I got the best Halloween costume for my son at a very reasonable price! I ordered online and was ready within an hour for pick up. A very smooth process! I love the options that they have. Also, the fitting, quality and size of the costume was excellent! Thank you very much.

They have huge selection of party items. Very organized and employees are helpful.

The line is extremely long(about 35- 40 people), theyre extremely slow checking out people. Ed, the manager whos hiding in the backroom(where you pick up your costume)is very rude. As I waited to pick up a costume, he walked out of the backroom pass me without even acknowledging me at all(NOT a hello or Ill be with you shortly)He have short patience with customers and spoke to the employee like if he was home talking to his own child right in front of me. This location NEED better leadership!

Who ever filled my gender reveal box did not read the card correctly. We specifically told them they were twins and gender(s) were inside of envelope. We were told theyd use 3 balloons for each. So we explained to use pink for girls blue for boys.. etc. Depending on what they were. Thankfully we had our results given back to us and after the reveal I read the card and the card revealed instead of them being both girls like the balloons revealed they were boy and girl twins. What an embarrassment and waste of money. I never write reviews but me being in the customer service industry I honestly say this was poor negligence on the reps part. She must of assumed it was a girl just by looking at the post it that was a fluorescent pink color.

Best place to get prepared for a party.

Had a terrible experience here. I ordered three items online to pick up in store. When I picked up my items, there was something missing and no one in the store told me the item wasnt in my bag and i was still charged for it. I called the store back not ten minutes later, and they let me know the item was out of stock. If i had not noticed the item was not there, i would have just paid for something that i did not receive.The woman from the store said she would issue a refund to my card. Two weeks later, the refund had never been issued. I called the store again and the store manager confirmed that the refund hadnt been issued. The woman I originally spoke to lied to my face and did not refund me for an item i did not receive.The store manager was actually very helpful, but just very frustrating and shady situation to deal with. I was charged for an item I didnt receive, then lied to about a refund. Really gross business practices.

Convenient location and a huge selection of party items. Thier online ordering could use a bit of tweaking as my order was not correct.Mary at the checkout was friendly and accommodating. She fixed the mistake on the online order and she gave me a coupon to save even more.This Party City is great but they need help at the front counter. The line was too long for 1pm in the middle of the day on a Wednesday.I recommend. 4 Stars!

I Had an order for Fathers Day for my daughters High School graduation party. The balloons that they were going to Uber out to me to the park, the Uber driver was given the wrong address and went to my billing address instead of the party address.. The arrangement was supposed to be dropped off by 12 noon I did not receive my balloons until 4 p.m. the party was over at 6pm. On top of that a few of them have busted it was so tangled up and deflated that I couldnt even use them..just pick up your balloons instead.

I was here picking up some decorations for Cinco de Mayo.

They ruined my night. I Got the party City just to grab a quick 30 balloon set, they made me stand in line at the cash register to let me know I had to go over to the balloon Center to get the balloons, I got the balloons uninflated and they told me to go back to the cash register in order to pay for them before they would fill them. All of this took 30 minutes, my girlfriend called that I wanted to surprise with a group of friends and I ended up leaving the balloons on the counter. Do not go here if you are limited on time to make someones day because they destroyed mine!

NEVER AGAIN! I ordered 24 balloons @ 2pm for them to be ready at 6:30pm I arrived at 7pm and the girl was literally blowing up the second balloon. Then not to mention the website/email says that your order would be ready in about 2 hours I gave you guys more than enough time please tell me why my order was not ready when I arrived and please explain to me why there isn’t a discount or anything offered for the inconvenience of the customer

Placed an order online for valentines balloons supposed to deliver on 12th called local party city 9th to ask them to move it to following week 19th feb.... they confirmed that would be fine.... they still arrived on the original delivery date 12th..... i then called the local branch AGAIN spoke to a manager who apologised said they would deliver on the 19th as good will as their fault....today Ive had no balloons

My balloons didnt work, they lasted 30 minutes. Well then, they all fell to the ground.

