The food was good We got the house salad and Greek salad with chicken and shrimp. The only bad thing is that they didnt have some items on the menu. Overall it was a great option for a Friday night.

Came in around 5pm, business was starting to pick up. We were given a “concert” menu although our server later offered us a different menu. Our server was nice but rather busy with other tables. I ordered a Stromboli and it was great, the meatball sub was lacking but acceptable. Fries were seasoned with what I believe was Old Bay, wish this would have been mentioned somewhere. Asked for ranch that was watered down miracle whip at best and had zero ranch flavor. It was our first time dining here and I think we’d be better off ordering to-go pizza.

Observed the staff calling the police on a homeless person that had money to purchase a slice of pizza! The homeless person was not begging to have a free slice but wanted to pay for it! This was the most horrible thing that I have witnessed! I will never support this place of business again. Shame on the staff and owner!!!

Highly recommend this restaurant! The loaded fries were perfect. Pizza was superb - crust was just the right thickness and toppings were good. Our server was very attentive and friendly. Environment is relaxed, seems family friendly.Overall, great experience!

I swear pandemic has made me find a brand new and higher level of appreciation for local and mom n pop spots. This being 1 of them. The couple is soo sweet that I just wanna take em to a happy hour and listen to their stories. Anywho, i ordered Chicken pita and he had meat lovers 12 pizza . He cant stop telling me how good it was and thats his lunch tmrw. My Chicken Pita was great and I switched fries to onion rings, Thankfully their onion rings actually had taste and flavor to them that I didnt need ketchup. Tip- ask for onion rings to be fried crispy. Theyve been at this spot for 3yrs or so. Definately going back . Oh and their lines for pick ups were long. I didnt see any servers so pls do expect a tad bit of delay in service but they make it up with food quality.

I would absolutely avoid this restaurant. The service was absolutely terrible.They got my order wrong and what made it worse was their reluctance and push back to do the right thing.I ordered a mixed fish basket, and I wanted to get the side salad instead of the French fries. They gave me the french fries completely soaked in grease and no side salad to speak of.The one piece of flounder never had the skin removed and it was totally inedibleThey saw nothing wrong with it. To add insult to injury they only removed less than $2 from my bill which was about $18.00, for the naysayers thinking I only wanted a free meal, I actually paid my bill but I left the meal there on the table.I will not be partaking in this establishment again. The rest of my partys meal was fine, but it was not the customer service that Im used to.

I ordered the buffalo chicken pizza... It was good... Too much mayo on it...I would have preferred more buffalo sauce than mayo. The lady who was the server was great! I will come here again and order something different

I cant really think of anything negative to say. Right after a movie at Starlight, you can cross the street to it directly. I suppose if it was busier then maybe the service might have been worse. But for first time job waiters at 16 years or so, they did fine and were courteous. The establishment is clean and pretty open spaced so its not hard to track down your waiter. Good for parties of 8-10 and they also divide the restaurant so you can have a more private booth accommodation if thats your liking. The wings were jumbo sized and the pizza was DELICIOUS. Crust was crispy and soft and the cheese was plentiful. I was hoping for a thinner pie but they dont advertise NY slices so Im not disappointed! Lastly, I ordered the Buffalo chicken pizza which says they use a buffalo sauce base. I asked if they could just do marinara and drizzle the ranch and hot sauce on top and they simply said, done. We were finishing up our meal around 9:55 pm and not once did they make us feel like they needed us out of there. Awesome!

Hidden gem! We love this place. The food was fresh and cooking hot. Our youngest child loves their spaghetti!! Thats always a plus if she enjoys the food. I had the greek spaghetti! Delicious!!!

We stopped there because we was going to a concert. The food was great. I had chicken tenders and onion rings.they was perfect for me. Hubby had a sub & fries. heading that way now. We decided to make this our place on concert nights. Jason Aldean tonight..

My husbands and I have been ordering take out and have dined inside a couple of time since they opened. The people weve had interactions with either on the phone or in person are always polite. When placing an order either online or phone if you happen to have any type of special requests. So far theyve all been done correctly.. Only down fall is here lately every time we decide to get something from there its usually on the one day their closed.....😢😂 But as long as where in the area and their in business. Theyll have us as customers!!

