Jason and Luis went above and beyond. They dismantled my treadmill, removed it and cleaned the area for me. They put my new piece of equipment in place and even gave my spinning bike a cleaning and once over. They quoted me a fair price, came on time and were so pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them.

The team did a fantastic job of moving my arc trainer from the garage to the basement. Every step was explained so there were no surprises. After it was unpacked from all the shipping materials, the guys thoroughly inspected it and then made sure I knew of all the blemishes and their impacts to performance (there were none). Everything was tested before and after the move just to make sure that there were no glitches.I will definitely have them back for routine service and will gladly refer the company to my friends and colleagues.

So Jason & his team saved the day!!!!!! I came across an amazing elliptical that I wanted on the CT marketplace but I did not have the manpower to move it from the sellers house to mine. In some online searching, I stumbled upon Fitness Equipment Rescue by Jason. I made a few phone calls to a variety of places including traditional movers. Finding a company willing to dismantle & move and then transport it to my house then reassemble the elliptical was no an easy task- until I spoke with Jason! So I learned your typical moving company will move fitness equipment but not actually take it apart in ANY way. Well this baby needed to be slightly disassembled to move it downstairs and out of the house. After a few days of excellent communication, planning and scheduling I booked Jason’s team to drive to Brookfield, dismantle & move and then transport it to my house then reassemble the elliptical. 10 ⭐️ stars all day long. Jason was professional, on time and set clear expectations. The price was worthy of the labor involved and travel. I would refer them to anyone in need of a fitness “rescue” or move or transfer. Saw one of Jason’s vans. Called the # and spoke to him. I have an older home model elliptical that has a vibration. After telling him I was somewhat mechanical, he helped me over the phone so I can fix it myself. Since it was an older model, it wasn’t worth paying the fee to have someone come out to fix it. He didnt have to do That. That is great!!

Jason and Luis are THE BEST and I am grateful to them for delivering and installing my elliptical trainer:1)despite everything going on they found a way to work me into their schedule2)they give you a time of arrival and they arrive literally on the minute they said- I have never seen that before from anyone ever!3)they went out of their way to install my trainer in the best place, not a place that was easy to get to. I told them if it is too hard to get it where I wanted it, they could go with my second choice location. But they insisted on getting it into my first choice.4)I had bought the floor model and they identified a part that was In addition to writing this down for me, they wrote down the serial number, and did all of this on the owners manual so that it would be easy for me to call the company5)when the replacement part came they came back to install it- they are licensed professionals and who the equipment maker companies use themselves. Highly recommend for fitness equipment repair. Our Cybex Eliptical machine was making an annoying clicking noise, Luis was able to diagnose and repair it and it now works beautifully. I also had an issue with the machine that Jason was able to help me resolve over the phone. They are prompt, courteous and know what they are doing.

Needed to install a wall mounted cable crossover machine inside my boss home. They were available to come the next morning to install, great customer service! Well prepared with all the tools and equipment needed to get the job done, even black paint to match the piece of wood that needed to be painted to match the machine. They even greased up the machine upon completion to make sure it was working perfectly! I was worried they wouldnt want to take the job as it was more of just mounting then repairing or assembling, but they were more then happy to get the job done. Will definitely be using them again! I purchased a used treadmill that worked prior to moving it to my home. I contacted Just Call Jason and Luis came out and took a look. Very professional, thorough and genuinely working to get the treadmill running without breaking the bank. A part needed to be ordered. They took care of that and at my request sent it to me so I could so a self install. The treadmill works like a champ. I would recommend without reservation.

Extraordinary experience with Jason and his team (Luis, specifically). Original diagnosis for broken Stairmaster from another service provider had not addressed the key issue and Luis and Jason both came out multiple times to diagnose and solve the problem and did so patiently and at a reasonable price. I called and spoke to Jason himself and he had one of his repair techs at my house in 24 hours. What a great job he did, and the cost was extremely reasonable. We subsequently had additional repair needs and they priced all the parts for me, checked warranty information, and did a phenomenal job, and were very courteous and professional. Jason made several personal visits to our space to be certain all the details were arranged before the big day of our gym renovation. Not only did he have a streamlined and smooth operation lined up for us when our equipment arrived, but he personally disassembled some of our old equipment for a third party company of movers who didnt know what they were doing: now THAT is going above and beyond. Ill be continuing to use Just Call Jason for everything we need in our gyms--from upkeep to new equipment to minor equipment emergencies. Called Jason and team to diagnose a Cybex 770T commercial treadmill we purchased from a reconditioner. Luis came to our home, recommended parts which I purchased directly off the internet. The power supply I purchased was an aftermarket one that would not work correctly. Luis was able to diagnose the issue, splice some wires together and re-configure the wires to make the power supply work. Most repair techs wouldnt do that, even if they knew how. They would just tell you to order the correct power supply and then charge for another service call to install it.Jason and Luis put aside profit to get the job done right, and we couldnt be happier. I feel fortunate to have found a business owner who treats his customers with honesty and integrity, on top of providing high quality technical repair services.
