Good service from the time I drove in until I left. I was in and out and made aware of any issues so I could decide what to do.

Went there to clean up with my brother and when we was done I went to start my car and it wouldnt start so now I have to get battery so I had to get a new battery for them to put in so I can get my car off the lot but they helped me by putting it in for me thanks

Needed a small part for my Jeep. Parts dept took the time to research and found the part I needed. Ordered and will pick up in a week. Very pleased

Huge waste of time. Made an appointment at 12 noon to see a vehicle. Went to the bank and got full cash price, proceeded to drive 2 hours to see said vehicle, I called 30 mins until arrival to verify vehicle was still available. Arrived, proceeded to look over said truck and when test drive time came they informed me the truck was sold. Dont set an appointment with these people they wont honor it! Just wasted 100 dollars in fuel, took off work early.

Took my vehicle in for small maintenance issue, walked in and Olivia, took excellent care of me and made sure I was taken care of while i waited for my truck. I will continue to take my truck to Allen Samuels in Waco Texas for all my service and maintenance needs. Thanks again Olivia.

Not impressed with the Sales Department. It took them two days to repair the three recalls on my 2013 Ram 3500. I was was told half a days work....go figure

Very disappointed. Ive waited 4 hours for the recall to be fixed on my car. & someone just now told me it would be another 30 minutes. I should have been updated on the progress periodically.