I’ve given this place a try a couple of times, and my food is always burnt 😕 the first time I went (picture #2) the quesadilla wasn’t as burnt but the filling was really good so I decided to give them another chance. This time (picture #1), not only is it burnt but it also doesn’t taste fresh. Maybe I need to try something different, but the quesadilla doesn’t work for me!

Ive really enjoyed everything Ive eaten here, especially their pizza. I think their crust and cheese are really perfect... not a huge fan of their toppings but the crust and cheese are what makes this place. Nice guy runs the place, always walking around talking up the guests. Youll enjoy this place.

First time in Charlotte and figured we would stop here for a quick lunch before the heart concert. Great decision. Awesome food and some of the best service Ive had. Will come back on subsequent trips.

I ordered two baked zitis and garlic bread last night from them through DoorDash, what arrived somehow arrived was two baked spaghettis, I’ve never understood how you misread an order to completion like that it sits and says ziti the entire time it’s in the system and the garlic bread was just bread ends with crust all the way around like they had run out of real garlic bread, that and the spaghetti sauce was just watery soup and yum a clump of cheese on top of bland wet spaghetti not appealing didn’t wanna go through another two hours of stress to get it right and due to them not being on the DoorDash app I couldn’t get a refund so all in all disappointing and incredibly expensive 45 dollars for two servings of spaghetti and garlic bread

Pizza was good. Unfriendly atmosphere.. maybe they were having a bad day but if you want spend your money on customer service go else where. They didn’t greet or thank me. When i asked if the pizza could be crispy a little, and shrugged her shoulders.

So far everything that we have ordered has been great. This is the first place that my wife has liked the subs. Its hard to find a good Sub, but once you do you stick with it. I cant wait to order mine next time we order.

My Mom, stepfather, and I had the BBQ chicken pizza, chicken sandwich, fish sandwich, and chicken pita. All which were the best quality ingredients and taste very good. Food came quickly and serving sizes were more than adequate. Love this place. This is my new favorite Italian restaurant.

My sweetheart found Alpha Omega Pizza a few weeks ago by a fluke and couldnt wait to bring me here to have the pizza. We went today and it was AWESOME! The crust is very flavorful and the toppings generous. We also ordered a Greek salad and got a side of their homemade tzatziki which is delicious....so good we dipped our pizza crust in that and also in some of their homemade Ranch dressing as well. The owners and the staff are very friendly and the pricing is in line with what you get. Even though this restaurant is off the beaten path for us we will definitely put this place in our rotation...it is worth the trip!

I always get the pasta, an as of yet they havent disappointed. Lately Ive been getting the salmon. They may miss on the preparation of how you want your food. But that is very rare.

I prefer my hot food, like pasta. Be put in a metal tin, overall the food was good. An all items suppose are made in house, which is how it suppose to be done.

Wow! The food was so good and the portions were huge! All the ingredients are fresh. My server, Ryan, was very friendly and attentive and overall an enjoyable person. I got the Cajun penne and it was absolutely delicious. Husband got the chicken parmesan sub. We hate that it took us so long to go here and we will definitely come back. Only complaint; I wish the beer selection was larger. 😊

This is a family owned business that always makes a tasty pizza. The feel is very laid back and down to earth. Great lunch place!

Average service and food. The waitress was new so Ill give her some slack. We were there when they were about to close in 30 minutes so I know everyone wanted to get home after a long day. Ill try them again when its not close to closing time.

Management was very rude to the server that was serving us he was snatched away from our table because of conversation we had about the food. I didnt like the lasagna that I ordered instead of replacing my order they fuss at me saying that everybody likes the lasagna but everybodys taste buds are not the same very rude and unprofessional.

Love their shrimp alfredo. Lasagna was good too. The ladies that work the to-go counter and the dining room are very friendly.

Food is decent and most employees were sweet, but the older woman working there is extremely rude. She got my order wrong and had the audacity to snap & argue with me saying that is what was ordered, when it wasn’t. The order was repeated to her multiple times. She just cost this restaurant a few customers. Will not be spending my money here ever again.

