When an employee see’s you walking around with a single pen you plan on purchasing and asks if they can hold it at the counter for you….how should you take that?? I spend too much money here to be treated like a thief. I’d understand if my hands would’ve been full, but a pen?? Come on now.

This is one of the best Earthbound locations Ive been to. Its a newer store, I believe its only been open a couple of years. Every employee makes sure to greet you warmly and are always eager to help. I love checking to see what new items they have, because they are always putting out new products.

The first employee we encountered, which was Jill, was awesome. Made sure we knew about their buy one get the second item half off deal and was very courteous. The second employee whom approached us basically questioned me and followed my spouse and I around the store. It was a very unsettling feeling. We found some awesome pieces of jewelry and fragrances to purchase but ended up leaving them at the counter with the employee. This is a place that usually brings postive vibes and heavenly scents that are relaxing and soothing to my soul. Not today. I left feeling utterly disgusted. I love the skin Im in even if it disgusted those there today.#customers feelings matters.
