Something has changed at this location and it isnt good. I went there last week for a check up and updated lenses. I was surprised to see there was a new Dr, but he was very good. The issue was when it was time to pick our frames. There were 2 employees at the desks in the frames section. I was taken to one of them to help me. She pointed to where the frames were and said to try on as many as I wanted, then to put them in a tray. I started looking but wasnt finding anything I liked so said something to her. She just turned around on her chair and made a few comments, then left to keep looking on my own. After about 10 minutes of looking, trying on and not finding anything, I just asked for my scrip and left. Always when I have gone before the employee has walked around with me and helped me find the right frames for my face....not this time. I was shocked that after seeing I was getting frustrated, not knowing what looked good on me she never once got up to help. I purchased frames elsewhere and doubt that I will return to this place again. There are too many choices and I will always go with the one that has the best customer service and this was NOT it!

This place is a joke. Today I called to get my prescription and they had something completely different in the computer. This was the last straw. Ill never go back again.

Always a good experience, fair price and great staff. They give 110% to make you get the right fit and product. Also they carry crizal lens they make a big difference from just a reflective coating.

The staff and Midwest Eye Associates was very friendly and efficient. From scheduling an appt, checking my insurance and fitting me for contacts. Dr Seth was kind and informative. He took the time to make sure I understood everything and answered all of my questions. Most doctors have you in and out and dont realize you are an actual person. Not in this case. I never felt rushed or that I was just another set of eyes. I would highly recommend visiting this office.

I would absolutely recommend this office to everyone! From the second I walked in the door each member of the staff were nothing but friendly and professional! Dr. Seth Bachelier explained every single step making sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable about my entire appointment. They sat with me for at least 30 minutes helping me get my contacts in for the first time (after I had tried and failed at contacts year ago!).Needles to say, I can’t say enough good things about them!

Having a difficult prescription and medical condition affecting my sight, it can sometimes be time consuming and requiring many additional visits before being fitted with the correct prescription.The doctor is extremely caring and knowledgeable about different issues affecting sight and takes the time to carefully explain every detail so that you leave completely informed about your options.The staff is friendly and very accommodating with my also restricted schedule to see the doctor and the office is conveniently located in the heart of Wentzville! Dr. Bachelier never gave up on me or my difficult eyesight and continued to try different types of lenses until we got the best lenses, with the perfect fit and correct prescription! For the first time in years I have clear vision. Thank you to Dr. Bachelier and the Wentzville staff for impeccable service! ❤

I like how detailed they are with eye care and they will answer and take time for all your questions.

The doctor was polite and professional. The girl doing the Eye exam checks had a little rude tone.I went in expecting to paid only $35 for the eye exam with my Essence insurance. They charged another $20 for photo without consulting and asking about this charge. Even Walmart ask before they charge for this procedure. The cheapest frames are $150. I didn’t buy glasses from them because if the glasses don’t work out for any reason they will not give your money back. Costco, Walmart and Sams will. So that is where I’m going to get my glasses.

Very friendly staff. The staff is always helpful. Do fill that they try to pressure me into stuff I really dont need but I understand they have to earn money too. And they dont push hard.
