Very unprofessional and poor customer service. I called this company several times- I was told they would call me to let me know when they would be at my house. I texted them my address, year, make and model of my car and a photo of the key fob as requested. I called the next day because they didnt call or show up. The guy that answered was rude and said, there are alot of people that call and dont all have the same car as you. I started my car in Woodmore shopping center left my keys on the top of the car, and drove to Waldorf. Sounds crazy but it’s a Honda Accord key, which are prone to breaking apart so I made it work. However, during my panic of not being able to start my car again, without the keys which were in Woodmore. I had no idea it was possible to get a “car” key made AND delivered! It’s literally made right in front of you, not to mention their 24/7. I called Lockout Solutions — He literally pulled up within 15mins, checked that my info matched my vehicle registration and immediately began crafting my key. Not only do I have a new key but he upgraded it to a hard shell from Honda so it doesn’t break easily. We had some slight technical difficulties with his machine, & before he left to recalibrate it, he supplied me with the errored key(remote included) along with my original so that I was able to start my car and leave when I felt free. He returned the next day as promised and finished the key. Omg I felt like I lost my car, just sheer dread, the day was a complete mess already too. My key fob wasn’t available and the one ordered got misrouted by the post office, days before moving out of state. He offered to have another one sent to him overnight. I felt really bad knowing it was a USPS issue and not his, so I offered to pay the overnight fee. He told me that doesn’t fall on me and he’ll just use the key fob that got lost on a future order. His integrity left a lasting impression. Not to mention he saved me so many problems from working with the dealership, who said the key fob is on back order for a month, and it would be $300+. First off, I never do reviews but felt compelled to help all. Skip the dealer when it comes to having a key made, programmed or needing lock services.Before calling a locksmith, I spoke to the local dealer about my dilemma concerning my vehicle being disabled in anti theft mode. It was conveyed by the dealer they would need the vehicle in their possession before they could help. Let alone a barrage of questions they were throwing at me.
