Super place to buy a mattress. I shopped other stores for two twin mattresses and city mattress Wellington was head and shoulders above all other stores. Our salesman, Danny was professional and gave us the best price possible. I can’t say enough good things about Danny. Highly recommended. Ask for Danny and you will get the best service possible

Stopped by to look at a mattress for my mother who is 89 years old. Store manager Terri was very helpful assisting my wife and I. There was no pressure at all just helpful ideas (assistance). When I went into City mattress Wellington the help was prompt very nice. Ive been using City mattress for 24 years for my home and my rental properties and Ive always had great results very nice and prompt and set up was wonderful . I will always use City mattress!

My husband and I went to the Wellington store in the evening, and were greeted by Joe, the salesman that evening. He asked us a few questions about our sleeping habits, etc. then lead us to several different choices, suggesting we take our time with each one and if we liked or disliked esch one. Joe was wonderfully patient in answering all our questions, taking time choosing a mattress and giving us a good price, with prompt delivery the next day. We highly recommend this store and will purchase from the Wellington City Mattress again.

Just purchased a king sized Prana adjustable bed from the City Mattress in Wellington Fl. Our sales person Theresa B. greeted us at the door in a professional manor, she never once made us feel pressured to purchase anything. We knew that we wanted to purchase a bed, but fully expected to just browse City Mattress to gather information before heading over to sleep number for a comparison. We were so impressed with the quality of the Prana mattresses and the non aggressive sales approach that we never made it to another store and made the purchase. In our experience with large purchases, a knowledgeable sales person making you feel comfortable and able to answer all our questions, without having to ask for help is just as important as the item being purchased. Very pleased with City Mattress and highly recommend seeing Theresa.

After posting the below comments City Matress and the Wellington manager Terrie contacted me. They credited me with 70% of the cost of our 3 year old Serra mattresses. We then used the credit towards new mattresses. I do not think that any other mattress company would have credited us on these 3 year old mattresses. I highly recommend City Mattress and the Wellington site. They get 5 stars.My comments reflect the quality of the mattress. We purchased 2 Serta mattresses with adjustable prone dual messages. The bed was purchased in 1/15. At first the bed was very comfortable but for the last six months both my wife and I wake up with back aches. I contact the store and they did send out a representative to inspect the mattress. It took several calls to the store to finally get someone to come out. He found nothing wrong with the mattress and suggested rotating it 180 degrees. This did not help and we will end up purchasing a new mattress but not from City Mattress.

Terrible. Assured by sales associate that I could have morning delivery the next day. That morning, the delivery service calls and tells me they will not be coming until the afternoon. I tell them that I requested morning delivery, and they laughed. LAUGHED! Said there was no way they could be in my area in the morning. They then gave me a three hour delivery window in the afternoon, when I was told at the store I would be getting a two hour window. What a joke of a company!!! No integrity!

Went to the Wellington location to help my elderly parents purchase a mattress. We were greeted by Terri who asked my folks about how they sleep (back, side). She emphasized that comfort is key and encouraged them to lay in the position they sleep in for 5 minutes on several beds. The one my parents liked was one of the less expensive mid tier models which was ok with Terri as comfort is what a matress is about. She had a lot of patience working with my parents and didnt pressure them in any way. She arranged for delivery the next day and explained to them City Mattresses exchange policy that if they didnt like the mattress they could exchange it within 60 to 90 days. If you are looking for a matress I strongly recommend Terri at Wellington City Mattress. Mattress shopping can be a real hassle, but this experience was a real good one.

Friendly service, but when we called the Rep back to see what she could do on the price of a mattress she never called back.
