policies.

I was really excited to try this place out because I go to the vape shop that’s a few stores down so I decided to give this place a shot... BIG MISTAKE. I bought a disposable pod and within in a few hours it died on me. I went back to show them that the cartridge was full with liquid but wouldn’t turn on and they told me they couldn’t do anything about it. PLEASE DONT GO HERE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO TO THE VAPE SHOP down the street. Better customer service and will always accommodate the customer when they give a faulty product.

Love it love it love it. Stewart, the British guy, is incredibly informative. Everything from racing to computers, hell school you in the best possible way. Looking forward to coming back.Oh, and the juices here are decently priced. They make in house juice thats very tasty.

Great friendly people and reasonable prices. I love coming to this vape shop and testing flavors here. They have good variety of flavors and some amazing home juices, my favorite being Alien Throat Punch. The staff definitely know what they are doing.

Lots of things to choose from, Christhian and Marco are angels; they always help me find anything that I need. Tell them what you need and they’ll find it in a blink of an eye! Highly recommend!!!

Had to stop in a see what all the hype was about for myself.Couple of my buds have been talking about DTV liquids, I even tried a few and was impressed. Just left with a 100ml of Black and Blue Lemonade and 100ml of Potion no9.All of the people working in the store front were super nice and informative. I also had a coil made while I was testing flavors.Great store, great service, and the flavors are even better. I give it a double triple high fiver!

Helpful and knowledgeable is the staff, and open to conversation. Its nice to know that Im not just a number when waking through the door. They set me up with a mod that has external batteries and explained what the benefits were.

My only complaint stemmed from an untrained employee named gary but the business bent policy to rectify the situation in my case to compensate. I left a satisfied customer. They sold me the wrong coil AGAIN, then refused to exchange it. Last month they were $4., now theyre $8. They hire the lamest people who dont know anything about the products they are selling, and employee turnover is high. You will never see the same store clerk twice.

Nice store and staff, except for the guy who speaks in a fake British accent. Quite Obnoxious. Other than that, great selection of juices, good selection of vapes. I bought one that I did not like and they let me exchange it with no problems a week or two later, got to keep the extras of what was included with the original vape (a tank random accessories). A bit pricey on the juices sometimes, but it is worth it to pay when you need good quality juice on the go, or like to preview or sample different flavors. I would give them 5 stars but, another problem I had was when I ordered a replacement glass tank, and it took literally 5-6 weeks to get it. I had to use a leaky vape for over a month because I relied on them to order my parts, and they took their sweet time. The store has gotten better about such things, and have a very helpful and courteous staff, so I give them 4 stars.
