We placed an order with this company on August 9 for two portable booster seats and we have yet to receive them till this day. I have emailed them and called them multiple times with absolutely no response. We are very angry about this and like our $67 back.

Ordered a booster seat from their site, the fact that there was no place to put a review should’ve tipped me off. Either this company went out of business and is still trying to take peoples money, or the customer service is absolutely terrible. I’ve tried contacting them every way they list with no answer. I placed an order on aug. 1, and still nothing on oct 3. Awful. Don’t buy from this company.

I had trouble at first getting my order received, processed, then being given the tracking information, as well as the delivery nightmare, HOWEVER ... upon contacting Autumn, she was very helpful and saw through to the end, making sure I was well taken care of as a customer. She was very kind and patient with me through my frustrations, doing her utmost to help me. Be patient with this company, customer volume vs employees on staff is an unfair match, but, rest assure that Autumn WILL get back to you, dont be afraid to call more than once as she is very busy doing it all!!! Be kind and honest!!! I would absolutely shop through them again!!!

I had ordered the toddler travel car seats a bit short dated to my trip. I text the customer service number (loved ability to text them vs call). They were super nice and were willing to change my ship address from original and have it shipped to the hotel so i can have the travel car seats in time for use on my trip! Great customer service, will hopefully receive the package tomorrow, but would def use again.

I wish I could leave a lower than 1 star review. I ordered an item on January 1 and didn’t hear anything for 20 days. I paid for 5-8 day shipping and need this item for an upcoming trip. I reached out via email and never heard back. I read reviews and was nervous because a number of reviewers say they never hear back but I read some people have luck reaching out via text. So I did that. I was relieved when someone immediately responded and said they’d look into why my item hadn’t shipped in 20 days. Whoever responded said they’d look into it right away and now I haven’t heard back in two days. I sent another text that is also not being responded to. Now I’m 3 days before a trip instead of a month and trying to find somewhere else to get a travel car seat. We’ll see how it goes getting my money back. Seems like a scam website to me! Don’t believe the owners saying people never placed orders. If I could upload screenshots of my receipts I would.

Great customer service and was even able to speak with someone on the phone! The Car Seat vest was exactly what we needed, and came in quick. They even threw in a little dinosaur painting kit which my son absolutely loved! Thank you again, highly recommend!

Horrible.. it was two weeks of trying to call this woman and her RARELY answering my phone calls. I was told my item is being shipped from one the US locations, days later I try to get a tracking number. FINALLY someone answers and the woman says well send you a tracking number within the hour. DAYS later I get a tracking number. The items I ordered were coming from China. Not to mention I paid for 5-7 day shipping, and at this point it’s days after that window and the item wasn’t even sent out yet. Only the tracking label had been created. LUCKILY, daysss after this she did refund me my money. But trying to get a hold of these people for any questions and concerns was a nightmare.

I reached out to Autumn about the portable car seat I had ordered. I couldn’t get the tracking number to work and decided I would just text her. “As she asks you to do on her site” maybe an hour later she messaged me back and sent me screenshots of my matching tracking number and the current city that my package was in. For a mom, planning a trip...getting piece of mind that my package was going to make it was EVERYTHING.

I have nothing but good things to say about Loving Lane. From the quality and design of the lol doll dresses to their prompt delivery. We placed three separate orders for my daughters and niece and recieved everything on time and we were beyond satisfied with the look, fit, and quality of the dresses...not to mention all the girls absolutely loved them. I dont usually take the time to make reviews but after seeing how happy they made the girls and how beautiful they looked, I had to say something. Thank you

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with loving lane and the the owner ... I text her seeing when my items would arrive and she wrote back immediately stating that the items I ordered in fact was not in stock but immediately gave me all the other options and sent it out the same day. I just received it a few days later and she stuffed the bag full of cute little toys and this body cream that smelt soooo good. At first I was skeptical because of the few bad reviews that Were wrote on here but she proved them totally wrong and I wouldn’t worry about this company .... everything literally was perfect and went so smoothly. I cant say enough great things about this store. I just received my 3rd order from Loving Lane. We have always gotten great customer service, but this time exceeded them all. Not only did we get 3 N95 and surgical mask in 3 days, but we also got a handwritten thank you note. As if that wasnt enough. they sent us 2 boxes of 100 count alcohol wipes!!. I havent been able to get alcohol products from anywhere. That was SO THOUGHTFUL of them. I have never had a handwritten thank you note from anywhere I have done bussiness. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE . I will continue to shop there and so should you!!!

Loving Lane is a dishonest, shady business. Autumn is unresponsive, does not do what she says, promises things and never delivers on them, and only responds when you post a negative reviews. She promises to make it better and then never responses to multiple inquires. Her website never said my item was out of stock. When I found out, she told me she would cancel the order. She did not cancel and my item was delivered. Then I returned per their policy and she never refunded me. When I disputed with my bank, I finally got a phone call asking me to cancel the dispute and that she would refund me ASAP. Weeks later Im still waiting on a refund AND a response to multiple calls. I will NOT be doing business with Loving Lane and I would caution anyone whos considering purchasing from Autumn.

