My husband and I went to at least 6 dealerships before we came here and thank God we did because we kept getting turned down nobody would finance us even with 4k to put down and we came to R&B and met Brandon Carpenter he was absolutely incredible he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and was confused on why nobody would work with us. You can tell he genuinely loves his job and working with people he doesnt push cars on you to make commission and I hate it when they are pushy he was everything but that. I would recommend R&B to anyone buying a car you will get a great deal and a great car all the cars here are great and reasonably priced. Not only did we get a great car but he had the battery replaced and had us pull around back to fill up the tank. If I could I would give him 10 stars!!! We wouldnt have been able to get a car without Brandon he even let us leave with the car and come back to pay the next day because our debit card was at the limit and I was so worried we werent going to be able to get it and hes like dont worry about it come in tomorrow! Terrible place. Tried to sell me a brand new car that turned out to be an import from Canada. Sent then a check to cover the car in cash(45k), all the paperwork was filled out ahead of time, then traveled 800 miles to take delivery of it, only to get a call from the car manufacturer right after getting the keys telling me the car wasnt imported correctly, could not be registered and would not be covered under their U.S. warranty. I gave them back their keys and walked away from the deal. I was left stranded as I had already sold my car to purchase the new one and dame near spent all of my money to make the deal and travel. I ended up spending two extra days in Indiana, one of which was spent sleeping at the airport waiting on a reasonably priced flight to get back home. General manager, Chad Laughlin said he’d try to cover the expense - never heard a word from the boy. Laughlin knew my situation, knew he and his company put me in an f’d up situation - Do you think even 1 out of the 4 employees I worked with gave me a call to inquire about my were about? A follow up apology? NOTHING! In total, I lost $800 which includes my deposit to hold the vehicle.Even if I got just follow up apology, I dont think I would have shared my experience with you all. The fact that these guys couldnt show simple human decency to at least check up on a customer is reason enough to share this experience for the world to see.I think it goes without saying that I’ll never do business with this company or their employees ever again - Based on my experience, maybe you shouldnt either.

Applied for a preapproval for a vehicle on a Saturday early morning. Was assigned to Damien in Warsaw. He was quick to reach out to me initially. Texted me with some questions which I responded to promptly. Then…crickets. Text him back late afternoon. Nothing. Get a response at 5:30 that evening that he was busy but would work on it then. Again didn’t hear back until 2:30 Monday that preapproval went through. By then we had done some research at other dealerships over the weekend and found a couple cars we were interested in. We decided to go with a different car elsewhere. I had not contacted Damien after Saturday because he didn’t seem interested in selling us a car. When I told him we found something else at a different dealer he became unprofessional and sent some rude emails. He stated he was glad he wasted time on us and that they weren’t slow at processing but that our credit was bad and that’s why he took long time to get back with me. Either way excuses for poor professionalism is not cool and I wasn’t aware that the customer was obligated to work with someone just because a preapproval came through.

Found a truck listed by this dealership on carfax several states away. I Inquired, salesperson was knowledgeable in answering my questions and quick at sending requested pictures of the truck. I asked many times over our many conversations if there was any rust on the bottom. The pictures didn’t show any so I purchased a plane ticket and made arrangements to fly to see the truck. 30 seconds after seeing the truck and crawling under it, I find HUGE chunks of rusted metal falling off the truck and SPRAY FOAM that someone had painted on the cab corners. The pictures conveniently didn’t show any of the problem areas. When I asked them about it, they wouldn’t budge on the price and passed the blame to the next person down the line. Extremely disappointed they don’t care enough about their customers to spend 10 seconds on their back looking under the truck

Paying cash for a 61,000 GMC was easy. It’s been 45 days since my husband drove that truck off the lot, still no title. The woman who handles the title said it would be mailed 10 days ago....still no title. We have a “we owe” part... still don’t have that either. And I won’t even mention how disappointing it is to buy a $61,000 Dually and it’s been at the GMC dealership multiple times already. Super glad we bought the warranty. Check engine light came on again today. The buying part is nice and easy... the after care at this place is horrible. And based on the quality vehicle we ended up with .. I can’t give any stars for that either. I’ll never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Awesome experience. Ive always had bad experiences with used car dealers. Went in for a new vehicle thinking i would have to have a co-signer due to my credit. Within 30 minutes i was starting the signing process for a new truck. Thes guys didnt make me feel small like the big car dealers. They worked fast to get me the truck i wanted. I dont think i will go anywhere else to purchase another vehicle. Most of the trucks i looked at still had the manufacturers warranty.9-20-19. Had to go back in for a small mechanical problem. They jumped right on it and had my wife back on the road in now time. They didnt treat my wife like she didnt know what she was talking about like most mechanic shops do. Very pleased with this place all around.

They told me they would have a car brought down from their other location so I could look at it, they even set up a time for me. The car wasn’t there and I had to wait two hours. They hadn’t even left to get the car when I showed up. Then when I purchased the car they messed up all the paper work.I had a bad experience with them and when I told the owner, he could care less about the issues. Like I’ve told many friends and family, I will never go back nor recommend them.

I was extremely impressed with our service. I bought my wife a 2015 Tahoe LTZ last week and the entire process was impressive. I absolutely hate dealing with car dealerships but this experience was different. Upon a pleasant transaction, we called a day later regarding minor issues with the vehicle we hadnt noticed before. They instructed us to a local Chevrolet dealership for the repairs just so we didnt have to bring back the car. (1 hr 45 drive). That transaction shows their elite customer service. Our local Chevrolet dealership slid over a bill for around $1200 dollars. All completely covered by Chad at the lot. That right there speaks volumes about a company. They put their customers ahead of all. I would do business again with this dealership anytime Im ready for a new vehicle.
