I took my niece to play on the playground she had a great time

No mask on cough covering her mouth with her hands, touching the merchandise that customers have to take home, I guess some businesses dont have to comply with cdc covid rules ...I hope she gets better but seriously she should not be working!

This was my first time in a Family Dollar. They seem to specialize in lower cost items with the occasional brand name. They seem like a more upscale Dollar Tree. It was also cleaner than Dollar Tree. They seemed to have the same variety of products with some of the same brands. I did find Family Dollar to be more expensive than Dollar Tree and the low cost grocery store I love, which is Aldis. I personally prefer Dollar Tree, but the two service the same market and you cant go wrong with either. If you are a person that sticks with specific brands, then goto Family Dollar. If you are just looking for a bargain and brand means less, hit up Dollar Tree. If you like this review, please like it

Front door sign says you close at 9:00pm. but the doors were locked at 8:51pm. i just wanted chap stick. thanks for the false information. 🙁

Great prices! Poor customer service. Twice i have been double charged for items and twice it was a hassle for them to get it right. They treated me terrible a few weaks ago. Handing me my bag and saying, Here! The elderly white lady with long gray hair is a very disgruntled employee.

Sondas a mood killer. Her customer service is so unpleasant and crabby .As soon as my grandmother gets to the counter there’s no hi or hello, she immediately ask if there’s a sign to limit the soap and we explained to her that it wasn’t and she didn’t say anything else to us. We asked to get a bag double she looked at us like how dare we ask for another bag. Just a bitter old lady

Great store. Just moved near here, first couple of times no problem. Young lady today just didnt care, wouldnt speak to me clearly and was kinda rude. Ill go back. Hopefully shes not there. Lol

TERRIBLE customer service. The employees have an attitude every time I come in and are very rude. The older white lady is the WORST.

I like the variety that they have here, plus it can be a quick place to run in and out of with what you need.

The FAMILY DOLLAR STORE NEEDS TO HAVE BETTER MANAGEMENT AND BETTER SOCIAL SKILLS

The folks that work here frequently lock the doors in our webster groves store at Laclede and Watson in some cases up to 2 hours early. 5th time in the last 2 months doors were locked by 815 pm. Does this store have a manager.

The bathrooms were terribly disgusting both the mens and womens(wife told me about the womens) First we couldnt use the bathrooms without buying something she thought we was just on foot passing by then she reluctantly said we could. How do you say someone cant use the bathroom when its a public service? And its a chain of stores at that, not some small private business.

Went last night and the cashiers were incredibly rude. Usually, its familiar faces I see when I go there and everyone is respectful and cordial while in their work environment but these two girls last night were a sorry excuse for employees, to say the least. Not only did I wait an extra long time to be cashed out when both cashiers were working, but when I finally did get to the register, this little heifer had the audacity to start playing on her phone as soon as I put my item on the counter. I greeted her as I would greet anybody else in any place of business and she completely ignored me, and still continued to text on her phone with my items sitting on the counter, but yet she was super long winded with all of the other customers before me. When I received to return of a hello or any type of greeting, I said not saying anything? No type of greeting, huh? Still blatantly ignored me. Send these girls somewhere please...maybe to chuckie cheese where they can be amongst other children.

Its a Family Dollar, so my expectations were already very low, but its a particularly dirty location. Its grimy and they have carts full of stock blocking walkways. Its a typical Family Dollar.

Its is 8:59pm Sept. 25th, 2019 and they are closed. Everything says open till 10pm.

The store was messy and had detergent that was laying on da floor da staff said my Mama they cant clean it up cause its only 1 person working.

Had everything I was looking for! The one gift bag I bought for 50% off ripped right at the seam..... Oh well.
