We went in to buy 2 large ticket items. Neither item in stock. The woman at the register just yawned, and didnt care at all. No offer of pulling items from another store. My 1200.00 will be spent elsewhere.

They did advertise what we wanted to be in stock but it wasnt. I do like the store though. A little overpriced but they always have what I wanted until this trip.

This place has pretty much everything you never knew you needed. Very easy to spend all your money here.

I can not say anything bad about this store except that it draws me in and I never want to leave which can make me a little late for somethings but really thats on me, lol, the cashier always reminds everyone to grab the sales flyer for the coupon which saves me more money so I can spend even more in this store, lol, quality products, quality employees, just a all around good quality store

So clean and a good variety of just about everything. Service could have been a bit better. Everyone stayed to the front, and not 1 person came to help me. I do love the store though.

Lots of stuff but its a very crowded store. Not crowded with people just every inch has things for sale, makes browsing hard so I go there when I know exactly what I want! Also sign up to get their emails you can almost always use a 20 percent off coupon for an item.

This store has a lot to look at. Im trying to organize my kitchen so good place to start. Employees for the most part are friendly. If you go in the actual aisles they are too small.

Everything youve ever seen in an infomercial is for sale here. Its clean, but difficult to move through the store in any way other than their predetermined pattern. Match your preferred item with the price on the shelf very carefully, as the stocking is done in a rather bait and switch kind of way.

Customer service at the Waterloo, Iowa store was wonderful! The clerk was so friendly and accommodating. I wanted a specific comforter that wasnt available on line anymore and she made sure I was able to get the one I wanted off the floor display at not only the sale price but she knocked another 20% off for me!❤️

I enjoy going to Bed Bath & Beyond. The employees there are generally pretty nice. I do wish they stayed open until 9:00 pm though.

Employees at the register....3 of them...more interested in their personal discussion..bashing another business...then engaging with us as customers. TACKY!!! We are very disappointed!

These guys have great customer service and were willing to help me. I was in to buy a foot massager and was debating between three of them. Two were out on display and one was not. I had JIM help me decide which one to get and he even opened up a new unit just so I could try it since they did not have that one on display yet. I decided on the HT-Reflex in the end! This store is awesome because they did not bother me every few minutes like in other stores. These guys let me use the machines for 30 minutes if not more, so I could decide what I wanted. They were not pushy to make a sale and this made it a good experience! I would definitely recommend this bed bath and beyond!

The item I came in for wasnt in stock. The employees were super helpful and shipped it to my house for free. Definitely a great experience.

Have so many neat things

Went there once for a bridal shower gift off the registry. It took me 2 whole circles in store and still didnt find it and then 2 people to find it. Not anywhere near the location I thought it shouldve been.

I like this place for the sheer number of things that are in this store, but its hard to find exactly what youre looking for considering the fact that there are few employees ever on the floor. I spent about 20 minutes looking for one item because I couldnt find anyone other than a cashier and one other employee on the floor. That doesnt go to say that if you need anything... and I mean LITERALLY anything, this place is a great place to go.

I encountered a gal that claims she works at the Waterloo Store that was shopping at another establishment - she was the most foul-mouthed ignorant disrespectful person i have ever encountrted in my years of retail managment - if that is your idea of employees- i will never step foot in this store again.
