Went to store to activate a new phone. I had to wait for 30 minutes just to be told that Im not an authorized user on my families account, something they could have told me in the first 5 minutes when I walked in and they confirmed I was part of a family account. They then offered no immediate solutions to my issue, so now I will have to return on another day, probably wait another 30 minutes past arriving, and hope that there isnt yet another hoop to jump through just to activate a new phone. This should not be a hard process.

Went in looking to switch and get a new phone. I looked online before hand so I had an idea of what the cost of plans were, as I was planning to buy the phone in full. The “quote” for the plan was twice the amount I saw online. When we asked about it we didn’t get much of an answer. Left and set up my new phone plan online at home for half the price. Don’t waste your time going to the store!

Your voicemail and your Google Page should say by appointment only- I checked on Google and called before and nothing said you needed an appointment or you would be turned away because appointments were full. Walked in, we were asked what we needed and we said we needed to get me a new phone and we were turned away as walk-in customers because they close in 20 mins and told us they wont be able to help me today... and asked if I would like to make an appointment for a different day. They turned away another lady as well while we were there who was also very frustrated.Rather than allowing me to stay there and see if they could fit me in, depending on how long the other appointments took, they just turned me away which is frustrating because I needed a new phone and already knew which one I needed. I worked in banking and we wouldnt allow any new customers in the door after closing hours, but anyone who had walked in before closing and was in line, we helped. Apparently with Verizon it is you better not come in 30 mins before closing because we are all walking out the door at 5pm. Verizon has always had very poor customer service but now I really feel like they could care less about customers ability to access their stores with hours like 11am-5pm and 10am-6pm and really they just need to say by appointment only which would resolve alot of frustration but doesnt really help someone who needs a new phone immediately. Just always so disappointed everytime I interact with Verizon.

You could tell he cared about the quality of service he gave us and that meant a lot to us. Dont go into the Jordan landing Verizon store. My friend, in her 70s went in and was treated rudely. They refused to transfer her phone content to the new phone she was going to buy, said they didnt have the time, this after waiting over an hour outside the store in 90 degree weather. Thankfully she went to the murray store, bought a new phone and received excellent service. The difference in the two stores was like night and day. Thank you Murray store.

If your corporate people want only an online presence, close the physical stores. Otherwise, stop shuffling away customers who are already irritated at waiting outside for 90+ minutes to get inside. Ive had 2 lines with Verizon for 20 years, and three lines for the past 7 or 8. We have been LOYAL. What do we get for that loyalty? Zero, zip, nada, zilch. I still have monthly increasing bills, still get charged $7 when setting up payment arrangements over the phone, and still get charged late fees for being a couple of days late, never mind the tens of thousands of dollars weve paid into this corporate bully. The worst part is, all companies are pretty much the same now. Screw customer service, whos spending $$$?

Best Coverage Worst Customer Service. Went it Saturday Nov 28 was 4th in line told 1hr wait. One hour later Im 2nd in line get told 45min. Then I get scheduled to come in December 4th at 5pm. Came in today store in closed. Thanks for wasting my time. Its nice to know you can sent notification at 4:17am to remind me about my appointment but cant to cancel. Nothing I like more than wasting a Saturday sitting in the parking lot and driving in rush hour traffic on Friday.

I am more then disgusted with the service I have received. The store decided to close early when I had an order placed. You see, normally that wouldn’t be a big deal. Yet there were people inside who couldn’t even answer the door while I was knocking on it. Then I watch them sneak out the back without saying a word. This was at 2pm and they close at 5pm. Also I have been passed around customer services for two hours. Shameful.

They opened two accounts in my name and by mistake they did not close the account and they did not notify me either and they sent the account to collections and they did not notify me of anything and I only found out from my bank because my credit went down because of that, I have 5 months of calling and talking to all Verizon departments and no one can fix the problem the person who works at this store created.

I was able to return the phone with zero issues. The store always looks clean and well kept. There was plenty of cases, phones, speakers, screen protectors, portable chargers, and so much more.Couldnt have asked for a better over all experience.

I got to Verizon to pay my bill, pay off the devices and remove w lines of service, it was 4:30 and they close at 5:00. The guy that was checking people in told me I could make my payment at the machine and when I told I wanted to pay off the devices he said I could do that from there as well. I told him I didnt know the pay off and that I wanted to remove the lines and he basically rushed me out the door, told me they closed in 15 min and I could call 611 and do all that over the phone. When I told him I had cash he told me that it could all still be done on the phone. I have been with Verizon for years and I can guarantee you I will not be going back to this store. I will go completely outta my way in order to not to have to go into their store and give them my business. When I called of course there is at least a 20 minute to speak with a representative, and now I still have t ok go into the store t ok finish what I needed and could gave gotten done today had it not been for Mr Hurry out the Door.....

