Competitively priced. Used Royal Mail (not Hermes thankfully!) and the goods arrived on time. We bought two Judogis (Adidas J930 adult and J350 child) and they arrived fine, well-packaged, and exactly as expected. Good communication throughout, i.e. shipping/tracking updates and a very clear returns procedure (if needed). Would have no hesitation in using them again.

Ordered a 16 ft boxing ring, states free delivery on orders over £70, dont be fooled, next day I received a phone call saying they wanted £200 for delivery ! Ring arrived and when I assembled it, no rope covers even though they are clearly in the photograph advertising the ring, when I questioned it I was told well get our supplier to send them to you only to be told the next day, our supplier said the rings dont come with these talk about a lack of knowledge of the product you are selling !! They even told me its only in the advert because its the only photo they supplied us with !!! So once Id paid the £200 delivery and now another £250 for rope covers I could have purchased the complete package including mats elsewhere cheaper. Be warned.

Would not recommend at all! They mention on their website to this day that 90% of products arrive on time due to COVID. When I read this I should have known to avoid.I even clicked for next day delivery with Royal Mail. I spoke to the operator to make sure goods are shifted and all on good time.No courier is running late or delayed other than FightEquipment UK being slow in the warehouse. They give you a Royal Mail Tracking number but its not even live which means they have not instructed Royal Mail to pick it up.So once Royal Mail pick it up, they can and then your tracking number is live. Royal Mail do deliver exactly next day.2 stars because they misled delivery times on site and blamed a third party when its themselves. If you had to order, be willing to waiting 7+ days and dont bother choosing the faster delivery options.

First time visiting the store. We had some excellent advice about boxing gloves. As in a previous review the owner advised me about the best gloves, fit, make etc and not the most expensive ones. Again the same thing with the headguard. We definitely be will be back in the future. Excellent service and no hard sell either.

Great shop and even better staff..... my son wanted a new pair of boxing gloves and decided on a pair...the assistant advised him that the dearest ones are no good for him and advised him to get a pair almost 1/2 the price... Cant ask for a more honest shop who truly know their stuff.

Ordered and paid online. Received an email the next day to say they dont actually have the item in stock. Offered an alternative gi but declined as it was the one I specifically ordered my son wanted. I said I would go elsewhere to order which I was happy to do, only to be told I would have to wait 3-5 working days for a refund. Today is the 12th December. This was my sons Christmas present. By the time I receive the refund it will be too late to order for Christmas delivery elsewhere. I explained this to them to be told there was nothing they could do, I just have to wait. Who has spare money lying around at this time of year to order another gi (and not a cheap one either?). Very disappointed!

Amazing staff they will look after you might be hard to find but its the bottom floor at the back but onvmce you go you will feel like you are a main customer the way you are treated, so much love for all of these individuals and the store and prices itself.... I have made the oder on the Sunday 15th December and first time in my life I have paid for the next day delivery. The oder should be the present on the Christmas. However, as soon as I made an order, I got email from the shop, saying that I will get my parcel on Thursday 19th December due to the Royal Mail. Which is in 4 days after the purchase. However, I didn’t get my parcel on Thursday 19th December and still till on 22th January I don’t have it, (which is more than one month from the purchase day). After coming home from holiday, from 3rd of January, I was trying to sort out and find my order. I was calling to the shop each week and asking to solve the problem. They promised to find the parcel, they send twice the message to the Royal asking about the parcel, but they didn’t get response from them. Each time they promised to call back to us and say what is going on. The also have promised to send another parcel after the second message to the royal. However, when we were calling each time to remind about our order, they were saying that they forgot to do and they will sort everything straight away after this calling. When I reviewed the shop and put 1 star. On the next day, I got the message that the oder is canceled and they will make the refund.I know, they were trying to do their best, but I think when the shop has almost 4.5 stars, they should put more effort to help the customer. I find this unacceptable when you paying for the next day delivery, and after month you still dont have the parcel. But anyway thank you for your help all the way through the matter.

Needed to shop around for a BJJ GI that actually fits. Contacted Fight Equip UK who were hugely helpful and came back to me very quickly. The first GI I ordered was the wrong size for me but I spoke to them on the phone and they actually went and measured the other stock! Superb service. Delivery took so long to come i almost gave up hope. Spoke to a guy on the phone and he lied to me saying my email was wrong. Like that had somthing to do with how long my oder took. Very poor customer service and I would never give these people any more money EVER!.

Looked all over for the nearest shop to me, as I like to touch and see what I buy, so initially I went in for a jiu jitsu gi, an adidas response @£50 +12 for belt, however a member of staff approached me very knowledgeable about products and sports preference and recommended the tatimo gi for £60 with belt, i looked at both and decided on the tatimo, he suggested I try it on in the adiquate changing room with a brilliant pin up hahaa, he suggested the size and was spot on, overall great customer service, great selections you could get lost, brilliant knowledge and cost you get what you pay for, if carlsberg did shops this would be it cheers lads hopefully be back soon.

Sent me the wrong size shorts and then argued with me on the telephone trying to convince me Id ordered them despite my invoice proving otherwise. Very poor service.

Their service is terrible. I ordered 3 pairs of Sundee ankle supports. But, they sent to me another brand of ankle support without letting me know before sending. I sent the ankle supports I received back to them. I had to pay myself to send them back. When I asked them who was going to pay for sending them back. They didnt even answer my question. Let alone them suggesting to pay it themselves since they screwed up in the first place. So much to customer services!! In addtion, I ended up waiting another 8 or 9 days for the replacement. They didnt have the Sundee ankle supports in stock and they decided to send me some other brand as long as they sell ... you know. Too risky buying from their web site. Well, simple. Ill never buy from this site again.

Shocking services as I called them on a Saturday (23rd of September 2017) and asked them will the store be open tomorrow and I asked that about a product they said that have and I was checking if their was any price difference and the person goes Im not sure youll just have to come down and check and as I was planning to go down and make a few purchases as I was unsure about the sizes and as Im not comfortable ordering things online so I drove down on the Sunday of 24th September which they confirmed that they will be open and I come at 2:30 pm a full hour before they close and I walk up to the door and it says we are closed on Sundays
