They were so fast. I was expecting to wait days for service. They were able to come over in a Metter on an hour. Their service was thorough and they didnt charge me for anything that wasnt needed. A small fix and my house is cooling properly. A job well done.

Our AC broke during the nice stretch of 85-90 degree days so I called the big company in the area and was told it would a week down the line minimum before they could get someone out to help. Called Misurelli and they had Justin out same day who is able to get the problem fixed. He was knowledgeable, helpful and the dogs were big fans. Your best choice for a new system. I had contacted 3 different companies for an estimate to replace an HVAC electric heating system from 1972 and and air conditioner from the 1980s to convert to a gas system. Misurelli Sorensen was the fastest to respond, (Eric was here the next day, other companies took at least a week), They were the most knowledgeable (They provided good factual information that I could check against competitors, asked me questions to meet my needs not just upsell like the other two) the best prepared (Eric took detailed notes and pictures using the latest technology, the other two companies scribbled notes on a legal pad), lowest estimate (They beat one of the competitors by almost half as much). Dont let name brands of furnaces fool you, most of the insides are all the same parts. Only took them 2 days to put in a completely new dual zone system, 2 smart thermostats and gas lines with new service from WE Energies. The staff was polite and hard working and I couldnt be happier with the results.

Our 32 year old furnace finally gave out right as winter weather arrived. We had a Home Warranty, however we werent comfortable with the job they were going to do and wanted another opinion. We called Misurelli Sorensen and set a time for Monday morning, however since the Estimator knew we were without heat, she came Sunday evening. The Estimator provided a very detailed list of what needed to change when a new modern furnace would be installed. Our Home Warranty didnt even suggest any of the changes Misurelli Sorensen recommended. While the cost of the repairs was going to be out of pocket for us, the estimate was fair and reasonable given the scope of work that needed to be done and the quality of furnace we were purchasing. The estimator was even willing to move the next days schedule around, so we could have heat right away. Once we gave the go ahead, we were scheduled for the very next day. Two gentleman arrived at 9am and worked all day to make the massive changes from an old furnace to a new furnace and they would not leave until we could have heat that night. I believe they went home at 7:30 pm after a very long chilly day. There were a few odds and ends to wrap up the next day and they came back on time and got to work straight away. The entire furnace set up is clean and orderly. Both gentleman were professional and cleaned up the entire job site. They also were very great about explaining everything I had questions about. I would recommend Misurelli Sorensen!

Sam was great! Our unit is in a challenging area on top of a 2 story building. After finding the best way to access the roof, the problem was quickly diagnosed and the AC was running in no time. Very professional! I will absolutely use Misurelli Sorensen for our future HVAC needs.

My wife and I purchased a new home and two days later the AC went out completely. We had a different company (wont mention the name) already scheduled to come out over a week later for a simple service and tune-up. My knee-jerk reaction was to call them up and see if they could come out earlier, and they offered to send someone two days later, but bill me for overtime. A quick google search brought me to these folks, who sent someone out in less than a couple hours. The first tech gave me the diagnosis: a block of ice formed in our furnace, and Id have to let it melt before service. He also commented that it appeared the units had rarely, if ever, been serviced. Not a shocker to me considering the state of this place when we moved in. The next morning, Noah showed up around noon to get the job done. Unfortunately, there were too many problems on our 15 year old system to fix it. The manager, Eric, came out and spoke to me about a new furnace and compressor. After he left, I called around to make sure I was getting the best price, and they were beating their competitors in the area by nearly half. These arent budget units either, theyre selling high quality American Standard stuff. Eric had even offered to buy us a window AC unit to keep us cool in the meantime, but our windows unfortunately outward so it wasnt really a viable option. In exactly a week, Noah and Eric were back with another tech, Tommy, to install our new furnace and AC. When we moved in, our AC wasnt level, and our furnace stuck out of a finished wall in the basement. When Noah and Tommy finished, the furnace was moved 12 inches over where I wanted it, the AC was level, the house was cool, and we were finally able to start feeling comfortable in our new home. Everyone involved in the process was extremely professional, hardworking, and friendly. I cant recommend them enough. Theyll be my go-to HVAC guys from now on.

11/9/20We had a high efficiency American Srandard Furnace and 13 seer AC installed by the crew at Misurelli Sorensen HVAC. Tom gave me a competitive estimate right away over text message based on photos and info about my house, which was great. The crew of 4 showed up on time and worked efficiently to remove the old oil furnace & AC, make necessary changes to the electrical, gas piping and ductwork, and fitted the new equipment in a timely manner. The quality of workmanship based on my initial impressions is very good.I would use them again!

I was in a panic when the temp outside was -25 and my furnace was not warming up my house. I made a late service call and Jim was here within a very short time arriving at 8:30 in the evening. Although I had a decent experience with this company when I had to purchase a new furnace this past winter, I was disappointed when I tried to make a simple appointment for an AC checkup. I called and got their voice mail and left a message to call. No call. I finally called a couple weeks later and set up the appointment. That day came and no show. When I called to ask where they were, I was told the appointment was cancelled because of a problem with my driveway. They obviously mixed me up with someone else. I rescheduled and Sam came today. He called to let me know when he would be here and he was very polite, friendly and professional. He took care of the checkup and cleaned it all up which was probably a pain since weve never had it serviced in the 20 years weve lived here. And the company made it right by not charging me for the visit! To me, that is good customer service and why I am rating them highly in spite of my initial disappointment.

Our furnace shut off during the Winter Apocalypse January 31 and Jim was at our house a few hours after I called. This was 7PM!He diagnosed the problem and actually recommended we call WE Energies for the (free) fix!They seem to be very reliable and trustworthy and I will definitely use them in the future.

My ac was not working. I called and I had a technician on the way with in minutes. Sam the technician, told me the problem right away and how much it was going to cost in total. He informed me that it wasnt going to take long, and he was done in an hour. This company is fair in price, fast, friendly, and is knowledgeable. From my initial telephone conversation with Meghan she was friendly and helpful. She promised an appointment for first thing the next morning. I got a text to confirm. I made a choice, so Jim ran back to Waukesha got the part and returned in about an hour. He replaced the fan, and explained the work as he went. I was so relieved I received such TLC and Jim was the best. M-S has my business and recommendations to friends!

Unfortunately I needed to replace my furnace. Fortunately Sam caught the problem and it was serious. A carbon monoxide issue. I had my new furnace installed within 24 hours. Very thankful that Brian and Rachel were willing to install my furnace on a Sunday. Great to now have heat and feel much safer.

Great job by Brian Milkie! Furnace went down overnight....bedroom at 58 degrees at 6:00AM. Called for service and Brian was at our house by about 8:30. His troubleshooting skills were expert and we were back up running before 10:00 AM. Will not hesitate to call M/S again, when the need arises.

Misurelli replaced my AC unit the day after I called. The manager provided good customer service. The HVAC technicians were very knowledgeable and replaced my AC unit efficiently. Price was competative. I would recommend them to anyone.
