I parked in their lot but walked across 18th street to the impound lot to help my granddaughter retrieve her vehicle which had been towed bc she had parked in a handicap parking space in an apartment lotThe lady who helped with the payment was very pleasent and helpful. She agreed with the information l was sharing with my 16 y/o granddaughter:Parking in a designated spot IS illegal.I told my granddaughter l would NOT help her again for a similar problem and l expect repayment...reluctant agreement.Learning to drive safely and legally IS a process. Hope the lesson was absorbed.PS: The personnel in Note Cars were NOT helpful or interested in what l was trying to say.

If I was able to give them negative stars instead of 1, I would. Couldnt go any lower on the ratings. Lets just say that the horrible, negative experience that my son and I received from this place would take me all day to write about. I fully expect a negative comment about our character to be posted by them against my negative review as they slam all former customers who publicly speak out against them. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, do your homework, check out their reviews and make an informed decision before you purchase a vehicle here. We didnt take the highly negative reviews at face value and dearly paid the price for it. These folks should not be allowed to have a business but they are there....I believe that taking the bus would be a better option than dealing with this car dealer...at least you will have your dignity intact and your money in your pocket at the end of the day.

Could have just been a bad experience, idk, but after buying a car from them, it broke down heading home. I called them and they mentioned that it was probably a fuse. Figured it was something small that I could fix at home. Turned out to be the engine. When I took the vehicle back, they said I did something. If I am using the vehicle for work, why would I purposely blow up the engine? How much sense does that make? Still trying to get my deposit back for that, too. EDIT: I was not able to get my deposit back. I would avoid this place at all costs.

Hell call your work and every family member you have. They operate without any professionalism what so ever. I wouldnt even send someone I hated here.

Never go to this place for any car, unless you want to be lied to, disrespected and have the most unreliable car. Went to get a car and was told the only thing wrong with it was their was a hole in the exhaust to make it louder but they swore it would pass inspection. Needed a car asap so my stupid self got it only to find out the starter was put in wrong and started smoking, i would run out of oil several times a day having to refill it, and the car itself was illegal COULDNT PASS INSPECTION. Went back told them what was wrong and they were the rudest people with no idea how to treat another person and had the audacity to tell me to fix it myself. State law says you cant sale a car that wont pass inspection and it was the most unsafe car Ive been in. Take your business elsewhere and spend money on something worth spending money on. Very bad reputation & they know this. Ive been told that the down payment on these vehicles is the actual price they pay for the car in the auto auction. If you are only a few days late making your payment, they will do everything in their power to RE-PO your vehicle with no regards to your situation. If you have anything in the car after it is RE-PO and the actual person that signed the purchase agreement is in jail or lives in another city, then dont expect to get any of your property out of that vehicle unless you have power of attorney.One time I was test driving one of their vehicles, and it broke down in the middle of the intersection a few blocks from their car lot. They then banned me from looking at or test driving anymore of their cars.. smh.

This company gets 1 star, because Im not able to give them 0 I was ran off the road by their tow truck and then the guy had the audacity to brake check when I was couple car links behind him. Did I flash my lights, heck yes I did! Why, because what he did was wrong I also shook my hand at him. Then when I passed him to turn left he rolled his window down and called me a F***ing idiot. News flash I had several people contact me via social media and they watched the whole thing happen, and said he was in the wrong. Im not even a customer NEVER HAVE BEEN & NEVER WILL BE. Just imagine if this is how they treat people that dont do business with them, how they treat their customers. If I could give this place one star I would. My 18 year old niece decided to go out on her own and get look for a car and this place happened to be by where she goes to school. So was able to get a car from them and they were willing to work on her making payments on her downpayment but when she went to pick up the car and get on the highway it would not go over 30mph so we called them and took it back and the owner was very rude to my husband and tried to kick him off of the lot because he was upset that they tried to sell an inexperienced 18 year old a car that was a safety hazard. The owner said that it had to be the transmission (that they had just gotten rebuilt) and to take it over to the mechanic who did it and he said that it was not the transmission but something else. So we had to make another trip across town to tell them that and they said they would fix it . On Monday we came by and they said all they did was reset the computer and that it now worked but when we went to drive the car it took FOREVER to even reach 30mph and when we went back to tell them they said it was a $30 part and that we could fix it. We tried to talk to the mechanic and asked if there were any cars he could recommend and he said that all of the cars on the lot are POSs and that there was one that had nothing wrong but required an extra $600 for a downpayment. We spoke to the owner and he refused to even let her make payments on it, so we just decided to return it back to them having only had it in our possession a couple of hours. The following week we were trying to cancel her insurance since she no longer had a car to insure and the insurance company said they needed a letter saying that she had returned the car. My husband and my niece went up there to get it and they refused to do it and basically told them to leave. I called them and spoke to someone and asked if they could give us some sort of paper stating that she had returned it and he said that he was not going to explain it again and hung up on me. I called back and got the owner and told him how whoever answered the phone was extremely rude and he made up some excuse that there phones were messing up and said that he would be able to get her the note that her insurance requires. BASICALLY BEWARE OF THIS PLACE THEY SELL CARS THAT DONT HAVE WORKING BLINKERS AND WILL NOT PASS INSPECTION AND THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE.

I would give them 0 stars if I could!! The people there are the most disrespectful and rude people ever! We got one payment behind and they were calling us for money, which is their job I know, but we told him we would be in there the next week to pay him all that we owed him and he told us thats fine see you next week. Not even 2 minutes after hanging up they repoed our car. Really?!?!? You just told us that it was fine that we could come in next week and pay you, made it soud like we were all good. Dont tell us its fine then repo our car, you could of just told us that it was gonna get repoed. But it gets worse! He then called us back cuz the repo guy needed the key, ok fine we gave it to him, then had enough nerve to tell my husband in the most sarcastic way ever see you next week! My husband then said I wont be able to make it up there now and you wanna know what that guy did?!? He laughed at my husband and hung up the phone. He was so rude and disrespectful! He could have just said we have to repo the car and left it at that, it would have been fine, but no he had to be a dick about it and laugh in our faces about it! DO NOT GO TO THEM! I WILL NEVER GO THROUGH THEM AGAIN!
