This is by far the best Walgreens pharmacy I have ever used. Actually the best pharmacy ever. The staff is incredible. I cant say enough. The manager Heather helped me out by calling my Dr for me she was understaning empathetic and helped me get the prescription needed. Give her a raise!

Not a bad Walgreens. Usually not too busy here, though I will say that often the lines at the pharmacy can be very long & lengthy. In fairness, Ive also seen this at the CVS drive thru in Ware, MA. Store is usually pretty clean & kept up with. Things are easy to find, nicely organized. Most sales associates are friendly. I had a really tough time finding unpopular batteries awhile ago, & a gentleman who worked here was extremely helpful to me with finding what exactly I needed. Usually you dont receive personal service like this in too many stores nowadays, I was very impressed & wished I got his name. He was probably in his 40s Im assuming, although hard to tell for sure. Prices here are cheaper than CVS & better deals with sales here also. Sometimes they have really good buys for things like candy, toys, food items, other, etc. I also love their seasonal items. Great little gifts for Halloween, Easter & stocking stuffers for Xmas. They have $1 items too & a clearance rack that usually has some marked down makeup for really good prices. Ive gotten beauty products for half or less of their original price. If you have a choice between CVS in Ware or Walgreens, I would suggest Walgreens. Again, better everyday prices & sales, friendlier customer service, less problems with pharmacy. Although the lines get long, at least theyre almost always pretty accurate & well informed pharmacist & techs that will be sure to assist you to the best of their ability. Ive had way less issues here than @ CVS.

The pharmacy and the pharmacy staff is always courteous even though when they’re busy and have the rudest customers they keep a smile on their face and are always courteous no matter what! They may say the wait time is 40 minutes but when it comes down to it they know what they’re doing they don’t mess anything up rarely ever and they normally get it done within 15 minutes! Extremely hard workers that’s for sure.Thank you so much for your services and always even if not knowing the answer trying to find it by going out of your way it’s always appreciated.

We love this Walgreens always friendly and kind staff. The store is clean and neat. I love the seasonal aisles so many fun and creative things to look at.

Scripts used to take 15-20 minutes when this store was a rite-aid ... now that it’s a Walgreens they don’t even tell you when it will be ready. They leave you to guess. And then when you go to the store 45 minutes later it’s obly too blatantly obvious they completely forgot to even go through with your script... what a joke can we get rite aid back PLEASE

Says clearly open tll 10 pm drive over there for emergency and the doors were locked at 857pm so crazy