I came by on a Friday night after a long day, hungry and exhausted looking for take-out pizza. Immediately I was greeted by (what appeared to be) the two store owners: a fantastic Greek couple who treated me with authentic kindness. During the 15 minute wait for a meat-lovers pizza I found great conversation with the couple. Genuinely, I felt happy to be there waiting and talking with them.Now heres the deal. A few loyal customers told me the pizza was good while I waited... Ill argue its the best damn pizza you can find. I have never had a better pie!! Ordering one for tonights dinner as I write this! Definitely take the time to try this place

My family loved eating at Dinos in Harrisburg and Kannapolis (Concord?) and were bummed when they closed. We were excited to discover when Alpha Omega Grill & Pizzeria opened (within walking distance from our house near the PNC Music Pavilion), that the owners were the same for both restaurants!PRICES are great (most meals $8-12) and the serving sizes are HUGE (I made sure my hand was in the pic so you could see how big their calzone is but its even larger than it looks here).Highly recommended for biz lunch or evening dinner out with friends or family!

Went to this restaurant for the first time tonight & ’ll never go to this spot again and Ima tell you why.... Poor customer service and the older lady was just rude. I almost asked for my money back when she tried to charge me $1 for a cup of water. The food was okay. Didn’t motivate me to change my mind so yeah.

The pizza is AMAZING! I got pepperoni, bacon (excellent bacon), and mushrooms. Expectations were exceeded. The pizza was ready in 10 minutes. Happy to have a new local favorite. The lady who took my call and rang me up when I arrived was so sweet too.

My husband and I just got food here. I got a gyro and it was absolutely delicious. The pita bread was so fresh and pillowy. Meat was tender and perfectly salty. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a good gyro in the area. Cant wait to come back and try the other items on their menu.

I always have a pleasant eating experience here. Tonight I ordered 20 wings and some fries and they were EXCEPTIONAL. Granted, I ordered 10 bbq and 10 buffalo and they gave me 20 bbq, BUT - the fact that they were so good made me forget all about the buffalo 😂Thanks everyone at Alpha Omega for making dinner another success. This is my new favorite restaurant! We try different food every time and so far everything was delicious! Servers are always kind and patient, food is hot and delicious, good portion, and fast service. Wish I live closer so I can go more often. Definitely recommend.

It’s a family owned restaurant and the folks who own, run, and staff it are wonderful, charming people: i.e., the kind of people who you’d want to know and whose success is a pleasure to see.On my first visit there, I’d ordered the lasagne and had been amazed at how delicious it was, with their lasagne possibly being the best that I’ve ever had. On subsequent visits, I’d ordered their pizza, their mozzarella sticks, their barbecue wings, and, yes, as you’d likely suspect, their lasagne, with all of these offerings being delicious and in good portions.Take it from me, if you’re looking for a family owned restaurant that serves amazing, delicious food that will knock your taste buds out, comes in large portions, and features a wonderful, charming family who runs it, then this is the place for you. It’s one stop shopping for the best in excellent cuisine.

The food was decent. I would grab Togo anytime from this place but would never sit down for their service. Also never ask for a Togo cup for your drink you paid for, bc they charge you for a full drink. We paid $18 for our drinks. No refills. When we asked for a refill and a cup the little girl with absolutely no service skills asked if she could charge the same CC for the Togo cups and they charge full price. Get food if you have to but walk to the little Walmart and grab a 2 liters or case of what ever youre drinking on and youll still come out to the better. Tried several times to lighten up the server with thank yous and please but she just had no personality, definitely shouldnt be in service.

My whole family loves this place. The owners are always friendly and welcoming, terrific waitstaff and the food is amazing!

Great pizza

We sat for about 15 minutes before someone greeted us. Half the staff stood beside our table arguing who needs to get us.... I understand 4 is typically a shift change but a system should be in place to avoid having discussions in front of the guests. We ordered and got our food. It was ok but nothing amazing. Then we waited for about 20 minutes after we were done eating to get our check, to find that we were charged for drinks we did not have......

We thought that we would try a new resturant and I am glad we did. Alpha Omega Grill is a small, family friendly restaurant. We were seated right away and everyone working there was nice and friendly. Today we were looking for meatless options, so we tried the fried shrimp & fries, fried flounder & fries, and cheese pizza. All were good with nice portions. Overall we were pleased. We will be back.
