Just had coffee here this am! Nitro was amazing, homemade pop tart my daughter loved (I’m not a huge pastry guy but it looked amazing, and they made some epic hot chocolate for my daughter! I look forward to coming back when I’m in town again.

Well, I’ll just say it- this is easily one of the best coffee shops in Fargo! And let it be known, that actually means something because Fargo has quite a few cool coffee joints. But Thunder Coffee really finds a way to stand out.Their coffee is wonderful- there’s a special matcha latte that has lemon and rose syrup in it, and I know how odd a combo it sounds, but it’s one of the best coffees I’ve ever tried. I never was much a fan of matcha, and this coffee made me change my mind. They have a small selection of pastries that are all great too.The atmosphere is awesome, just what you would hope for at a coffee shop. It’s laid back, quiet, soothing, and the gentle decorations all add up to being perfect. I love all of the potted plants they have sitting around and that they have labeled what each one is, and not to mention how cool the chandelier is!!! All of the workers have been so nice every time I’ve gone.Really, what a freaking cool place- you won’t be disappointed coming here. They really bring the Thunder and Lightning.

The atmosphere was very relaxing and conducive to reading. Cold brew coffee was by far some of the best Ive ever drank. Would visit again!

Best local coffee shop in the country!!The inside is gorgeous and has tons of seating.There is also a drive thru as well for a quick stop and go.But what keeps you coming back is the awesome coffee and the out of this world staff! They go above and beyond to make sure your experience is next level!Definitely my favorite go to place in all of the Fargo surrounding area.

Please, please check this place out! My friend and I went there last week on a whim (we’re from out of town) and had a coffee, latte and thunderbar. All delicious, especially the brown sugar vanilla latte my friend got. The atmosphere is also really beautiful and very inviting. But the coolest part of the visit was that the owner (Skyler), literally sat down and wrote down a bunch of restaurants/places for us to check out. Really nice guy. And we followed his recommendations and had a great time in Fargo. If I ever return to Fargo, I’ll be returning here!

Phenomenal third wave coffee shop. I can see the tea was brewed with care and intelligence. The staff are engaged and kind. The space has an energetic and hip vibe. Limited food selection. Best place in Fargo I’ve been to.

This is the 2nd visit Ive had so far and I was excited to see such a different variety of options available. Ill definitely be back to try more things on the menu.

BEST COFFEE IN FARGO AREA!!!Its hard to express how great this coffee shop is! They have everything going for them... Great people behind the counter, an awesome decor and general vibe, and best of all, some of the best coffee Ive ever had. And Im not an expert, but Ive been around the block when it comes to coffee. Id be surprised if this place doesnt become a national coffee name at some point!

The specialty drinks are absolutely incredible and so unique! I love that they switch them seasonally. The staff is so very friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere has a that hipster laid-back vibe without trying so hard. One of my favorite local spots by far!

Used to be able to come here after the flying pig and sober up!! Hours changed but still great, can still finish here by 3:30pm if you started at Deaners and ran the 4pack day! Leaves you with the option for the follow up 2pack night to complete a 6pack day!!

Best coffee shop in West Fargo, hands down. The coffee is great, the vibe is chill, and the baristas are friendly and knowledgeable. Local tip: they have a small conference room table in the back room that seats 8 I believe. If you are in the area, stop by and grab a cup!

Love this cozy spot! The drinks, food, and atmosphere are just as amazing as the people! I love how involved they are with the community and all the ways they give back! I have loved everything Ive tried on the menu and they have inspired me to start playing around with some recipes at home. This is my new favorite spot to sip and chat!

Our first time there. My wife and I each had an Americano along with some other goodies they had for sale. We sat outside and enjoyed some excellent coffee and enjoyed a beautiful morning in West Fargo. I highly recommend stopping here and enjoying some coffee and there baked goodies.

First time at @thunder.coffee today and I have to say that I was more than impressed. Not only was my beverage fantastic but Tyler made me feel welcome immediately upon introducing himself. If you havent been to their new location you need to go and I definitely need to go again soooo....maybe Ill see ya there sometime 😉

The coffee here is absolutely phenomenal. They make their own flavor syrups so theyre not nasty sugary commercial syrups with barely any flavor or tastes clearly fake.

I drive by Thunder Coffee every Sunday on my way to Sandys Donuts. Today I planned my first stop there. We pulled into the drive-thru and waited a few min; they dont have their hours posted. I googled them to get their hours and I was surprised to see that they do not open until 9am on Sundays. Bummer! So far my first impression is poor.

I am from out of town and stopped here recently based on reviews from googles algorithm..Well this is an Awesome Place (great atmosphere and coffee)This place knows how to make PROPER coffee. They roast their beans to perfection (not oily probably avoiding second roasting crack) Anyways, it is a lighter (proper) espresso roast.I also like it that they focus on one size for drinks. This is pure quality not quantity!Great baristas!I ordered 2 drinks and some beans when I was there and will be ordering future delivery for more beans! I have a Jura superauto machine at home and it is very picky on bean selection and their beans are a perfect match for this!**I usually order my beans from intelligentsia but will be looking here from now on as they are more local!**Keep it awesome!

Stopped in this morning for the first time. Extremely warm and friendly place where they want to know your name and value the customer. Had my coffee in less than a minute, and most importantly, the coffee is very good. Ill be back.

Coffee was nothing special at all. Got a chai tea with latte and an iced vanilla coffee. I had to go fix the coffee at home and my fiance said the chai tea was nothing special $10. Also got a vegan muffin and my fiance said it was awful and I had a scone which was ok. It is absolutely crazy the ratings this place has. Ive had better coffee at just about every other coffee shop in west fargo/ fargo area than this place. Too bad though since wouldve been nice to a good coffee shop close to where I live. Also the decor is nice but the space is so open you hear everyones conversation so do not go here to relax and sip coffee if that is your thing.