Update (5/19/2018): My wife and I had a really good experience at this Verizon store today. My wife needed a new phone and they had a nice promotional offer that saved us $15/month and upgraded her phone from an iPhone 6s (that would no longer hold a charge) to a new iPhone 8. Accessories were bundled and came in a promotional offer as well. Our salesman, Jordan, was fantastic! He was very friendly and knowledgeable and really seemed to care about us as customers. Plus, they werent busy today and there was no wait! It was a great experience!I have a love/hate relationship with this store. The location is great and the staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. However, the wait time is long and a little ridiculous at times. I would give it more stars if it werent for the long waits. I have nothing bad to say about the employees and they have saved us money on what we thought were going to be costly repairs and instead was a simple in house fix.

THIS PLACE SUCKS. Who opens at 10, honestly. I was on a time crunch because for the second time I had to return my Note7. That isnt their fault, incompetent people is their fault. The first time I had to return my Note7. They took an hour to resolve the problem just to get my replacement note. Charged me 80 dollars in taxes because they couldnt wave it. Said it would be refunded in 3 to 5 business days. 1 month later, still no money refunded. Went in again to exchange the note7 AGAIN. Waited for an hour. No help whatsoever. I asked how much longer. The guy said he would ask and never got back to me. I had to go to work at noon. So we just left. Pretty sad. Customer service 0/50. This store in particular is the worst. DO NOT GO THERE.

This is my Verizon store of choice. I will go out of my way to come here. The staff here is knowledgeable and friendly. However, there is almost always a long wait. I try to come before evening hours so the wait isnt as long. Its inconvenient but worth it. Ive gone to other Verizon stores and the staff hasnt been as knowledgeable or helpful.Ive seen other reviews complaining that the staff is trying to sell them things that they didnt necessarily come in for but these people are paid on commission its their job to sell you things. I have never felt pressured to purchase items based on their suggestions.In the past few months Ive upgraded 2 phones and got one replacement device. On these separate occasions I worked with Jordan and Cody. They were both incredibly helpful.

Horrible experience! I ordered a new phone for my daughter and selected pickup at the Jordan Landing store. I ordered it at about noon on 7/30. I got an email telling me not to go to the store until I was notified that the phone was ready. The next day, after I still hadnt received the email, I called the store. After going through the call tree, I finally got through to a human being. I asked him how my order was coming. He said that he was at a call center, not the store. He tried calling the store, but nobody answered. He did have a device ID on the order and assumed they must have the phone ready. He gave me the device ID in case I needed it. When I got to the store, he went and got the new phone. He said that we could activate it at home. When we tried, it didnt work and we had to call tech support. They couldnt get it activated either, and asked us to switch the SIM card from the old phone into the new phone.Before that, we attempted to activate my wifes new phone and it took them over a week to get it activated. I also tried to put TravelPass on my daughters phone because she is in Germany and France and that took them over 4 hours. Verizon doesnt know what they are doing. Im seriously thinking of switching my service to somebody who cares!

This is by far the best Verizon store in the valley. The others truly feel like they are trying to rip you off and dont listen to what you need and/or want. I have had a couple issues, but they resolved them within one billing cycle! I understand they are there to make sales, but thank goodness the manager of this store takes the time to hire people that care about helping you out!

We had been to another store and gotten my phone upgrade but needed to come here for the same phone as the other store only had one in stock.We were greeted at the door but it was rushed and the lady helping my husband was dismissive, curt and rude.She ran through the selling speech very quickly and was not listening to the fact that all we wanted was to grab our phone and a case for it and leave.She informed us that there wasnt anything like that here and then promptly ignored us for another customer that she was obviously friends with.Dismissive, rude, curt and not listening to anything will not be back to this store specifically.

Very rude to us. We needed to transfer phones that had some glitch and we had to go to this tech store. They told us they were too busy to help. When we pushed it they finally putt us on the waiting list. When I turn came he barely looked at it and said it was fixed before running off. We looked at the phone and it wasnt fixed at all! We were told we could wait in line again. Second time we had the same issue and decided to go to the other store. It was not worth being lied to here. I can proudly say I am no longer a Verizon customer.

