Extremely overpriced. JCPENNEY used to be affordable, but now theyre priced like Saks fifth avenue!!! I do NOT recommend.

2nd floor entrance closed from the parking garage. No signs before the stairs and ramp. Not good for elderly and disabled like my mom. And no elevator close by. Please do better!

Went to get a birthday gift. Spent over $200 only to find out JC Pennys reduced my $2000 in 2018 to $100 for inactivity and I have a credit on my card. Have been a credit customer for more than 40 years without any credit issues. No notice from them. I know JC Pennys is having credit issues. Items in the store are limited at best, sales associates are focused on other things, not you. No matter, I know theyre going out of business and after this experience and I will not go back! Pandemic or no pandemic, you wont have a business if you screw over your loyal customers! You cant come back from that! Kohls, Macys and other stores have the same items AND treat their customers better! RIP JC Pennys...

Good customers services, practices physical distancing to protect clients

They have two lines when you are picking up... one states returns and one pick up... however one register open and the cashier was rude 😒 she says next but we dont know who is next if the pick up or returns but if the wrong person goes she give a mad look, she should say next returns or next pick up and like that the customer is not confused of who is next... also if they are short staff and could only have one open register have only one line for both things period.

The customer service is above and beyond what I expected. There is a salesman named Sean that helps me find exactly what I want and does it with a great attitude.

I went to the West Covina store. Visited the womens shoe dept.(as a last resort) and the mens dept. The store had no zip, no zap or zing! Boring, lack luster and very limited selections in comparison to other locations!

Busy place, but COVID safety practices in place. If youre looking for fun gift items advertised on website, very limited quantities/ availability...but, theres lots of other great finds, and lots of clearance items throughout the store!! Checked off several people of mynice list!!!

The team was very good at what they did, the prices are great better than ever, I found out the hard way, the other stores prices are higher. I paid$400.00 for the same thing that was AT JCPENNEYS for $159.00 and it was the same thing and I was UPSET 😭 NEXT TIME I WILL GO TO JCPENNEY FIRST BE FOR ANY PLACE ELSE.. LOOK FOR THE SALES GREAT DEALS.🤔 BE FOR YOU BUY.

This JCPenny is not that bad. I am not sure how deals work and in my mind, I think that during the holidays we should expect to see a lot more deals and specials but I dont see that here. Nor any other day. Its ok I guess.

I really like this jc penny they have a portrait studio and a sephora inside!Side note you can actually try clothes on here before you buy them. And their sale section is out of control! I saved $182.

I was greeted right away with a hello the place is clean and neat and organized I just love going to JCPenneys

Picked up my printed pictures from the portrait studio. They were closed but still filled with people so they let me get my pics. Purchased a couple of items and was helped right away and 2 different employees were very nice and helpful.

Went in for a new mattress and Jennifer was excellent! She was both knowledgeable and courteous. Great experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

They lost half my package that I ordered, I had to wait half an hour for them the refund me the other half and the package that I did receive had some broken parts. Never shopping here again!

So I went to jcpenneys in West Covina and was very disappointed. I walked in and forgot my mask the lady tells me I cant enter without my mask and she will not help me until I get my mask so I go out and get my mask from my car I reentered to the same cashier who is now helping a white woman without a mask I asked why and was ignored so I walked out. I will not be shopping there again

JC Penney was great. Went to spend some gift cards that our kids received for Christmas and they actually found something they liked. They were also having a sale so it was a win win. Checkout was quick and easy.

Found what I needed

They have great sales but good luck finding any help. I needed help with a dress shirt. Stood around for over 20 minutes and no help whatsoever. Went to express and I was in and out within 15 minutes
