It is the only Christian products store I know in/near the Houston area. Great place to buy inspirationsl gifts! They have a little of everything which I love: tshirts, shirts, hoodies, books, greeting cards, dvds, music, toys, jewelries, house decors, booklets, office products and for church bulletins, aand too many others to list! Come and see for yourself! You wont be disappointed. I will update with pictures when I go back there again.

I used to go to Christian book store with my mom when I was a kid. I started that tradition with my little girl this last weekend when we had her first Bible engraved. The staff there was wonderful!! This will definitely be a regular stop for us.

Its not just Bibles and resource books... They have a fairly big selection of wall decorations, jewelry, shirts, well-made toys (found a lot of Montessori stuff), craft supplies, and tons of educational material (from standard home-school to Sunday school). Some prices are a little on the high side for me ($40 for womens T-shirt, but they were pretty awesome T-shirts). I did notice a lot of sale signs scattered throughout the store (most around 50% off - no bad), so if you have the time to browse you can find some really good deals.

Mardel has such a wonderful selection of home decor, teacher items, apparel, and more! I absolutely love how often they have 50%off wall decor & other things. Not to mention customer service is always friendly as well.

This is a Christian bookstore and has all the things you would expect to find. There. It also has many supplies and unique decorations and gifts you would expect to find in a specialty store.The most friendly and helpful staff work hear. They are eager to help and know exactly where everything is. They dont just give you directions but cheerfully take you right to it. It is a pleasure to shop heer.

Lots of good sales right now especially the books. 1 3 and 5 dollar section is like 10 racks long. Tons of homeschool and church learning materials and clothing, even JEWELRY, BATH ITEMS items for fathers day were on sale right now too!

This was my first visit and I was so impressed! I just expected a small bookstore but this is like a Christian version of Hobby Lobby. They not only have lots of great books, bibles and journals, they also have home decor, craft supplies, gifts and even some clothing. Plus, everyone who works there is so nice. It was awesome!

This Mardels store was very clean and well stocked with lots of different Christian related items. Their prices are mostly fairly decent and affordable. Husband and I enjoyed shopping here and both of us found unique purchases.

So grateful to be able to pick up Church supplies and gifts from this huge store that has so many wonderful items, which are reasonably priced. How many times we have driven the Gulf Freeway and didnt realize this store even existed, but we found it today. The store is huge and there is a lots of variety in merchandise. Mardel is amazing! We spent about an hour or so just browsing. We ended buying a few things that caught our interests. Anyways, the Staff were very nice. They kept checking on us if we needed assistance. Place looked very clean and organized. Definitely, we will come back. Thank you!

My sister is the one that first got me started with Mardel. She took me here for the first time and I really love the store they have a lot of really cool stuff. A lot of teacher materials for the classroom. Also they have really cool clothes theyre also teacher shirts I got me a few they had a really good sale going on it was t-shirts for five bucks. Who can beat that great deals you know. This is a story that I would love to go to again and Shop. I recommend for anybody shop there

Mardel is such a great Christian book store! I love going to a store knowing I wont find anything in it that I wouldnt want my small children to see. They have so many great, Christ focused decor too and just a bunch of cute things. The employees are extremely nice here. They are very good about greeting you when you walk in, helping you if you need it and are so kind at the register. This place is so peaceful. They even have a little reading nook like Barnes and Noble does.Also, this time they had some amazing book deals, can anyone say Christmas gifts? $3 or $5 books? Yes please! :DI definitely recommend this store.

I went to Mardel to pick up some music for my grandmothers Christmas present, but I was woefully unversed in Christian music. Luckily the staff was able to help me and seemed very eager to do so. They had great knowledge of their product and helped me pick out something within my budget. Unfortunately Mardels doesnt issue gift receipts.

I would like to see more Catholic books. I like that there is a area of specifically Catholic gifts, even though its quite small. I would give Mardel five stars, but I was having a bible imprinted with the name of my patron saint, and the young woman waiting on me treated me like a leper. She waited on me because it was her job, but she sneered when I spoke to her, as though I would infect her with my Catholic faith.

I absolutely LOVE this store. I describe this store as a mixture of Hobby Lobby and the former Lifeway Christian Bookstore. I know these stores may not be affiliated with each other, but Mardels have a beautiful and bountiful selection of Christian books, clothing, artwork, church supplies, home-schooling materials, office materials, decorative items, journals, gift ideas, music and videos, and plenty more. They have beautiful things in their store. I bought a diffuser took it home and was all set to see it in action when I discovered it did not have a copy enclosed. I called the store to make them aware of this. They had one more on the shelf and I asked them to hold it for me until I could get back there on Monday to exchange. (They were closed on Sunday and it was almost closing time on Saturday). I called Monday and told them I was not going to be on that side of town until Tuesday, would they please extend my hold for one more day. They said no problem. I went in on Tuesday to exchange and they could not find the one that had been on hold. They did give me a refund but I so wanted THAT diffuser. Would I go there again, definitely!
