They usually have a lot of sales, clearance fabrics, and remnants. They also have books to thumb through for inspiration. I inadvertently lost an envelope with cash in it and a lot of employees searched the store for me! My cash was found and Im very grateful! Such a sweet staff and they all seem to really care. The employees also seem relaxed and like theyre happy to work there.

I absolutely love to come here because of all the fantastic deals that go on during this time of year. Plus, my mom works here and we get very nice discounts for materials and other crafts, too. And because I absolutely love Halloween, too, there are lots of awesome Halloween things to buy here, too!

I always get great service at this location! Some of the other (now closed) locations treated me like I was a thief every time I went in there. I love this store. They might not have the selection of the bigger stores, but they are extremely personable!

Anything you could possibly want for arts and crafts. Most of the charcoal is for beginners, not a huge choice, but painting etc. Seems ok. Tons of fabrics! Nice customer service, easy access.

I love going here I can spend hours looking at all the fabrics and craft items. I receive text with discounts every week and they have wonderful sales. The staff is always helpful and if they dont have an answer to my question they will ask somebody until they find an answer.

Since this is not a Jo-Anns location in the big city, you have to give it some serious credit for its selection. The interior is definitely not the snazzy modern design of some larger stores, but there is a good selection of clothing, quilting, and decor fabrics. In addition, their other crafts selections boast a wide variety of items to suit every crafters need. The service is wonderful, provided by the local crafty store associates, and the store is clean. Five stars in my book.

My first time ever being at this location ... the 3 ladies were an absolute pleasure. They were kind, engaged and made me laugh through my entire purchase. So very thankful for the experience after a long hard day!!!

Always love to go in. But for some reason they mostly carry fabric and beads. I do wish they had more of a selection. They dont have a wide variety of crafts, which is extremely disappointing when They are the ONLY place in town to go to. They are always super friendly though, always quick to ask if i need assistance and they are always friendly.

It seems everytime I go in, its an hour wait at the cutting counter and an hour wait to check out. They only staff one employee at the cutting counter and one at the register l. However, the staff is nice. Its hit or miss if I get my fabric cut correctly. Signs are not always present, so you have to price check items.

Still wish they carried wool and other fine fabrics... Too much quilting, fleece and crafts! Some of us can actually SEW, you know!

I love Joanns, but I just moved to this area and was excited that there was even one here, but disappointed at the selection of items. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the selection of fabric is great, but everything else is just disappointing. I get a lot of home decor and crafting supplies from Joanns but this one just seems to fall short whenever I go in looking for something Joanns normally has

Average strip mall handicap parking and access. Doors are fairly easy to open. Store is older but they keep it clean. Hours of operation are good too.

A little dirty. There is never any new stock! Same old same old. Dependable though. Clecks dont seem to be cross trained which is frustrating.

Despite the poor timing of certain ribbons running out of stock for months, this is really the only way to purchase fabric in hand in the valley. The prices are often much higher than Id really want to work with for professional projects (even spacing the cost VS return aspect as best I can), so I only really shop for the higher end fabrics when its a special occasion. Other than that, it really does have a pinch of everything craft-wise you could need. The staff do their best to accommodate sporadic rushes of people looking to cut 10+ bolts of fabric, so I can never truly fault them for making me wait up to 30 minutes to cut while behind three to four people. (Its just me being an impatient crafter, I suppose!) All in all, its better than using WalMarts (paltry) fabric section, and MUCH better than a lengthy drive into anchorage for the big box store.

Shelves were bare and the store was not that clean.

Good selection of fabrics, as well as scrapbooking, beading, and DIY supplies. Small area of craft kits for kids. Some paintable wood products and a good canvas selection. Not too busy while we were there, midday on a weekday.