Obviously the place to go if you want to get party supplies and or costumes. They do have quite a large selection for all types of parties, carrying lots of other things one might not think of. Some items are of very cheap quality but then the price is low so I suppose you can chalk it up to you get what you pay for. However, other items are the same poor quality and yet extremely overpriced. For General party supplies balloons, decorations, Etc the place is fairly decent especially if youre looking for cheap party favors for kids parties. On a side note, the last time I went there (the week before Halloween) the restroom was absolutely horrible. Excrement smeared all over the toilet, looks like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks. It was so bad there, I immediately left (it was too foul to actually use the facilities) and told one of the persons working there.

Google map always take me to the wrong locate, which is the near by wrong place store...however, this store has most of everything that you need for the Party !!!🎊🎉🎏

I’m a local photographer who purchased some items for a photo shoot it did go through thought I could get my money back and was told no and that it was store policy for me to receive no refund but I was never informed of this at purchase and it is no where on the receipt I received TOLD SCAM would never spend my money here again!!! Terrible! First thing you should know is that curbside pickup is a waste of your time. After waiting in my car for 20mins after using the notification link to say I have arrived I had to go in the store and talk to a cashier because no one else is available to help and they told me that they don’t get notifications about curbside arrivals. Their phone line is also down and you cannot contact the store and when asked how people doing curbside are supposed to let you know they’ve arrived!?! I got a I don’t know and a shrug. So if you want to not go in the store and order online you WILL have to go inside to pick it up and there is no pickup counter, you have to hail someone down and ask them.

Wasnt the best experience the employees there 1 lack enthusiasm didnt seem like they wanted to help anybody plus the store shelves were basically empty I asked for four different costumes they were all out sorry but I wont be going there anymore

Bought over 100.00 in balloons and by the time i hot where i was going with them half were losing air and i had to toss! I bought alot of miami dolphin balloons fpr my son birthday and was really disappointed really!

Need to stock up on more items so many things wasnt available.

They staff really dose take very good care of their customers. They are creative with ideas and they put them to use to help you out. They did a beautiful display for a our dinner party.

If you’re placing a delivery order... DON’T I called Party City Monday morning 10/5 at 9:30 am to place a delivery order for a 20 count of balloons (inflated) for Wednesday delivery between 9am-10am They said to place order online and everything would be good to go. So now it’s Wednesday and I heard nothing at all so at 9:30am I call to check on the delivery, only to find out that the balloons I ordered are still at the store. I waited 20 minutes on the phone only to find out that the delivery company “Shipt” a 3rd party company was “responsible” for the delay. After I got off the phone with Edward the manager I received a text from the company Shipt at 9:52am that my order was pushed back to 11am-12pm delivery!! Are you serious?!? The party starts at 10:30am and everyone is going to be here already. Not to mention it was for a SURPRISE 60th! When I called Shipt the person just said sorry that’s the best we can do, my reply was well than just cancel. If Party City saw a order that was suppose to be delivered between 9-10 and its 9:30 and it still in your store don’t you think it would be a good idea to give your client a heads up? I could have made earlier arrangements to pick up the balloons myself but now that an entire hour and a half has passed and my guest are starting to arrive that’s not an option anymore. In all I will never use Party City and none of the people I spoke with could give a flying you know what.

Clean. I asked for a item to a employee and she was trying to sell me her own personal stuff. For $5. And the item that i was looking for was sparkles ( candles) for a cake toper.

Great place to go for themed parties. However, be prepared to do some of your own research for what you want...The staff seems to be less enthused to be there. I asked one staff memeber a question and the response was I dont know. There was no follow through with finding out or anything. I had to research for myself.

Great selection, great service! Victor did an excelling job making sure my balloon order was perfect! They have everything you could need for any type of party, even gifts if you’re running to a kids bday party. Lines can be long on the weekend with people ordering balloons. Ordered mine during the week and no wait to pick them up Sunday!

I think they should schedules more people during their influx hours. Waited over and hour to check out and fill one large balloon.

