Were nurses in a Chicago hospital who needed a trophy for a contest we sponsored. The people at Award Specialties made it so easy for us!! We looked locally and online, and found this Award Specialties to be the best!! Their prices are very reasonable and their customer service is excellent!! Sean has gone out of his way to get things done for us, meeting deadlines and standing behind their products!! They produced a beautiful trophy for us (the picture doesnt do it justice!) and they send small plates with the names of winning units to us every month, which attach neatly to the back. We will keep them on speed dial for future projects!! We are so happy with our experience with this company, and we highly recommend them!!

Since he blocked my review on his ETSY site.. this place/owner was very unprofessional with me. We ordered and recieved 4 statues for our 50 year members and one of them was broken. Instead of offering a partial refund or to fix it .the owner offered to mail me glue and Gluing advice if needed. Also tried to make me feel terrible due to me messaging him on a Sunday afternoon about the damaged statue. Also blocked my ability to post pictures and my review on his etsy site. Beware of this guy, very rude.

I was looking on ETSY for a trophy for my family reunion I came across some awesome trophies by this company. I saw that it was local so I reached out. The experience has been so sweat less. The level of customer service is unmatched here. A family-owned business that treats their customers like family. I asked them to engrave some mugs for my little brothers business as a birthday gift. When I requested some edits on the mugs (from the red mug to the black), they went ahead and sent me the red mug anyway, free of charge! The back-and-forth on the design was very timely, and the whole process was quick and very easy. I recommend them for any and all of your engraving needs!

Went in LAST minute (the day before) for some small softball trophies and a plaque for our sponsor— I knew I was too late and just asked for some without engraving. They had exactly what I needed AND had time to engrave them within 30 minutes!!! They look awesome!! Fantastic customer service from 3 employees as they were all so very nice! Thank you!

Called with an odd request for a replica of a plaque from the show Brooklyn 99, heist episode. Said it may be a tad bit different but I am blown away by the outcome of it, with only a blurry Google picture to work with. He had it ready in a few days! Hope I need them again in the future, they also have BEAUTIFUL statue/trophies in the lobby for shopping around.

We wanted to purchase a personalized, customized trophy. The staff was so helpful! Although they had a large selection of trophies, they got a few catalogs out until we found exactly what we wanted. They called as soon as it was in, did the ingrained on site, and we picked it up that afternoon. We are beyond pleased!! Highly recommend this trophy shop!

Had a real bad pain in my stomach, so I stopped at this place because well the name. I run inside and ask this Gods gift to me where the bathroom was. I asked Where is the bathroom and was there any spray (smell good) he said yeah, there should be so I proceeded to the bathroom and BOY IT WAS ON! Thank you for a good bathroom.
