This is by far the best car buying experience I had in my life. I been to so many really bad ones but JR and the manager Jay make this one of the most enjoyable and fast and great experience all around. No hassle. No haggle. Real numbers on the phone and in person and got it done with no gimmicks and all professionalism. They actually did better numbers in person and were respectful and courteous and made it so simple in and out. I highly recommend and will definitely come back for more business with these guys. ASK FOR JR AND JAY IS THE MANAGER. GOOD GUYS.

Probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. Adam Abuhadba was very professional and entirely accommodating throughout the whole process. I was even given the car, a Genesis G70, to test drive and bring home to my wife who could not be there initially (about 35+ miles away), which I gladly accepted. Adam is refreshingly honest and easy to talk to, unlike the majority of car salespeople. Kudos to you, Adam, hope you are very successful at your new job. My wife and I could not be happier with our experience!!!

Wouldnt even quote me a price without running a finance app, telling me that is Genesis policy. It is not because I got local quotes with no issues. They would not provide a formal quote with a breakdown, just the price and the monthly payment. I requested a breakdown so I could review the RV and MF and was not provided these numbers. I paid to have my car delivered to my home and they wouldnt release the second key fob to my driver (he had instructions to get it). After what was too much effort on my part, I closed on this sale on 6/19 and they didnt turn in my license plate paperwork to the DMV until mid-July, I am now driving on expired registration and expired temporary plate.Not ONE person contacted me after I took delivery to see if I had questions (because I had never test driven the car) and to make sure it all went well. I contacted them because the navigation SD card was incompatible - this would have been caught if it had been inspected, prior to shipping to an out-of-state client. I work in luxury sales and this was 100% a non-luxury experience. I put in all the work and even as of today after multiple follow-up with Alex and the managers, no one has helped me remedy the navigation issue. Usually when I buy a car it is a quick and painless process, this was the worst experience I have ever had and I have bought 20-25 cars. Zero transparency, zero follow-through, totally unprofessional service and I still dont have my plates, registration, or second key fob. I have asked if these DMV docs were even submitted, because I am now doubting it.I went with this brand to try something new and Genesis is new and trying to prove itself. I am sad to say, the substandard service and dealership experience I have had will prevent me from buying again or recommending Genesis to anyone, which is a shame because the cars are very good.

The worst car shop experience here. Avoid sales rep ‘Alex Martinez’ because this guy has 0 intension generating sales. All he did is sat down and how new Genesis is too expensive as if I cant’ afford it and just go with lower grade Hyundai. I went there to see my options and clear understandings of cost but instead this guy drove me out of even looking at that car. And he kept saying “yeah dude”. I mean come on, barely know this guy and crossing the line like that is not what a real salesman do.And there was a word I didnt understand and he goes “you dont know what that is?” Did he even get trained to talk to his clients??Please escalate this incident to the supervisor so he’d get proper sales training from the start. I’m worried he would even make the lowest level commission with that kind of attitude.

I bought a genesis G90 in January 2020 and to date I didnt recieve my plates!Every time I callin for it I deal with someone else giving me a different story...Highly unprofessional and totally not recommended!

Manager Ralph/Raphael is dishonest. He lied to me every time I spoke with him and I know this because I was able to verify his claims with 3rd parties who all said he was not telling me the truth. This guy ruins it for what looks otherwise like a well reviewed dealership.

The experience of buying a car was so relaxed at Genesis of Wayne, all of the staff was pleasant to work with and our sale person Max was informative and thorough with his information on the Genesis G80 Sport.

Brought my 2019 Genesis G70 to Genesis of Wayne for a blind spot programming issue, they fixed the car and gave it back to me with a deep scratch on lt side, brought it to their attention and they wont own up to it, Service manager was very unprofessional and very Rude.
