The best in customer support. Neat and organized shop too. Got home and it started right up and my lawn looks awesome. Working with a reputable company with great employees is refreshing!

One star is too much here. I have had service done by this location 4 times. Each time it has come back with a new issue. First it was routine maintenance that included blade sharpening. When it came back we had uneven cuts on the yard. Took it back and was told the mower deck needed to be rebalanced. This isnt noticed in routine maintenance? Then had more cutting problems and they took it back and put on new blades. After it came back that time the mower power was so weak we couldnt drive the tractor up a two foot incline. This time at least they didnt charge me for it. Now it is delivered back to me and my tire goes flat in a month when all I did was drive it from my driveway to my shed where it has been sitting since. Now its my fault the tire went flat after no usage on the tractor and they wont cover a pick up or repair cost. Ill find somewhere else to take my business from here on out.If this was a one off error that was fixed I wouldnt be so upset. But this many mistakes over the course of a year plus is unacceptable. You have permanently lost my business as I now most likely need a new tire. Good riddance.

I showed up on a busy Saturday morning, walked up to the back counter and was met by TJ who said he could help me out. I was looking for a lawn tractor and TJ was able to expertly provide the information I was looking for. He showed me the models that meet the criteria I was looking for. When I figured out which model suited me best TJ connected me with Bill who finished up the sale process. I was out the door with a new tractor purchased in less than a half hour. Im so impressed with this company and their well informed staff!

Bought a bagger for my John Deere D105. I took the box up to my cottage 100 miles away. A few months later I opened the box to put the bagger on my rider to find out it was the wrong parts. I called Proven Power and very polite sales associate named Andrew answered my call. Within minutes he recognized the issue. Here is where it gets good. He drove 100 miles the same day I called to deliver the correct parts. He was apologetic and stressed that customers were important to him and the business he worked for. The parts guys here worked hard after hours on a Saturday to help me find the part I needed to keep my machine rolling. I came all the way from central MI and they made finding my part a priority. 12/10 rating for these guys. I wish they were in Michigan so that I could always work with them.

I recently purchased a mower at Proven Power & I had some issues after it was delivered & I began to use it. This was a preowned machine. Eric in service found & fixed the problem, & when I asked if he could write down the model #, he printed me a manual off the internet. They made sure I knew how to safely use & maintain my new ride, which I LOVE.. Also, both drivers I dealt with, Kyle & Phil, were polite, KNEW how to drive their trailers & efficiently load & unload. If u buy from a big box store, you wont get this kind of service!!!

Proven power has continued to be an asset to our landscaping company since we discovered them. They’ve been extremely helpful and able to source parts we’d almost given up on finding, and even assisted in warranty work on equipment we didn’t buy from them. Weather we’re looking to add to our equipment lineup or have our existing stuff serviced winter or summer proven power will always be our go-to provider.

Quality, friendly and timely services! Great experiences with both the service and parts departments. I have an X530 John Deer garden tractor with mower, snow blower and hydraulic tiller. Ive needed tire repairs as well as parts for DIY service. The Proven Power team provided same day tire repair service. They are upfront and honest if service time is longer due to their high volume of work. The parts team helped me get the right parts, even though I had a hard time coming up with the correct part names and provided no parts numbers (just pictures). They provided timely updates (emails/texts) on the status of the order. They provide great assistants to me as a DIY guy.

I bought a tractor last year from proven power. During the purchase I was told the tractor came with a 4-year warranty. Based on my conversations with the sales manager, Steve, I was given the impression that included a yearly check-up, I would just need to pay for drop off and delivery. I was told winter was the best time to stop by and have this done; when they were not as busy. This winter I called to schedule the tune-up and was informed that was not part of the warranty…I felt mislead so asked to speak with Steve the sales manager. When I explained to him I felt mislead about the warranty details he told me HE was “OFFENDED”! He was offended I would even suggest that I had been misled and that he was “probably the most honest man I had ever met!” No offense Steve, but you don’t know me and who I’ve met. Telling me that you’re the most honest man I ever met makes you sound like a used-car sales man and lowers your credibility in my book. I admit, I may have misinterpreted the warranty details (my father was there too by the way and was under the same impression I was during the purchase) but to tell me I offended you by giving my honest interpretation of our conversation is basically like calling me a liar. Is that how you treat customers with problems? You call them liars? I would have expected a little more customer service. I will purchase my next tractor somewhere else!

