I shopped around and went to 5 different places who were not really knowledgeable in my search for an adjustable base and mattress to fit into our existing bed frame set. When we walked in The Wentzville Bedroom Store location and spoke with Daniel, I knew I was in the right place. Daniel was very knowledgeable, nice, and experienced in educating me to help me find what we were looking for. The store also has floor models for you to see and test out before purchasing. Daniel went above and beyond with being patient and offering advice. The delivery team was all very professional, quick and efficient. I have had many places deliver furniture and by far “The Bedroom Store” has moved to the top of my list. I recommend using TBS and highly recommend checking out the Wentzville location. We were having trouble finding a bed frame/platform or a box spring. Every where we had looked it was either outrageously expensive or it would take 7 days to get here and we just got a new mattress we would like to use! Im so glad we found this place cause they had exactly what we needed in stock! I was able to pick up today! The smart base bed frame we got was reasonably priced and SUPER easy to transport and put together. I highly recommend this place !! Thank you!

Very quick visit. We went in for a box spring, the attendant was very helpful. Suggested another product, that would be more durable for only a $10 difference. Was not pushy at all, like you find at some stores that want you to purchase a different product. Showed us the bonus base frame, and we were sold. Very pleasant and easy to work with. Will be returning their for any bedding needs!

Needed a mattress quickly with guaranteed delivery in a week and was in and out within 5 minutes with a bed that was perfect. I recommend them highly.

Purchased a mattress almost 2 years ago and filed a claim. They promptly came and inspected. We were, without hassle, approved for a store credit; to which we selected a completely different mattress brand. We are now awaiting that delivery. The claim and inspection process as well as the initial purchase and reselection were all very smooth and unpressured purchases. Because of the customer service we have had we will undoubtedly return. The Bedroom Store takes care of their clients.

We went to 2 other mattress stores in Wentzville and came back to this one. Rob (store manager) was so helpful and patient. My 17 year old wasn’t the easiest to work with. We would ask him about this mattress and he would say it’s nice, and without even trying out others. I would definitely come back here again. The bonus was, that the mattress was made in the USA.

ZERO stars should be an option. We made our purchase and scheduled the delivery for Thursday. I was told they would arrange the time with me. Instead, I received a voicemail informing me of the three hour window they would arrive. My husband took off work to be home. A half hour, after the three window time started, I received a call from a man who was EXTREMELY unprofessional. He said they noticed I live way out in the sticks and they could not deliver if there was any snow or ice on our road or if we had a hill. My address was provided at the time the delivery was scheduled and we paid a hefty price for it! I asked him to call my husband who took off work to be home, to which he replied, Oh we are still coming today. He left my husband a voicemail immediately after stating they were not coming and no ETA on delivery. When my husband made contact with the store he was directed to the warehouse where Todd assured him we would be first delivery of the morning on Saturday. They would leave at 8:30. At 12:30 I received a call that their truck was broke down in Maryland Heights. When my husband asked what mile marker so we could come get it ourselves they said they took it back to the warehouse. If they had a way to take it back to the warehouse they shouldve had a way to deliver it to us. Im sorry was the only attempt to resolve this issue. My husband drove back to the store for a refund. We will NEVER do business with them again! It doesnt matter what product you have or how good your sales staff is, if you cant rely on the 3rd party company, you CHOOSE to do business with, to DELIVER your merchandise then the end result will always be the same...LOSS OF CUSTOMERS AND SALES.

The Bedroom Store in Wentzville MO surpassed any costumer service I’ve ever seen! Went in to buy a new mattress at 4, they closed at 5, and we weren’t sure if we needed a full or queen and Rob Stephenson offered to stay late for us if we got the wrong size. Our luck, we got the wrong size and he stayed open past 5 for us to come and exchange! This was not an easy exchange either because I was indecisive but he was so nice, friendly and went above and beyond so we had the right mattress!! The bedroom store has the most reasonably priced mattresses I could find, and the staff was amazing and very helpful. The gentleman that I spoke to Over the phone identified what I needed immediately. He did not try to upsell me at all. He understood that I was in a rush, as I came in with the trailer. Sams Club totally messed up my mattress exchange under their 10 year warranty and would only put the cost back on their credit card which meant 5+ days with no bed while they take their time crediting the account. These guys saved the day and had an even better mattress 90 days same as cash with no interest or credit check/approval. In and out quicker than my wife could get Subway next door.

I had a great experience while visiting the store and working with Dan. A complete education without the high pressure sales you would get at other places. Just bought a new TempurPedic adjustable bed from the Bedroom Store in Wentzville, MO, and couldnt be more excited as we wait to have it delivered in just TWO DAYS!! Jeff Topps took lots of time with us to make sure we were knowledgeable of all of the options available to us with several different models and manufacturers. He made no attempt to UPSELL us to a more expensive model, he just INFORMED us of what was available and pros and cons of each model. It was a very pleasant experience.
