I have bought a New car and waiting for the new license plates for two months. Called couple of times and finally someone called back saying it was delivered one month ago without any signature. Spoke to the manager Mike and saying I have to go to motor vehicle and fix it myself. They didn’t want to fix the mistake they have made by putting my old address. No apology at all. Here’s the paperwork and try to fix it by yourself. Won’t give me a temporary plate now and I can’t even drive my car. They don’t care. Won’t be shopping there again.

Angel, Tefawa and Mike went out of their way to get me APPROVED for the car I wanted. However, I AM HAVING SO MANY ISSUES WITH THIS CAR THAT I WILL BE RETURNING IT THURSDAY. It has a broken seat from a car accident likely, missing parts, no back seat head rest, and when I go to give it gas it responds slow....etc. This car is shot and I will not be keeping it and I am very disappointed because I thought I was dealing with honest people.

Edit: The owner responded saying I missed the fees however how does that explain the obnoxious behavior of your finance employee Fernando refusing do disclose the fees and hanging up on me for asking? it clearly does not excuse it and It is the main reason I chose not to buy with you! I should not be treated poorly when I am trying to learn about the costs of a purchase..Red flag # 1 I felt like there was a bait and switch when it came to the cost of the vehicle. The advertised price came with an additional $2000 down plus nearly $700 in dealer fees that are added to the price of the car. Somehow I was willing and able to overlook this and thought I could buy the car. Thankfully it was late in the day, we did not close the deal and I was asked to return the next day. The next day I called and insisted on speaking to the finance agent to find out what the finance rate they were offering was. In my humble opinion I can not agree to this kind of purchase without having a full picture of what I would be spending. Red flag # 2 Fernando was so incredibly unprofessional and rude, he mentioned additional fees but refused to disclose the what the fees would be. Red flag #3 He had the audacity to hang up on me because I was asking questions which are my right to know. I have to thank him for behaving so poorly, because of him I decided not to buy with this dishonest dealer. Prior to going in I had not yet read these reviews, now I noticed 7 months ago someone else had a similar experience with Fernando but they made the mistake of signing. I am so glad I do not have to drive a car that makes me feel like I got ripped off or manipulated in the process of acquiring. Buyer BEWARE this is not a fair place to do business.

Specifically i always ask for Tasha to be the service representative for my car. She will report tome whatever the mechanic has listed for me to do. She listen to me and do what I require to do. The only reason I didn’t leave a 5 is because of the wait. I wasn’t surprised since I chose to wait for the repair and knew it would take a couple of hours, therefore I would say an excellent experience.They have set up a concierge service. Tim Keehner was fantastic. He checked me in and text me throughout the experience. He was very cheerful and ensured that I was consistently updated.The waiting lounge ( not parts department waiting area) was clean and comfortable. They offered waters and snacks. A bonus you’re close to the Bob’s shopping center so I filled my time by browsing stores.

Greg Connolly my sale rep was awesome! I originally showed up with my mind set to purchase a used 2018 Camry SE that I saw listed on their website for $18k which had 45k miles on it. Greg talked me out of buying that one and was able to find me the same one with only 14k miles for only a few hundred more! He was extremely patient with me as I tend to ask a lot of questions. Then when it came down to discussing monthly payments and the amount I was offered for my trade in, I wasn’t happy with the numbers and turned down the deal. As I was about to walk out, the managers stepped in as they didn’t want me to leave unhappy and were able to worked out a better deal with the monthly payment I wanted. The staff at Atlantic Toyota are wonderful!

I have been going to Atlantic Toyota in West Islip since I brought my car back in Dec 2019. I have had the pleasure of working with Tasha and Timothy in the service and parts department. I am always greeted with a smile and all steps explained clearly. Any changes I am notified immediately. They always looking for the best ways for me to save in the short term and long term.

They were attentive and completed the work when they said they would. No problems with the car and the completed repair on the recall and the maintenance and inspection.Benney Mac is one of the best Service Managers that I have delt with at Atlantic and they should have more people like him.

A great sales experience even in these tough times for the auto industry. Atlantic had the exact car we were looking for and after getting the run around at several other dealers, we stumbled through the door to Atlantic. We had dealt with our sales rep, will Blackwood, several times over the years but had never managed to settle on a car that we liked (we were always a Honda family). Will is a total gentleman and one of the big reasons we found ourselves walking through the doors again. I can’t recommend him highly enough. We sat down and, after a bit of back and forth, settled on the car we wanted at a fair price that didn’t reflect the price gouging we had encountered at other dealers. Our financial rep, shaz, was a gentleman and worked to help us find a financing package and extended warranty that fit our needs. Every aspect of our sale was above expectation. I can’t recommend will higher than to say that I will be calling him when it’s time for my son to purchase his first car in a few years.Thanks again Will for a great buying experience.

Easy peasy . Brought in my 2021 Rav 4 Prime for the complimentary 5000 mile service . 8:15am appointment Friday . Took me right away then went to the lounge to wait . I got a call from my service advisor Ben . That he had my vehicle and would inform me when it was ready. I waited about an hour and fifteen minutes till it was ready then Ben came and got me. Great experience very polite and efficient. Super !

