I would give this little shop 100 stars & 100 reviews if I could. Annie is one of the most incredible small business owners and runs an incredibly organized shop. If you need anything figure skating, she’s got it. I am brand new to the area & recently came in for a new pair of skates after my previous pair didn’t quite work out for me & Annie helped me find the perfect pair. She fitted me properly & went above and beyond to make sure my skates were 100% right. She listened to me & my needs & also was able to offer suggestions for questions I had. She is so resourceful but most importantly, one of the kindest store owners I have ever met. We look forward to coming to her store every time, it is that good. So if you need a new pair of skates, a skating dress, tights, pants, hard guards, even some fun accessories— please do yourself a favor and shop from here. She also ships if you are not local!!

I am brand new to the sport of ice/figure skating and was talking to a friend who has skated for several years who suggest going to Go Figure Skates to find my own boots (rather than order something online). I had no idea what to expect but I could not be more grateful I ended up buying my skates at Go Figure Skates! The education and customer service was invaluable to me. Annie spent quite a long time with me ensuring I selected the right skate for my needs, my boots were comfortable but tight enough to be safe, and warmed them at least twice to ensure they got a good fit around my feet and adjusted my pressure points. She made sure I left with a few accessories I needed for a safe and fun first few trips on the ice, sharped my blades, and made sure I knew what kind of socks to wear and how to store and lace up my skates. Annie also made me aware of general upkeep and some other services that will help extend the life of my skates and make my trips on the ice more fun. I took them out the next afternoon for my first skate on real ice and had a great time!

Worst skate-boot buying experience Ive ever had in my 20-plus years of skating. And, honestly, I think it was the worst buying experience of any purchase Ive ever made, period! While Go Figure kept promising theyd make good on my purchase, it never happened. I spent nine-plus weeks and 16-17 trips going to Go Figure to try to work with them to get the boots and blade mounting right. Being out hundreds of dollars and losing training time prior to competitions, I finally gave up and went out-of-state to buy boots, where the process was great and I had boots I could skate in. Working with Go Figure was a waste of my time and money.

Annie was absolutely wonderful with my daughter on our visit. Really took the time to educate her on the skates and how to get the best life out of them. We are customers for life now! You won’t regret coming here to get your figure skates. Thank you Annie!

We visit this store every year we come to St. Louis because they have great quality skates and clothing. Last time we had a fantastic experience with the new owner. Annie and her staff helped my daughter to find the perfect skates for her. They took the time and patience to work with her. We are now ordering online some practice wear as well. Needed a new pair of skates to do some recreational skating in with my grandson. Annie took her time with me and made sure I had a perfect fit. She did not pressure me into a high priced skate and had my needs in mind. Annie was such a pleasure to work with!

As an experienced figure skater, this is the only place I will go to get my skates sharpened. It was also a wonderful experience to take my niece there to get her everything she needed to get started skating. Annie was incredibly patient and helpful with the fitting, sharpening, and answering our many questions. The shop had absolutely everything we could think of that our new skater would need and the customer service was outstanding. They earned loyal customers for life!

Started with Go Figure Skate Boutique this past December and everyone is so incredibly helpful.. I was new to ice skating (well had been about 25 yrs). Jill fitted with me with my first pair which has worked out so well, I went back for an upgrade and Annie helped me with my second pair! If you are looking for figure skates, definitely call Go Figure Skates Boutique.. they will size your foot correctly and find the best pair of skates for you (all different price ranges too!)

Go Figure has had a special place in my heart since I started skating 10 years ago. Annie fitted me for my first pair of consignment skates and recently fitted me for a pair of high end boots and helped me pick the right blade for me. Customer service is absolutely outstanding and always has been!

After the four months of COVID crazy going on we finally get back on the ice and of course my daughters skates dont fit anymore. I called and get a same day appointment with Annie. My 9 year old and Annie click right away, they start talking about the best skate for her level and how she will be starting jumps. Annie shows her a better way to tie her skates and how to change the foot liner for balance and fit as she grows. It was the most personal service and my daughter was amazed she was talking to a professional skaters. Annie could not have been nicer and extremely knowledgeable. I look forward to future purchases from GoFigure and Annie!

We have two skaters in our family and we had a wonderful experience buying skates at Go Figure.  We have bought lower level skates and used skates in the past at Go Figure.  It has always been a great and easy experience. This year both our girls needed a stiffer and more advanced pair of skates.  We ended up needing to purchase new to ensure we had the right size in a skate that was what the girls coaches wanted.  Jill was wonderful!!!  She sized both my girls accurately and asked us all the right questions to make sure we had the proper boot and blade.   The process always takes time and patience to get exactly what your skater needs.  But, the effort is so worth it when you see your skater slip on the right boot!  Thank you to Jill and Go Figure.  Both girls are loving their new skates and so happy on the ice! We are VERY lucky to have such a wonderful, caring, knowledgable, and helpful pro shop right here in St. Louis!!!

I went in for my birthday skates and I bought my Edea skates from here. When I first got them, they assured me that my skates would break into my feet as I skated in them for a while. It turns out that Edea skates have carbon fiber instead of leather and memory foam on the inside so they hurt my feet for about two months before I got my skates checked by someone else. It turns out I needed to get them molded with heat and when they checked my blades that were mounted by Go figure skates, they weren’t straight which explains why I couldn’t center my spins or perform spirals well. The person who fitted my boot had no experience with figure skating either which explains part of why my boot wasn’t fitted correctly. The store is good for costumes and equipment but when it comes to helping you fit in the right boot, this isn’t the place to go.

Just a heads up, they dont sharpen skates other than figure skates. I made an appointment and waited in the store for 1/2 hour waiting for my turn just to find out they dont sharpen hockey skates. I guess I should have figured it out based on the name of the store. However, it was not mentioned anywhere on the website when I made the appointment online.

RUDE! THREE EMPLOYEES, NO TIME TO SHARPEN 1 PAIR OF SKATES. LADY WAS RUDE ABOUT IT...HIGHLY RECCOMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I highly recommend this shop !! Miss Jill and the other staff members are simply amazing!I have two skaters and we purchase our skates and have blades sharpened here. This past visit, Miss Jill observed that my younger daughters boot was separating on her relatively new skates, resulting in an unsafe condition. She immediately pointed this out and recommended that I not let my daughter use the skates. Jill also took the initiative to contact the manufacturer for a replacement pair of skates and handled all the details.Miss Jill - thank you! I am new to ice skating and would not have known how potentially unsafe this condition could be for my little girl. Because of you and the time you took to explain and show this to me, now I know how to inspect the skates and blades. :-)

Very knowledgeable about their practice, and will listen and help you until everything is perfect! The whole process of skate selection, fitting, blade mounting (and remounting), sharpening, heat molding, punching, etc. They were there with me (even when I was being indecisive and picky) every step of the way!
