I give them three stars the day I went in just to grab a gift card for a kid . Its kind of crowded two guys working one guy was spaced off in his own world the other guy he was trying to handle everything . He was very knowledgeable of things the other guy just seem like he didnt want to be there . You know those types that be working hands on their hips

Store is extremely small, completely devoid of customers and most game merchandise.Except for Funko pops. Why is this store mostly Funko pops????? Its very very very strange

Good service and nice people but when I bought a used game I made sure to ask if it’d work alright. The cashier told me it would work fine and that they check them, but when I got home from my vacation the disc has scratches on it and won’t let me proceed in the game. I understood that I was buying a used game but it sure doesn’t seem they check their discs.

If you care about your money don’t purchase from this company in general. Everything I’ve ever bought from this store does not work and half the time you can’t even return it. Employee that was “helping” me was on the phone. If you’re reading this lady fix your attitude and your eyeliner girly.

Initially passed negative judgement, but after I came in for a midnight release I changed my opinion. Staff seemed quite nice and enthusiastic. They were one of the only stores in the state that was holding a midnight release as well.Thank you guys. :-)

Terrible Customer Service, Terrible CompanyWent in for one item had to literally Argue with Sales personkept trying to push subscriptions and extras and other gamesI just wanted the one item. I got so fed up I left. NEVER Again will I shop at any Gamestop.

Not to happy with the waltham location... went to trade in a phone and the system they use has not been working for months. That is what I was told by the associated. I guess they need more money even though it is a multi billion dollar company... and it is a fairly new store...

A reliable seller of video games and electronic devices. Easy place to shop. A bit slow when there is less staff on duty. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes video games.

Good variety of games, accessories consoles used and new with games gift cards and practically everything for a gamer with trade in credit too! However, I think the trade credit should be 3x more, because you dont get much value out of even a new game or console. Trading phones even, only gets you a fraction of the bought price.