They have an exceptional sales department with well trained sales people that are not pushy and really work to place you in a vehicle that fits your needs. Their finance department does not try to upsell you on finance packages and warranties, but instead walk you through what’s available and the benefits of each. I never felt pushed into something I didn’t need. I always use their service department because they are trustworthy and attentive. Overall a well run dealership that has earned my continued business.

Worst service ever. Brought truck in for a rattling noise from the drivers side front, at 55 to 60 mph. Was told it was my brake rotor....and then it needed power steering svc. And 4 wheel drive svc. Was told it would be about $1000, estimated verbally. Got a free loaner car. This was on a Thursday. Car was ready on Friday. Picked it up. And bill was $1500, not the $1000 I was told... big difference...When I asked about the difference, I was told she never said that amount to me...paid the bill, drove out and immediately smelled something burning..Thought it might be the new brake pads... drove back to my office. And on the way heard the EXACT SAME NOISE...and when I got to my office and got out of the truck, not only did the burning smell increase, but there was smoke coming out from under my vehicle and fluid dripping all over the ground...I immediately called my svc rep, and was told to bring it back in. I did, got the same loaner car, and showed her the video I took of the fluid and smoke from under my truck. They kept my truck till Tuesday, when I got a call saying it is ready. When I looked at the bill, I was charged for the loaner, and $2.95 for windshield Washer fluid...on a $1500 bill...When I spoke to her about it, I was told the Rental Charge was her error. When I asked about what was the noise, I was told it was a rotor shield...Then why was I charged for rotor replacement...??? On both front wheels...and was told they could not find any leaks,, so I must have driven over something...the other charges were for routine maintenance, even though those charges are highly inflated....I was given s $ 200 credit for the inconvenience...the $65 was included in that refund. I have bought 12 cars from this dealership or its affiliates, since 2002.. had my cars serviced there while under warranty, referred dozens of my students, their friends and families to this dealership...I will never go back there again. They have lost my business, my referrals and anyone I know will be told of this. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.. on second thought, dont feel free.. I will charge you for my time at the same rate your dealership charges....

Arrive at Atlantic Toyota at 10:38am didn’t leave close to 1:00pm service people were extremely nice and friendly and the Apple car play was finally installed in my Gen 8 Camry,Something I’m surprised didn’t come factory from the start but that has nothing to do with the dealership but more the makers themselves,besides the super long wait was the only reason for the 4 star ⭐️ instead of 5,The sales reps were helpful as well but not annoying I was only approached twice inside and once outside for help purchasing or if I wanted info on another vehicle which was great 👍🏽 not pushy at all and definitely treated my wife and myself very kindly I would definitely recommend this place to others and will make my future car purchase at Atlantic Toyota.

The negotiation is smooth and no hassles dealing with the lease with Jimmy. I initially negotiated a different model but I declined later due to color choice/features. Tony followed up and offered next level model on-hand. But no time was spending delivering the features of RAV4 Prime Plug-in vehicle and about service schedule and/or Toyota-care.

The beginning of my experience went well. Phil was quick and efficient with getting me into my near car. However I am extremely frustrated by the behavior of the ENITRE staff including management by the end of the night. It started raining and I was waiting in the lobby for paperwork to be completed. In front of me the salesperson precedes to load up my brand car with other sales members and drive them to their vehicles on the other side of the parking lot. This did not happen once but twice in front of me. Finally the finance manager noticed I was upset and asked what was wrong. I proceeded to tell him what occurred and the manager was also overhearing the conversation. The manager asked if my car was new or used (which shouldn’t matter anyways) and asked for the price of my car. Not one person apologized to me for this rude and inappropriate behavior. I am extremely disappointed in the entire team at Atlantic Toyota and upset that they did nothing to rectify the issue.

This was the worst experience I ever had at a dealer. Many people pretending to work but only talking about their up and coming weekend plans. I had a very disappointing service experience because no one at the service area knew how do desk with a reward certificate. Spent extra 30 mins waiting fir so so s to figure it out. Otherwise the tech was proficient..

Very friendly staff, comfortable waiting area. Easy to get an appointment. New Toyotas get free maintenance for a while, they changed my oil for free.

Tim K was great when I dropped off my car for service! Made it simple and fast and made sure I didn’t wait to long for my car. Fastest service I’ve ever gotten compared to the other times I had to wait 2-3 hours for my car. Overall super happy with my service !

This is my first time having my car serviced by Toyota/ Hyundai dealership in West Islip. I purchased my car last June and needed an oil change and an all around tune up. The process was painless and easy. Everyone that I spoke to was friendly and helpful from start to finish. I have a separate problem with my vehicle and spoke to the service manager. He looked into it and has already ordered the parts. They took the time to talk to me and asked if I had any questions or concerns. I was able to wait for my car in the waiting area. The area was clean and everyone wore masks and followed safety procedures.

Friendly and professional service. very thorough inspection of my vehicle. didn’t try to sell me services that weren’t need. extremely happy to use them and highly recommend you use them too!