Had a very positive experience purchasing my new 2025R from Wade Kaiser. He took the time to answer all of my questions and was very helpful as well as knowledgeable. I was very torn between Deere and Kubota - they are both great tractors but it was the experience I had in the sales department at Proven Power that ended up pushing me over to Deere. They seemed to want my business much more that Kubota and that made all the difference.

Made a promise did not deliver or call when they couldnt. Maybe it was a 1 time mistake. Customer service needs work this will cost me a lot of $ cause I was told they could help until the scheduled day I needed job done. Then told no. If I was informed sooner could of made alternate plans but wasnt told.Way bogus. Now I must wait longer every day costing $ cause I wasnt told 2 look elsewhere after waiting weeks.

My husband and I had no idea what type of maintenance we needed for our lawn equipment - UNTIL our lawn mower stopped working, thats when we called Proven Power in Waukesha. I was so impressed with their customer service. They were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely patient with all our questions. We ended up purchasing a new Honda walk behind lawn mower that we LOVE! Our lawn has never looked better! The team at Prover Power really took the time to explain exactly what type of routine maintenance was needed for our equipment so that we can use it for years to come. Excellent staff to say the least. You know what one of my favorite things about this location is... even with wondering around in front of the salesman, Ive never been approached. Its nice to go somewhere and know if I need help I can get it, but if I just want to idle around the store Im not pestered like Im at a used car lot. Knowledgeable guys behind that service desk!I went in there one day just to bounce a question off of them to see if somewhere in the area would sell bulk yard treatment to the average Joe. This guy behind the counter didnt have the answer for me, but without hesitation whipped out his cell phone to get someone who did.

I have been doing business with them every since they opened the Waukesha location. Bill and his team are great to work with in fact my wife enjoys going there to purchase power equipment gifts for me. I only use Proven Power for our power equipment needs

Just purchased a mower from here. It was my first time doing business with Proven Power. I will not get into exact details on the situation that occurred. But lets just say it was unique. After all said and done I believe they stepped up to the plate and I was treated fairly. Based on this experience, I will more than likely be a returning customer.

Ive purchased 4 pieces of Stihl equipment as well as lawn mower parts and random supplies. The sales and parts people have always been very knowledgeable. You cant find the equipment cheaper anywhere else so it makes sense to go Proven Power with the high level of service you receive.

I stop in here every about other month for miscellaneous parts. Being a Parts Unlimited dealer they can pretty much get anything I need; Tractor, motorcycle, snowmobile etc... Havent had a bad experience in the two years Ive been giving them business. Most of the tractor parts I need they have in stock and I can get the same day; the rest of it; sure I could order online but I prefer to support the local businesses when I can.

I needed a spin trimmer (aka string trimmer, weed whip, weed wacker). Discussed with Nate which one would work for my yard. Bought one and used it that night, the power of the stihl f91 was exactly what i needed, the only problem was that I am too tall (64) for the regular handle. Went in the next morning and told Nate my situation, he took the unit back and set it up with the bike handle option for only $37 more, had it set up and ready for pickup in about 3 hours. I could not be happier with the product and the service. 10/10 would recommend.

Had Problems with my John Deere 245 and called Eschs in Oak Creek. Spoke with someone who had a attitude problem and was nothing short of rude. After quickly deciding not to give them my business, I called Proven Power in Waukesha and spoke to Tiffany and Erich in their service department. Just a night and day difference. Extremely helpful, professional and most importantly, nice. Proven Power got my business and did an excellent job on my tractor. I highly recommend Proven Power.

I took a piece of equipment in for preventative maintenance. They said it would take a week. IT TOOK 5 WEEKS!!!Twice I called, they said “just got the part in this morning and it was the wrong one.” It was finally done, I picked it up. An hour later I noticed they didn’t bother doing everything I asked.$91 PER HOUR and I waited 5 weeks to not get the work done!I had to take it back a day later. They had fixed something that wasn’t broken without telling me. So it broke down again and had to be put back the way it was before they “fixed” it. I was not compensated $91 per hour for my time or expenses.
