I live close by so it has been really convenient for me and my husband to just run in and pick up a few things (which is at least every other day). Not sure if there is a new owner or manager or what but here lately this store has gone down hill. Shelves have been empty and the store is filthy. I have also noticed there is a big turnover, every I go in, there are new employees and some are not very friendly. My biggest issue is the store is filthy. There is a family dollar across the street and I refuse to walk in there cause it is so dirty and its fairly new, well newer than dollar general.

This has got to be the filthiest Dollar General that I have every visited. Went in today truck bunkers were everywhere, shelves in total chaos and workers just standing around . Apparently Corp doesn’t check on their stores often.

Store is very dirty trash all over the floor cart of unsought items strung all over. items thrown all over shelves the worst store I have ever seen

Clean and fully stocked...They were cleaning and stocking the day I went.. Love it

Went in to return a cell phone purchased at another DG location. Cell phone was unopened & had receipt. The minute I walked in the door, some sales clerk immediately said I DONT TAKE CELL PHONES BACK without bothering to hear the situation for the return. (The clerk at the other store didnt activate it like she was supposed to have done) So then she tells me that I have to take it back to the store I bought it from which is 20+Miles away. I asked why is that since all the DG stores are the same. She reiterated BECAUSE I DONT TAKE PHONES BACK. She was rude, unprofessional and I really wanted to shove this phone square in her mouth to stop her from.being so hateful to a customer. I wont shop at DG ever again..

Waited in line for 15 minutes for 2 items and then takes a person on another register once he pulled up without waiting

Love coming here. I can always find more word search books to do. And love getting deals going on over here.

Fast didnt have to wait in line, it was nice. Good clean store,most things were in stock.

April 25 2021Store messy. Almost every isle had clutter making it difficult to maneuver a basket.I was going to buy a package of lunch meat. It was ham which is supposed to be pink but it was white. The expiration date was 2 weeks ago.

The young cashier is friendly and courteous. I have been in three or four times times and she seems to always know where the exact item Im looking for is in the store. The aisles are neat despite some youngsters who like to pull items off. Oh yes, one other thing I noticed. She was even cheerful when I pulled a handful of coins from my pocket and seemed glad to have them! Dot Linn

Cashier tried to encourage us to leave when we were in line saying the computers would be down for 15 minutes. They were actually only down for about 2 minutes, so Im glad we didnt take her advice. Neither of the two employees were wearing a mask, despite being behind plexi glass with a huge masks are mandatory sign. The store at 50th and Meridian always has friendly staff who respect the mask policy, Ill just be visiting that location instead.

Bobbi, Steve and Mark are great sales agents! Always helpful and friendly! Its like a small family. Always a pleasure and now that they have expanded the store I can usually get everything I need at great prices!

This location has been messy each time I have been here. Boxes of items sitting in the floor and walkway half stocked on the shelf. But the staff was very polite and helpful in finding the items that I needed!

Purchased a prepayed Verizon phone, the sign read big price drop, $69.00, save 40 dollars when you buy a $40.00 prepayed card. However. It was you save $29.00 dollars...go figure a play on words...it was very misleading and I end up buying a $50. Card ...paying more than I wanted. This is corporate advertising... Lol

Found everything I needed when I went in there

I stop in here about twice a month, I usually have a list in hand but usually end up leaving with more than what I came in for. The manager is a nice man, i dont care for the clutter you sometimes have to crawl over to get to something, but overall its one of the better stores in my opinion.

Cashier was extremely rude. Was talking to a customer In front of me and the woman yelled what?!? As of we were talking about her, when we werent. Then the cashier rufused to break my change so I walked out with nothing. Dont go to this dollar general, the people are extremely rude.

This store is near my house and prices are great.

I visit this store often and always have a great experience, however today I was treated with disrespect and rudeness.Two reps in the store. The one up front, helpful. The other:Miranda was very rude and disrespectful to me. It was the way her attitude was toward me when needing help find an item and it continued as I was trying to pay and leave the store. She was antagonizing and it seems she wanted to fight with me in front of SEVERAL other customers. I would think if there was customer confict, she would choose to be helpful and pull me aside rather than yell at me at the counter in front of everyone. And that is exactly what she did.I have many $ store choices in my area and I will not be back to this store #10416

This DOLLAR GENERAL is neat and clean. I can find what I need to find when I go in. I rarely have to wait in line for very long when I am ready to check out.I sometimes buy most of my every day groceries at Dollar General they are convenient and they have good brands.The Dollar General coupons are easy to use and help.This store is easy to get to on the East side of the street on MacArthur Bulvd. just South of 50th. Right across from Walgreens.

I understand that you need to shelf products which arrive, but does it really need to be in the majority of the aisles of your store? Seems like that would be a real hazard to your customers, not to mention the difficulty of browsing or finding products.

This particular Dollar General is cramped and a bit cluttered. Reminds me of a yard sale but the people are friendly and its never terribly busy so its convenient.