Unfortunately I have to give one star to leave a review, I will start with sales person was ricky (Tricky ricky) on 29/12/19 I went in to get two new phones & a plan. He said @ first he had no phones but had @ higher cost for more memory. Then he only had black color ones. Ask to look @ when he cam6back with phones he had a basket of phone protectors. Told him no we already got from Amazon @ half the cost. Was told wasnt as good as his (BS) then went through the whole BS sales pitch. After all that he tried to use my sons discount. But it wasnt able to combine offers. & after all the BS went to get the two phones buy one get one free ( & thats not true eather ) he was trying to port my #s but told him I didnt want it ported on one phone.So after the sale was done & paying 130dollars I found out he ported my #I told him I didnt want it ported & to change it back. He informed me he could not because the sale was made.So I told him to cancel the sale then.This made him angry and told me that he would no longer help me get two phones and a plan. I would have to get someone else. Verizon this is the way you treat new customers. Force them into things & not listen to their needs. After that I called Verizon service was on hold 20 minutes and was told sorry for my experience and they could start me up a new line with them today But I need to call the store manager and tell him my problem with Tricky.Hey Tricky you said you wish you could travel as much as I do. 1st lesson, dont believe a punk A**kid trying to take your money & never except things as they are

The location is great, and the staff was amazing.I had the best help from Fidel, he spent over an hour and a half helping me in every way possible. I had issues with my phone, and he explored every option and helped me call multiple numbers through Verizon for assistance with the problems. I thought I overheard someone mention he was having a hard time and maybe some personal issues this day, but I would have never guessed.He was nothing but helpful and cheerful, will definitely be back to see him anytime I need help with my Verizon account. I wish i could give 0 stars! Someone opened 5 lines under my name. It wasnt me, they didnt even have ID. And this location gave them 5 lines and 5 phones. After it showed as negative on my credit. I filled a police report and a claim of fraud with Verizon. My claim was resolved and they said it would be removed from my credit. Here i am a year and half later. And my credit shows i owe Verizon 5,000 dollars. Thanks a lot Verizon. DO NOT trust this location or any Verizon Store or there oh so helpful fraud department. It took me weeks of endless phone calls and visits to get it resolved. And yet it is still impacting my life.

I have always loved this location, until recently. I went in with a phone that had water damage and was told by one of the employees (who supposedly worked there a long time) that the phone was covered under insurance and I would receive a new phone, no charge, as soon as I fixed the crack in the screen, which costed $30. I fixed the crack, returned and was then told water damage was not covered, but that if I was told it was covered, I needed to come back and speak with the employee who promised me it was covered. Upon returning to speak to said employee I was informed it definitely would not be covered, no matter what. So, here I am, now out $179 dollars to replace my phone when I was promised by one of the employees here that it would cost nothing. I highly suggest finding a different location, perhaps one that trains its employees better, to save yourself the time and money that I lost.

As it turns out verizon DOESNT have customer service in the store anymore! Couldnt cancel a line...instead i was given a phone number to call to get this done. They cant honor old contracts or phone leases in store as they are now on a new program. Will be cancelling after 18 plus years with them and moving on to bigger and better service!

Very bad experience. Needed to replace a cell phone case. When the employee realized that he wasnt going to be able to sell me a new phone he didnt seem to want to help me. Claimed that they didnt carry the case that I had and claimed that he hadnt ever seen one like that before. We had bought the phone and case from the same location 18 months before. Had to go to Amazon to buy a new one. If this had been our first experience with Verizon it would have been our last.

Seems like the customer service is really lacking. Came in to buy a 12.9” IPad Pro, they don’t have them in stock nor does any location in the valley. Great. So they say they’ll ship it to us and it’ll be delivered on Thursday. When my husband asked how they would help us if the product arrived damaged. He was met with what I can only say was pure uncaring. They acted as if the question was stupid. (It was being shipped via FedEx, we both work with them at our day Jobs and know they damage packages all the time) any ways. We paid for the iPad and went on our way. Well we get the tracking number and it says delivery will be Friday. A day later than promised. So we call the store. And they just say “well there is nothing we can do now”Again I work with fedex a lot. You can change the shipping method. At this point there isn’t really a reason to as that would cause more delays. I just find it interesting that they confirm the day it’ll be delivered and then when that isn’t the date reflected o bathe tracking they offer no assistance whatsoever. Wonderful customer service 🙄

We did not have a good experience here. The device selection is significantly less than you find at the Verizon website. The staff seemed more interested in selling as much as they could. They didnt listen to anything we said about our needs and kept trying to get us to buy the most expensive options. They are rude and pushy. We tried visiting three times, each time being helped by a different employee. In the end we purchased online. If we hadnt had such poor phone service with our previous carrier we would have switched back.

