I love 7-elevan stores, however about 2 months ago my app stopped working. I called to try and get it fixed many times instead of fixing the problem to took away ALL my point (I had over 10,000) then blocked me from calling the customer service help line.

Disorganized and sticky floors (and not just near the drink machines). The cups arent kept near the slushie machine so you had to search for those and when you get over to the machines there were straws, lids and ripped up paper all over the place and the only lids that were out (not even in the slots) were smalls. It was like 9am and completely dead and the cashier was just hanging out. I dont have high standards for convenience stores but this one was gross.
