Very disrespectful, very judging employees. If you are wearing some beat kicks they not helping you out simple as that.

Staff members dont know what they are doing at the register, 3 pp together couldnt do their job.

Had a terrible experience yesterday at willowbrook mall footlocker. The staff was rude to me and my children. Even when I went to ring up at the register they just left me there waiting while they were all gossiping amongst each other. When I asked if anyone was able to ring me up the girl was short mean and put my receipt in the bag and walked away from the register. No thank you or anything. Terrible experience

Sold me a mismatched pair of shoes! It was quick but now I know why!! Lol. What a joke. I should have checked but didnt want to linger in an overcrowded store during Covid times. I figured since nobody helped me with picking out my shoes. The least you could do is pick out the right box in the back room! That was your only job. So Im calling the store and no answer. Is there no adults or management? All I can do is laugh.

Very disappointed with the customer service in the store today 1/4/20. Appears to be staffed by high school personnel who are clueless about how to treat customers. They clearly lack the skills needed for customers who are spending $$$. When asked for help they were slow, lacking desire to help. After a third time requesting help, employee went to the back supposedly to see if there was another size. When he came back out after easily 7 min., He did not even look for me to let me know that he did not have size. I had to track him down. Items for children were meshed between adults, ppl just standing around not interested in helping a customer. Definitely never returning to this store.

Service was great. Atmosphere was very welcoming. Fast paced but efficient.

For men this for locker is great, for grade school sizes they do not have much to offer. I would recommend heading to a different mall overall

Willow Brook Mall is the best shopping place to go and they have a nice food court

Worst customer service on Tuesday 3-28-17, I ask for a specific shoe, all the guy did was using his iphone and talk to his fiend and just mumbling things. Everyone else were just chatting to each other, and poking fun of the customers, zero work in there. I dont know who is the manager, but please hire customer services that do their job. There are plenty other people out there who would be willing to work.

High school kids who lack the the basic customer service rules, on top of that the girl who helped us was racist, not smiling, not willing to show us items on sale, very rude . Not going back there again and I don’t recommend this store to anyone.

Dont trust this store bunch of liars they say they said they could deliver in 2-5 days its more like 10 days and when you call for help they say theres nothing they could do call corporate. Also corporate couldnt do anything either

Did not have an item I wanted to they ordered it to be delivered to my home. Spelled my name wrong and got the wrong address. Took over a month to get it right. Worst experience ever!!
