The Staff is Friendly Enough But You Feel Boxed In .

Very dirty store. Floors arent clean. Bad lighting. Shelves empty. Cant look at movies or gift cards cause stands dont turn and carts with products parked in front of them. Poorly run store top to bottom. Only plus at this store i was greeted not like s other family dollar

Great customer service always help when you ask where something is.

Busy during noon hours. Some restocking issues but better than before. Mostly one cashier during busy hours between a 10-20 minute wait. Sometimes close early due to mismanagement.

Dirty @$$ place, and I bought a charger from there that didnt even work, and some guy who works there kept staring at me as if I was about to steal something, which I wasnt I was just looking for an eyeliner.

Website says they close at 9 pm. My boyfriend and I just stopped by, they have the doors closed at 8:30 pm. There was also a man with a black shirt on standing behind the register with a FD red shirt employee. The man in the black shirt is the one that signaled tobus that they were closed. If youre going to be closing early, then I suggest editing your closing time.

Need more baskets I couldnt get everything I wanted but overall thats my store 🙋🏾‍♀️🙋🏾‍♀️🤗🤗

The cashier seemed almost like she was on drugs and was deeply confused by another customers simple questions. Before she rang me up I stated I would not be needing any plastic bags and she ignored me and kept badgering another customer- begging her to stay so they could continue their conversation. ( I dont think the other customer wanted to) She continued to bag my items and when I repeated that I didnt want plastic bags she just said I know- Im dumb then laughed and left them on the counter, leaving me to take them out myself and put them in my own bag (the one I was rudely asked to leave at the register upon entering).

The worst family Dollar Ive ever been to the store manager was so rude and wont even let her employes use the restroom. The cashier said she had to wear a depends to work bc they wont even let her leave the counter to use the bathroom. These is clearly appalling especially when the two managers are just standing out front smoking cigarettes and conversing about their personal lives instead of helping the one other employee in the store. In fact thestore manager was discussing with the other manager on how the company needs to get it together and start putting her paperwork through right and paying the proper amount of wages. Really feel that it was unprofessional myself and would give no stars if I could.

Worst places to ever shop! Workers are extremely rude! The manager was on her phone laughing and having a conversation while the whole time she has a huge line formed of people watching her waiting to be checked out!! Never go there y’all!!

Family dollar my ass. Everyone has horrible attitudes and is too expensive go to Walmart instead. Never clean, stuff all over the place, and rude people

Worst customer service ever... The cashier sat right in my face stocking shelves while the line got longer.. Do you think she stopped stocking the shelves to help her customers, nope, she acted like she didnt see us and I left my stuff on thecounter and left.... Will not be going back there...

Store is always a mess

Staff was friendly. Store was a mess and lack inventory control. I went to buy ziploc bags and majority of the boxes were open. Shelves were empty and items on the shelf was either open or not in the right space. Store is too small to be such a mess.

So rude one worker grabbed my brother for no reason an went thru his pockets. An said she had a reason to because we were looking all over the for something because she was to lazy to get off her butt to help us look

Cashier was very helpful and friendly

Bought some deodorant was marked the wrong price and so I had to put it back instead of them giving it to me for the price that was tagged had to get a different brand

Has what you want and need, just requires some looking around.
