The RT broke the syringe for my mask. Never sent a replacement. I had to call to get supplies for my cough assist, and still dont have all my supplies. They billed some random out of network provider and sticking me with a 600 dollar bill. I called billing and the lady sounded drunk. Im so disappointed

In the past they have always been responsive, by I tried to put in an order yesterday and did not hear anything, so I called again this morning, all I got was they were all on their phones or in a meeting, I am having problems and still have heard nothing, it’s almost time for them to close for lunch, I’m beginning to get frantic I can’t use my portable oxygen have one tube left for the oxygen machine in my bedroom which I am having to be confined to. What is going on? I’m feeling like I’ve been forgotten.

I had to take time off of work to make my appointment but they were fast and very responsive that I did not need to lose that much time, score! Kay was so helpful in helping me understand my CPAP and went above and beyond to make sure I would be comfortable getting my sleep. Kay is awesome and provided spectacular customer service.

I come to this location regularly with my dad and Kay, Joseph and Dan are wonderful to do business with. Joseph or Dan always come to help carry in bottles and Kay is always on top of the paperwork and so sweet. Wont go anywhere else for our oxygen needs!

Billing Department (or anytime I try to call) is HORRIBLE! You NEVER get to talk to someone - only their voice mailboxes and they dont call back at least 90% of the time. They have billed me in error and no telling how much they screwed up with my insurance. I am DEFINITELY going to another company.

Kay made sure she was comfortable with all the equipment and understood how to use it and also made sure to teach me how to clean and work it.
