We have gotten nothing but the run around from Mr. Sammy and his wife. We bought a washer from them and didn’t have it a week before it had issues. They brought us one to use till they fixed it. There is no communication at all and they take your money and leave you high and dry! They said they were waiting on a part after I kept trying to reach them. Then they had COVID ok then after two weeks I reached out again this time his wife messaged saying they will make it right. Well she lied. We are going to try to get ahold of them one more time if they do not make it right we have no choice but to take legal measures, you can’t do this to people. I have saved what messages they sent me was told that will help big time. I pray they make this right because we would hate to take legal measures but we have to do what we have to do.

Please DONT USE THIS COMPANY.Willam (Will) came out, pulled lint from inside dryerand left. Took all day to get one load of clothes dry.Called Company they sent the 2 year employee back out. He checked the air flow to the outside 2ed trip.He deamed it FIXED $ 98.00 The dryer has started to roar again and it still takes Hrs to dry the clothes.I dont like( Repair companies that send out employees that have not learned the job)I feel this is a theft of money by lack proper services.

BEWARE! NO ACCOUNTABILITY! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I purchased a used dryer for one of my rental properties on Tuesday, picked it up on Wednesday. My tenant text me on Thursday and said the dryer was only blowing out cold air. He was the first person to use it. I contacted this so-called business and they told me that I would have to bring the dryer back to Warner Robins from Macon for either repair or replacement, and they would not send a service technician out. Huh? I told him what I thought of his poor customer service, and he said “F you”, and hung up the phone. I had 9 more appliances to purchase. Never again.

Joe was EXTREMELY rude when my friend/co-worker called today. I was in our office and overheard the conversation. The part needed to fix her washer wasnt available so my friend called to ask if she could pay extra to have a part over-nighted. He didnt give her a chance to ask, just interrupted her with if we dont have the part, we dont have it. She was stunned, told him that was rude, he actually said no it wasnt, youve monopolized the conversation for a minute and a half! I couldnt believe it! We work in a service industry (40 years) and NEVER spoken to a customer like that. Weve had a customer be irate, but even then we do not speak to a paying customer in that tone. Then he told her maybe this Covid thing has everyone upset. I wanted to say, do not patronize her and try to make this her mistake when it was clearly his unprofessional attitude that got the best of him. Fortunately Justin, the technician at my friends house, made up for Joes ineptness! Justin listened and was kind. All it took was him explaining they are on a route system and the part was in Macon and be here next week. We understand that b/c we also have technicians that are on a route system. Joe, take a week off, its obvious you need a break from public service... maybe Covid got ya down!

Absolutely unprofessional. I paid almost $200 for a washing machine that didnt work. Then they sent a repairman Monday and one Wednesday to fix it and neither of them could! So they told me they would deliver another one to me by Friday. Three different people have called me starting at 9am claiming that my delivery was on the way. Its now 1pm and nobody has shown up yet! I decide to call everyone back to see whats going on and they tell me that they had other things to handle. Mind you I took off work to handle this because of the amount Ive spent with them. The guy in the office basically tells me that he doesnt care about my new washer because he already has my money and the new customers money is more important. He basically told me that its my fault that I have to go to work. I dont recommend nobody spend their money here.

Joe and his staff have always been very professional with me when I refer business to them. I deal with Redo about 20-30 a year as a property manager. Never have I had a question about the honesty and work ethic of this company. In fact, there are times when Joe will call our tenant to troubleshoot the problem over the phone without running a technician out there and charge a service fee for a very simple fix. Grade A service. Keep up the great work!

I have bought two different appliances from here. A fridge, roughly around 3 yrs ago and it still works perfectly. My stove I bought from them a yr and half ago and it still works perfectly. The guy that works here has always been very nice and friendly and the prices are very decent for what you are paying for. On the other hand for some reason when I needed a washer and dryer a couple months ago I was opted by my bf to go somewhere else, an appliance repair shop beside the rite aid on green st... NEVER AGAIN will I go anywhere else but ReDo for appliances! review for their store will be posted soon.

Had them to come repair my refrigerator after failing to fix it the first time they came back fix it the second time and messed up my freezer in the process. Been waiting almost 2 weeks for them to come back out. I call them they give me date and time. Never show up or call. I would recommend you go to someone else. People are full of excuses and rarely step up to apologize and offer to fix the problem and for that I dont normally leave reviews. In 5his case Ill make the exception. Purchased a fridge to replace one that had gone out that morning. I only had an hour for lunch and they couldnt deliver that quickly so I offered to pick it up and put it in myself. I asked how much they would give me for my old fridge and was told $30 (STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED THAT $30) so I confirmed with the person that everything worked, bought the fridge, and brought it home. Upon installing the fridge I found the icemaker and water dispenser were not working. I brought my old fridge back and let them know and was told someone would be out later on. I arranged to be off work costing me time and money only to have no one show up and no call. I stopped in the next day after leave several unreturned messages and managed to get someone out on my lunch break to look at the fridge. After 2 weeks of being told the parts would be in in a couple days (not a big deal, things happen) I had to stop in and ask to find the parts had been there for a couple days, NO CALL. I set an appointment for 10:00 today, yet again taking time off work costing me time and money, and around 11:00 still had not seen the repair guy. I drove to the store to be told they had a warranty issue 5hat came up (MINE IS ALSO A WARRANTY ISSUE) and a newly sold dishwasher to install before they could get to me. What was, I figured, a couple hours off work has now turned into an all day affair. Things happen and I am more than understanding but if you run a small business and compete on your word that you can and will provide honest customer service then something as simple as a phone call should be easy. And that phone call wouldve kept me from writing this review. Its cheap used appliances and you get what you pay for, that is to be expected. But dont tell people youll back the product and get upset when they have to continuously bother you to get it done....

I purchased a washer and dryer from Redo in 2015! I am returning because I broke the dryer knob. I got my money’s worth and some out of these appliances. Both Washer and dryer are still fully operational I am just tired of using a pliers to turn the dryer on. I recommend and will use Redo again and again!

They delivered well but they did not hook up anything at all and basically and told us to figure it out. Paint is also chipping off of the washer already.

Good prices delivered washer and dryer in timely manner..... but dyer didn’t have lint filter. Was told 3 times would bring to me!

Still not fixed

First experience was after finding out a mouse chewed up my washer on a part that could not be fixed. Redo supposedly gave me a discount on a used washer with a 90 day warranty. That was fine. Two months later, the washer would not come on, and they came out and reattached a wire on the TIMER. A few months after that, it would not come on again and they came out to discover the TIMER was burned out and tried to charge me to repair it regardless of them supposedly having a warranty on repairs. Note that the TIMER is the same part that was already supposedly fixed, and that it could have burned out due to me trying to run it with a wire disconnected. They shouldve fixed it all the way the first time. They have no policies in writing. They told me that because the part was covered under the 90 day warranty, since I didnt PAY for a repair, that the repair does not fall under any repair warranty. Dont waste your time with Redo. They even told me to go get my own part.

Didnt find what we were looking for but the prices and customer service was great! Vic and Neil were very nice and knowledgeable.

Terrible old shabby appliances. They over charge for really old washers and dryers. Paid 400 for a set and the washer went out right after the 90 day period, the motor is bad. I do not recommend wasting your money!!!