Had an online order to pick up. It was scheduled for 12. I got there at 1. They couldnt find it. After a long wait they realized it had the wrong tag on the balloon order. We also had candy ordered. The cashier couldnt find that. Said the manager never pulled it and offered random bags of candy she said because she couldnt tell from the online order what was actually ordered. Through all the craziness of not being able to find the order I kept offering the online order number but they only wanted the name. Not sure why they wouldnt use the number to pull it up. Finally someone did but they still couldnt figure out what was ordered and asked, what was the balloon order and needed a description of balloons ordered. What a mess. We are going to get a helium tank and do it our selves from now on. It was such a headache.

I live out of state, so I called to place a balloon order for the weekend That I will be in town for my wedding shower. Lisa took my order over the phone, she was very helpful . She gave me some great ideas, and took her time to see what I needed was in stock. I recommend this location, and Lisa is 👍👍👌👌👌 a customer service dream!

Its a new outlet, big space with lots of stuffs but the staffs have no sense of urgency. There was a long line with one cashier. She was calling for back up and the rest were too lazy to reply.

Clearly understaffed. They move extremely slow and waited an hour to get 10 balloons blown up. They do not care for peoples time.

The only reason I come to this location is because of the convenience. They only ever have MAYBE two cashiers working at once with very long lines of people. No one is ever around to help you in the aisles, and the employees talk pretty rudely to each other in front of customers.

I normally do not write reviews but this I had to say! I needed to have a frozen birthday party for my granddaughter so I went into the party city in West Palm Beach near my house. I was looking at some frozen balloons when I was approached by one of the people who work there his name Was Jonathan. He asked me if I needed help so I asked if he had any other frozen balloons he showed me quite a variety of frozen balloons and then he said to me that I should buy the frozen invitations as well as some frozen party favors and thank you cards and also had some other great ideas for the party. He also suggested that I buy and Elsa costume for my granddaughter to wear to her birthday party I love this idea and my granddaughter loved it so much that she would not take it off for three days even wearing it to school on Monday. I had a very great experience at this party city and Id like to say thank you to Jonathan and the rest of the party city staff.Abby Golden

I always find good stuff for cheap at this store even though their prices on gift bags and greeting cards are outrageous. But I guess the company has to make money somewhere. But really, overall, a fun place to shop for parties and even little party goodies and gifts!

Im not usually one to write a review after only making a phone call but I called today to make sure they have sea turtle balloons and the girl on the phone was very helpful. I told her Im coming in to place a balloon order tomorrow so she compiled all the sea life related balloons to make my visit tomorrow easier. I am impressed!

I went into the store on Thursday 5/16/19 to place an order for balloon inflation of items that i purchased off the partycity web site. I paid fee for inflation and gave Sat. 5/18/19 @ 1:00pm as the time that I would pickup balloons for my sons party. I arrived to the store approx 2:00pm, I was never asked if I needed help, so after just standing there in front of the register for 15-mins. I asked one of the associate( manager) was my order ready because my pick up time was 1pm and Ive already paid. I was told by her they are behind and she does not know why balloon orders were not being filled. She then located my items, that were underneath something still in the plastic bag not inflated. i then asked for a refund of $$$ for inflation and also products. Which that also took about 15 mins. Needless to say I was very disappointed and very upset. My 8yr old son did not have any balloons at his party, which made him very sad on the day that he should have been over joyed. Also there were about 8 other people with the same issue, including one lady the had an order for 84 balloons to be p/u @ 12pm. Use this place with EXTREME CAUTION!!

Was there yesterday and will be back today to return and speak to a manager. The employee Dee that checked me out was extremely rude & unprofessional. She was short and seemed to lack any respect for the customers that came in, it was an extremely uncomfortable trip to party city and I do not recommend anyone to go while she is working there. I will NOT be back to shop here again

Dont usually write reviews but I had to warn you guys. This place is the absolute worse! I called in advance for two simple balloons at 10 am and was suppose to pick them up at 4:30 pm... plenty of time. I called and told them at 4 that I am on my way and they had no idea what I was coming for and the person who wrote it down left. (Lack of communication) I said I would wait and to just ring me, upon arrival i could find the entrance and when I called they told me they switched locations. smh The previous location still had the sign party city big on the building and the new location was hard to find and the sign was very hard to see. Boynton location is better and never disappoints.
