Absolutely love the curbside pick up, I do it often an never have a problem. Walmart curbside employees always smiling, fast, courteous an very respectful!! Way 2 Go!!

The employees were very active and attentive throughout the Center. Shelves were well stocked. Kind of crowded. Yet I was able to do my shopping and exit in reasonable timing.

Try getting fresh fruits and vegetables from here. All I can say is good luck. And the meat, 🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮! I have brought a few things back from produce and meat and both been nasty nasty nasty. And watched them grab new products for me and put the bad stuff back on shelf to be sold still. Nasty. No thank you.

Went to get some garden soil,went to outdoor center cash register,was informed I would need to go inside and then they would load. After standing in line fir 15 minutes the cashier said I would need to go and get a picture of the UPC code while the other guys was hee hawing back and forth. Needless to say, I still ended up loading my own after I’ve walked a 1/2 mile getting pictures for the cashier. Come on guys!! It’s not rocket science

Empty, hardly any foods on the shelf. Stood in line for about 30 minutes to check out. But I rated it a 3 star only cause the cashier was sweet. She also was the reason we waited so long. She was holding full conversations with every customer. 🤣

Love to get my prescriptions there because theyre all so pleasant and eager to help you get what you need. And I do the rest of my purchases on Walmart online and get it delivered. Awesome!!!

While the may have lots of item...there customer service is the absolute worst from top to bottom!!! Yes, this includes store manager to department managers who offer no help and want even speak to customers. I wish Americans would boycott Walmart for just 1 day if anything to get them to wake up. Yes, I even called corporate and got a lot of lip service NO real assistance...I wanted to buy an ice maker.

The main reason I shop Super Walmart is that it has most of what you need. The automatic checkouts allow you to check out quickly. Pets supplies are top notch, as is their water supply. Thank you.

I would rather wrangle a whale to shore by hand than walk into Walmart personally, but sometimes you just have to do the deed for the family. We needed pool chemicals, unfortunately. I always self checkout, better service and better odds of finding one open. More employees than customers, but theyre always chatting and ignoring everyone... except the guy at the door on the way out. Garden center, if youre clearly not buying something at that end.. dont use that entry - nobodys even working that register anymore. The store is as expected. 🤷‍♀️

This place is Hugh a lot of selections plenty of room it was clean and the registers were plentiful I really liked this Walmart 1st time there.

They are very courtesy and they help you the best they can if they dont have it theyll help you try to find it

Stopped to grab water real quick. only one self check open and a line for miles. Several vested employees visiting with each other, some out in the parking lot smoking, none were assisting customers. Left the water and the store. Not characteristic of Walmarts I am accustomed.

My mom used her Humana better health card with a 50 dollar healthy food allowance and wmsc made it easy!

We made a online pick up order and when we came to get it, we sat in the parking lot forever and a guy came out and said they closed at 7 when the order was ready at almost 7. So we had to go home and when we came back the next day and got the groceries, we went home and had several things missing from the order. So, we went back and told them and showed them the receipt, and they brought the bags of groceries out, and there was STILL stuff missing! 😡😤 Definitely wont be doing any online orders here anymore ...

Walmart is so unpredictable to me, if I were not so far from town I would shop elsewhere. I do like this WalMart and for the most part everyone is nice and helpful however it only takes one bad apple to ruin the bag. I have had good and bad experiences. Lately the shelves have been stocked much better and they are doing it as far as I can tell later in the evening making it much easier for those of us who shop in the evening a better shopping experience.

We all have to go here eventually! For me it’s about having a plan, in, out most of my visits are without incident. Self checkout is what’s up. I try not to ever go on Friday afternoon s because of the traffic. My suggestion is have a cashier at the outside bag goods area.

Highly disorganized with the shelves more empty than the aisles full of pallets waiting to be stocked, yet no employees doing so. The only hard working staff I have seen in my 3 trips to this store are the people outside. Steadily sweeping the parking lot and gathering up shopping carts.

Im new to the area and Walmarts is my go to store. Its well stocked and the workers are friendly and more than willing to help you. The only drawback was that there was a good sized line of people and only one register open.

This patiuler Walmart had there store stock in order, plus there were no hidden prices, when I went to buy tools each idum I chose mach the products Price, for say you hunt down a special needed tool an it sead 39.00 dollors thats great for I been to other Walmart s an what sead 39.00 was real retailing out to be 400.00 an some change, I left that store an found this one an got the true proice the tool was advertised on The shelf for, well have a great day

Pretty dirty place. Parking lot was filthy and not maintained. Staff was friendly and customer service was good but after spending 3 decades working for the retailer I would think this store has management issues. Every time I’ve visited a dirty store it’s been lack of care from the management team which seemed to be nonexistent here.

West Monroe wal mart is the absolute WORST wal mart Ive ever been in! Literally they dont take care if the stock! Pet food aisle is always bare & empty, the detergent aisle was almost empty and not even a mop where they are suppose to be. This dont even scratch the surface of what the rest of the store looks like!This store is HORRIBLE!

I ordered my 2nd pickup order 2/11/21 and thank goodness it wasnt just a 1st time customer that everything was perfect for. The 2nd order the same, perfect. I waited maybe 5 minutes and my order was at the car. Such a nice young man unloaded it and was careful enough to ask if I wanted my eggs up front with me. I would recommend this service to anyone. I have a parent with dementia so I need their professionalism when I leave the house so I am not gone very long. Great all round if you ask me.

If you dont do a quick check they are often out of stock on some stuff but the staff are very helpful and happy and thats what makes it happen

Well I went to return a flash light I received for Christmas and the ladies at the service desk acted as if I was lying about it be broke and they made me feel very uncomfortable because they were talking to each other very softly so only they could hear each other... I shop at Walmart in Farmersville 3 or 4 times a week and never have felt so uncomfortable as I did then. But the pharmacy is great. With very nice and helpful.

The employees helped me find things in the store and also took me straight to it as well.

Bad experience, I dropped a item, bent over to pick it up, there was 2 long display tables stacked on on top of each other, I guess I accidentally touched the table (which was not secure) and it fell off and cut a big gash in my leg side of the knee. An employee (male) came toward me and asked if he could help me I said yes I cant get this off me cause its too heavy. I should have had stitches and reported it but didnt cause I didnt see remember touching it. I had blood running down my leg and I was relieved when I discovered my leg was not broken! My point is when display tables are set up make sure they are SECURE,!!!

Love Walmart for the fact that you can waste time whilst finding things to buy.But lets gab about the Self Checkout woes that are increasing as less cashiers are available... If youre glibly using the scanner, you risk scanning the same item multiple times & if youre not paying attention, you also pay for it multiple times then, if youre lucky enough to catch it, youre standing in line for Customer Service in order to correct it.Ahhh, the life of an unpaid, undiscounted, No, I do NOT work for Walmart checkout newbie

Used grocery pickup. They were timely. One item was forgotten (eggs) but I noticed and had no problem getting them. Usually they give me eggs and bread as I have them put groceries in back of truck.Worker was friendly. All in all, good experience. Thank you workers! You are appreciated!
