Of all the bad customer service now a days it doesnt get much worse than this place. Dropped off chainsaw on 12/8/20 to be looked at and he said it would be about 3 weeks, no problem. Called on 1/18/21, no answer. Called on 1/19/21, no answer. Stopped in to see the status of the repair and was told, not sure when I will be able to look at it, I am working on snow blowers. I asked when will be able to look at it and received the same answer but couldnt give me a time frame. After 6 weeks never looked at it and couldnt tell me when he was going to. Very unprofessional.

John is awesome! He tuned up my lawnmower a few years ago and recently replaced parts and fixed issues with my snowblower. He got it done in one day in anticipation for the snow coming. I was able to use it the next day. He is always honest and up front about prices and schedule. I highly recommend bringing your small engines here!

Jon helped take care of a minor issue with my Stihl chainsaw after it was lodged on my clutch in a weird spot. He had great communication and a fast turn around time. He could have charged me more but seems honest. I ended up purchasing some lube in the store as well because I was never pressured. Ill definitely be back, thanks again. -Joel

Took my jiffy pro 4 lite propane ice auger in for warranty work. I dropped it off and he took care of everything with jiffy. Got it back and it runs better than new with the carb now properly tuned. I would take it here again if needed. Also he has a good amount of jiffy parts in stock, so I found a new place to get my parts locally. Has blades, oil, plugs, auger extensions etc.

I bought a snow blower from here and it was basically brand new at a less than new price. The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely do business here again as he services lots of equipment. (Lawn mowers, string trimmers, tools, ect)

Did some service here for my snowblower, and his inspection didn’t catch gasoline leaking from my carburetor bolt, which was obvious to see as my 5 year old nephew saw the leak. It came into shop shop this way, and left this way .

Called yesterday afternoon around 2pm to inquire about a deck guide wheel. Called 3 times within about 20 minutes and no one answered. Left a message and still havent received a call back 24 hours later. Very unprofessional not to return calls.

Never open!!!! They dont list business hrs. I pulled up at the early hour of 11 a.m. and saw someone sitting at the counter. When I went to open the door it was locked. The guy at the counter looked up at me and put his head back down and never paid me any more attention. Wow!!, I guess they dont need costumers. So much for trying to support local businesses

Was told it would be $80 to tune up my two year old front propelled mower. The $80 was already the upgraded tune up. It was $110 when I picked up. Not sure if I was scammed or if he needed more parts but watch out.
