There were 2 ladies that helped me in this store. Both were very very very very friendly and WELCOMING most of all. I love to walk in a store and be greeted the way those 2 ladies did. GOOD JOB LADIES

Jailine was the best!!! I mean it’s a giving she made me spend more than I was going to because her sales skills are excellent! Her attention and dedication was marvelous. She made me feel so confident and beautiful. I was shocked when she told me she was not a manager, she really should be. I had the GREATEST experience here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Since I am a two-time breast cancer survivor I could not be more pleased with their professionalism. My salesperson Lainey was amazing and the manager Paula was superb. The clothes are gorgeous and very reasonably priced too. I will make this my go-to store for sexy lingerie.

Google maps shows it is located in Texas but it is not in Houston Texas in Willowbrook mall. They need to fix that issue instead if misrespresenting.

The Willowbrook mall store was great. The staff was very nice, especially Ibir. She was very knowledgeable and made the experience perfect.

I had a wonderful experience at this store. The sales women were so friendly and knowledgeable. My associate was Nemari, she was fantastic. She made me feel comfortable and understood all of my previous bra issues. We tried on a lot of bras until we found the one that worked best for me. I would give her 10 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐She did not make me feel pressured into buying anything, in fact she really took her time walking me around the store and explaining things to me. I have never felt more confident. I will definitely be returning.

My bra size changes way too often but with the help of Melissa & Aly, I was able to find the perfect lingerie for Valentine’s Day. Thank you so much ladies! They had patience, and were very kind when I changed bras over six times looking for the ideal bra.

I went into the store today just to browse; and I was very impressed with the selection. I left with a swimsuit and a lingerie set, which was great quality and great prices to match. What was even more exceptional was the customer service. I was warmly greeted and attended to upon entering. The excellent service and attention lasted until I left. The staff made me feel great while shopping which made it a very pleasant overall experience. I haven’t experienced such lovely and genuine customer service in a long time! Also, the dressing rooms were interactive and they even had charging ports for your phones in there! I would definitely recommend this store, and I will definitely back due to their friendly services :)

The ladies in this store are so polite and helpful! and what I love about this place is that they dont push you to buy anything, but they tell you to try it on just to see how you like it. Also, not ti mention, the fitting rooms are gorgeous!! The mirrors are touch screen so you can request another size or style, they have a charging station for all phone types, and just overall a great amount of help if needed. I will definitely be shopping here instead of Pink or Victorias Secret! Definitely more helpful and also more reasonable prices! Thank you for all the help that was given today!!

Absolutely amazing!! julianna helped my friend and me pick out the perfect bras. she was fully attentive and was constantly bringing us new bras to try on. she knew exactly what she was doing. she was extremely knowledgable. she made me feel safe and comfortable. another associate helped me pick out my underwear and was also amazing! she helped me find matching panties for all my bras. this was an amazing experience. as a plus size woman i felt welcome and did not feel limited in my options.

I never ever in my life had to make reviews on stores and services but the way I was treated here was absolutely disgusting. The store itself was beautiful but the workers there were annoying and rude. I understand that my size is very hard to find but they make a person feel self-conscious about themselves. This one girl, I dont recall her name, but she was short with glasses and she tried giving me a measurement in the fitting room and laughed while measuring. She would keep laughing every time the measuring tape would not go around. So I did not say anything and just shopped around for other stuff and just felt so harassed by the amount of workers who consistently tell you to buy things. There was this old woman who was so weird and extremely loud and obnoxious. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Giving it two stars because my wife says the quality of the items she bought was very grand and amazing but the service in this store was obnoxious. They literally harass a person to make you buy things. You walk in with a greet and then they follow you throughout the store and constantly push you into buying their pieces. One of them was very rude, and loud. The rest just stare you down and up until you leave. There was one woman who looked like the manager of the store, makes you feel so uncomfortable. I had to leave the store and wait until my wife was finished. Never entering that store ever again!

Very annoying and borderline rude sales girl. She made me feel like an idiot with her comments after trying a bathing suit top on and laughing at me because I did not tighten the straps. Also this store carries only huge sizes for bathing suit tops. I was looking online first but decided to go to the store. I will definitely order online and save myself the trip of coming here.

They will cancel your order if you buy a lot of items thats on sale because they dont want you to take advantage of the sale. They want you to buy only ONE sale item and spend full prices on other items