Bought 2 of the portable car seats for my niece and nephew. They loved them. Each car seat came with a gift inside for each kid. I thought that was a really nice touch. Also arrived in only 3 days! Highly recommend

Autumn (owner) was an extremely slow communicator and then stopped communicating all together. She said she would cancel my order before it even shipped out (because it was back ordered but it never said that when I made the purchase). She didn’t cancel it. Then she wouldn’t tell me how to return. When I finally heard, I had to pay return shipping. I never received my refund even though I had delivery confirmation of my return in unopened consisting. Within their return policy.I would NOT do business with Loving Lane again. Now I have to dispute through my bank.

I am very disappointed in this company. We ordered their portable car seat at the end of February. It was advertised as 2-day shipping but when going to order it stated 5-10 day shipping. I still went ahead with the order because that left us enough time to get it before we left on a family trip that involved air travel. The 5-10 days came and went with no product or no contact from Loving Lane stating why it was delayed. I called, texted, and emailed asking why it was delayed and then asking that the order be cancelled because the only reason we ordered it was for our trip. 1 month after making the order a generic email was sent out stating that they had it in stock again and would start shipping soon. I replied to the email again asking for a refund and have not received a response. I realize that there are some crazy things going on in the world right now but that is not an excuse for ignoring your customers and essentially stealing their money. A simple email stating that they were having problems with their supply chain and would offer a refund would have been sufficient. I will never order anything from this company again and I would not recommend this company to anybody.

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase, ordering was easy and my items arrived promptly. I’ve had some trouble ordering packages from a lot of the larger companies but Loving Lane delivered as usual. I do caution others however to expect delays during this time as most online purchases have been pushed back due to the pandemic.

Extremely happy with them. The fast shipping alone would have gotten them 5 stars. The product was exactly what I ordered. But then they went even further than that! They sent my order email and a personalized email thanking me for my business and then I open my package to find the exact thing I ordered AND a small gift for my daughter with a sticker that they hand wrote saying thank you. I normally dont ever write bad reviews on anything, however it has been 20 days since I ordered this item. I was supposed to receive this item within 5-7 days. At day 7 I contacted the company because it hadnt even been shipped yet. The lady I talked to said Oh well apparently we dont have that item anymore, I can ship you a different color. I said that was fine but wanted a partial refund because the one I am being sent is cheaper than the one that I originally ordered. She informed me she would have it 2 day expedited. Here we are 13 days later and the tracking number she sent me, USPS says they have never even received the package. I have now tried to contact them 3 times since then and they wont respond and are ignoring everything I send. They are refusing a refund.

Amazing company to work with. Handles tough situations with empathy and doesn’t push back if people chnage their minds as most companies would, would recommend to anyone for items available.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. I ordered 2 portable carseats back at the end of January. Right after I ordered all shipping from China was stopped and Loving Lane was unable to get my order. Paige called me immediately and offered to refund my money. I did not need the items until the following January anyway, so I told her I could wait. She contacted me every week to let me know what was going on. When I did receive my items they had some extra surprises and Pa iui get called to make sure I had received them. They went above and beyond during a time that was unprecedented.

I ordered a portable car seat in a pinch prior to a trip. Their customer service is impeccable. I received the car seat within the two day window, along with continued communication AND a fun gift for my little. THANK YOU!!

I placed an order for there car seat on April 21st . Well about two weeks came and went I still havent received no response from them. So I texted them and told them to refund my money or have the product shipped out, well a day later I got a generic email with a tracking number but the post office didnt get the product so I texted them and she offered me a refund after a dispute we had over a text about my product. So I placed another order on may 6 2020. And it said 6 to 12 shipping days well here it is may 19th and so I contacted them yet again yesterday and they said they would expedite it out today and that I should receive it in 2 to 4 days. Well nothing has happened no upsp tracking number nothing. So I checked there website and my order hasnt even been fulfilled. I DO NOT recommend this company to anybody.bplease DONT buy from them.

Its not common now a days to meet someone so dedicated to its customers. We are personally thankful to have crossed roads with someone that is also as dedicated as we are to make a difference in this world.

I ordered a travel car seat from this store on December 16th, with expedited shipping to Orlando where we’re vacationing. It’s December 23rd and it’s still has not arrived. I have called, I have emailed and even texted them as they’ve recommended with no response. They only mailed the car seat via USPS 2 days after I ordered it, which is risky and dishonest bc it was supposed to arrive no later than 4 days later. When I check the tracking number with usps there is no status update since they created the label. I am waiting to get my money back and do not recommend ordering from them remotely. Not only have they put a dent on our vacation making us waste valuable time buying another car seat but they have put my daughter’s life at risk, as I waited one more day every day thinking the shipment would arrive.

Just received the travel car seats I ordered for my little girl, and two dresses I bought for my wife. The items came fast, and my little girl absolutely loves this car seat.