REFUSED TO HELP US because of a past due bill that was clearly under a payment arrangement.Then when I went back he pretended he did not even know who I was. Our sales representative was friendly - However, Logan failed to transfer our contacts over to our new phones. I have no contacts transferred, my husbands were partially transferred, and none of my sons contracts were transferred. So, one must wonder what Logan was doing in the backroom when he had all 3 of our old phones and the transfers that he was supposedly doing were not done? Also, must complain BIG time that Verizon store was unable to update my name and insisted that I speak to Verizon customer service - and wait 35 minutes for a customer representative. There are many days that I wish I never got into Verizon - and today is definitely one of them!!!! Three and a half hours and our phones are still jacked. If you are considering Verizon - I recommend looking elsewhere. I would if I could!

Morning crew is terrible. Slow and not helpful. My phone broke, girl who helped me didnt even asked if I had insurance, which I had, she just tried to sell me a new phone. With an attitude. I may not look like much but I am the one with money, so be careful how you serve me, I will take my business somewhere else. I am switching to Sprint once I get my phone replaced.

Went in there to get my screen protector fixed. They said they had none in stock. I asked about getting the eclipse tablet, that I understood it was free upfront, and $10 a month for data. The individual helping me said no it was $50 to start up. I said I will only take it if its no fee to start up. He walked over to his manager standing by the door, after talking for awhile he came back and said its $50 to start up, but that he would put a $200 credit on the account. I didnt ask for a credit, I didnt initiate that conversation at all. So I asked him, after the $50 is covered, Ill have $150 to spend, or just apply to my bill? He agreed. Stupid me decided to get some nice headphones that where conveniently priced at $149.95. So I walked out of there with an understanding that I had the tablet for $10 a month in data, and everything else was covered by the credit he discussed at lengths with his manager. About 3 weeks later I go in after monitoring my account and no credit ever showed up. I insisted on returning the two accessories. He went and got the same manager that the previous rep talked to about the credit, and she declined to accept anything on return until she talked to the original rep who talked to me about the credit, and that she would call me the next day. That was 3 days ago, and no return phone call. BTW - I had just switched to Verizon, put close to $1000 down towards two phones, and financed the remaining balance on one phone. Very poor service thus far, and am not very happy with the Manager who cannot manage anything.

I seriously am wondering what the point of having a physical store location when they cant even help you.I placed an order at this location for an apple watch. Long story short, I was told that there was a glitch in Verizons order process and their online support told me to go to the store to cancel the order.So, I go to the store and am basically told all they would do is call customer service with me, not for me, and go through the cancellation process. I wasted a better part of my morning trying to get my order cancelled.Seriously, what is the point of having a store if you cant even assist customers with issues that were caused by YOUR systems in the first place???It makes me frustrated that I had to waste time doing what Verizon had asked me to do and it makes me seriously never want to go back to your store ever again.It truly isnt worth the effort!

I went in to the Verizon store with questions for switching my business account from Boost Mobile. I was initially greeted by a guy named Kris. Not only did he laugh when I told him I was with Boost Mobile, but he also asked if my business was unsuccessful because I was with Boost. I heard him laughing with another rep talking about how I was probably poor and wouldnt qualify. I WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN. On top of that when I walked in he said Whats up man? Where does he get off assuming my gender? I never told him I was a man and I dont identify as one.

Extremely expensive, staff not helpful at all. They stop talking to you or answering your questions as soon as they decide you are not buying. No options to upgrade equipment without increasing your bill even if you accept a new contract. An overall disappointing experience that offers nothing better than their cumbersome and confusing webpage in matters of giving the customer a painless experience much less a pleasant one.

Have you ever wanted to be treated according to how you look? Do you like the feeling you get when you KNOW youre an inconvenience? Would you like to clearly lay out exactly what you want and have them sign you up for something that you didnt? If you answered yes to any of these questions, this is the store for you.Verizon as a whole has been a bad experience. You WILL get service in more areas, but the service quality is much much lower than Tmobile. So you have the opportunity to drop calls as frequently at the top of a mountain as you do in the city.
